Rooms were clean, but a little bit outdated. Several areas needed remodeling. Ceilings were in need of repair. Breakfast was good. Helpful staff. I would say pretty good place to stay for the price.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Quality Inn. I had already paid for my room through Expedia, but after a disagreement with the manager, she decided to put me on a “do not rent” list and refused to allow me to stay. I had to contact Expedia, get my money refunded, and find another hotel. What bothered me most was the lack of professionalism and customer service. A manager should be able to handle a disagreement with a paying customer without making it personal. I wasn’t asking for special treatment — just to be treated fairly and respectfully. Based on my experience, I would not stay at this location again and cannot recommend it.

The staff was the biggest disappointment during my stay. The room was dated but clean. The area was OK, but I felt uneasy most of the time because people were wandering around. I even saw a guy talking to a tree and doing martial arts moves at it. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. I stayed here specifically for the hot breakfast. Tip: they have bacon, but you'd better get there early, because when we asked if they had any more, the lady said no. Mind you, this was at 8am, and it didn't close till 9am. The inside courtyard and pool were very well kept and clean. Air conditioning in my room was awesome. When we interacted with the front desk staff, they were all mean and short, except for the young Indian lady. I didn't get her name, but Donna was the rude one. You felt as if you were bothering her for asking her to do her job. For the price it was ok just wish had felt safer when we were there.
