Cockroaches in the pool room made me wonder where else they were. Hot tub does not have hot water. Pool is very cold because of that. Beds were old and uncomfortable, hard and you can feel the springs. The room smelt like a mix of pet urine, mold, and marijuana. The exterior key card entry spots do not work as expected and you can get locked out of the hotel in the middle of the night because of it. The pool was over chlorinated and the staff did not air out the room after adding chemicals. They also misplaced the sign indicated the pool was closed (the portion that made it clear it was closed at that moment was covered by a red square on the glass of the door so you couldn’t read the entire message and it seemed like it was closing early rather than closed for a portion of the day.) Front desk did not have a working printer or fully stocked first aid kid (what kind of hotel doesn’t keep a box of bandaids at the front desk?) management left the employees with little resources and upset guests.

Property looks to be under construction possibly as many areas were unusable/unopen during our stay although there were no signs (that I recall seeing) notifying us of construction, etc). The pool area was closed. None of this was noted when booked so was disappointing upon arrival.

The property was dirty and needed an abundance of repairs. Our bathroom had peeling ceilings, wallpaper coming off the walls, crumbling wallboard, etc. On the elevator floor there was what looked like blood drops, even on the floor leading to the elevator. The door to the elevator needed to be painted, every room door had chipped paint. The ice machines weren't working, There were no luggage carts, we had to carry all our luggage up and down to our room. I would never stay there again! Horrible!!!

The building was in bad repair, carpets were crusty, elevator was gross and dilapidated. The whole building smelled. Booked this place so we could use the pool during our down time, but the pool nor the hot tub were heated. The water was around 70 and the pool deck was gross. The pull out couch bed was the worst I've ever seen being only a couple inches thick and had multiple busted springs and the couch itself wasn't very clean. We were in town for a cheer competition and didn't have many options and were just stuck or we would have gotten our money back and gone elsewhere.

Absolutely disgusting hotel. The place is in disrepair, walls and floors gross. My mini fridge had a bar of soap wedged under it to make it level. I get it’s being updated, but whoever cleans these rooms has given up on their job a long time ago. There’s signs everywhere saying how they sanitize the rooms, but there was some spill on the counter that wasn’t even cleaned. The freezer had something pink spilled and sticky left, there was small hamster worth of hair next to the tub, coffee in the coffee maker left from the last person, and there was a pill under the vanity CLEARLY visible. Saying it was sanitized is laughable, it wasn’t even sanitary. The outside and lobby look great, once you get to the room it’s a pay by the hour motel.

DIRTY! Paint peeling everywhere, shower curtain had mold growing on it, dust bunnies all over the place, stained sheets, bathroom door warped, so wouldn’t close. They ran out of food at the breakfast bar, 1/2hr after it opened. Should have paid 1/4 of what I did. Some Motels are a lot cleaner.

We arrived at 10pm and were pleasantly surprised by the lobby, it was nice looking and clean. When we stepped off the elevator to get to our room we were in complete shock. The doors were stripped of paint, the hallway carpet was filthy. Our room smelled mouldy, one of the beds was full of black hair and the bathroom hadnt been cleaned. We asked for a second room and it was no problem but it wasn’t much better. We ended up just leaving and going to a new hotel, which sucks because it cost $300 CAD.

Bed uncomfortable, condition of hotel is not even close to what is portrayed in their listing, holes in the ceiling with buckets below to catch water. Foul odor in hallway and room. Shower curtain dingy and ripped. Very rundown once you get past the lobby. If it wasn’t the weekend before thanksgiving and we just needed somewhere to stay for one night while traveling to family I would have went somewhere else. The price they charged was extremely high when compared to the condition.

We enjoyed our stay! The mattress was pretty "firm", but we survived. There were a few chips in paint and the TV didnt have any cable and it wasnt a smart TV so we couldnt stream from a phone or sign into an app. It did the job, which was somewhere to sleep.

Expedia made the reservation for the 22nd and the hotel did not properly make the reservation. So we got charged a no show fee for not checking in on the 17th, which was not part if our reservation. Mistakes happen but to say Expedia didn't make the changes to the 22nd when I have in writing from Expedia they spoke with Jessica at the property (they confirmed Jessica does work at the property). I used to work at the Omni Resorts and I know that is not acceptable hospitality customer service.

I stayed 2 nights and while the room is spacious in a great location the hotel needs some special attention which I brought to the desk clerk attention. I encountered a few problems. It was hard accessing my room with the key, the refrigerator was not clean, there was stains in my room carpet, the bathroom has a roach problem, and the daytime staff (desk clerk woman and breakfast attendant) is not friendly to guest. When I went to the desk to ask for another room the desk clerk lady seemed a little short with me when i expressed my concern for another room due to the roach issue. I spilled some syrup amd she told me to knock on the door in the breakfast and ask for a mop. Customer service is definitely at its worse at this property.

When I arrived I was told there were no pet friendly rooms available. Expedia did not indicate I needed to book a specific pet friendly room. In fact I stayed at the same branded property in Florence SC where that was not an issue. Instead at the Savannah property I was charged extra to use a room I was told was different than type room I booked. I had booked a king suite and that is what I received along w a moldy musty horrible odor. I could barely breathe. The bathroom was in poor condition—visible missing molding around the tub, toilet was yellowed. I was also given a room on the first floor on side of building w the interstate. As a single woman traveling w just my dog I did not feel safe. Really a horrible experience.

I know it’s off the highway but this place was in ill repair and there was a lot of paid companionship going in and out. I came with kids because we needed a place to sleep on a long drive north and didn’t want them sitting on the stained fabric couch in the room. Covered it in sheets provided by the front desk host who was courteous and the only aspect of this stay that wasn’t just plain seedy, and put our hard sided bags on it. Not what I’d expect from an Expedia listing. Need to screen a bit more carefully

We stayed here on our way through to florida. It was reasonable price and the staff were friendly. Its not super updated, there were stains on the carpet and chipped paint. Overall it was a decent stay. The breakfast was really good! A very decent selection!my kids were happy and so was i.

It looked like my kids made the beds. It was crooked and not tucked in. When I went for breakfast, there wasn't even a half cup of eggs or a half cup of bacon left. When it was refilled, a lady came out with a bag of eggs and poured it in the bowl. They were wet and slimy. The pool was under construction and closed; however, there was no warning when booking online or upon check-in. The elevators were so tiny that my family could not all fit with our luggage. The paint on the doors were chipped and it looked very ghetto. I was not impressed with anything and it wasn't worth the money. I was happy to leave as soon as possible.

We liked the room . A great set up for 2 adults & 4 kids. The Continental Breakfast was lacking. Adult cereal not kid friendly, the scrambled eggs were scrambled to mini mini pieces - hard to stay on fork, thebreakfast sausage was over cooked & hard to cut with a plastic knife & fork , only 1 waffle machine work !

Service was average. Carpet in the room was stained and even had a big burn spot. Air conditioning in the room was inconsistent, set at 72 when on it was too cold when it kicked off it immediately got too warm. Breakfast was not good. Eggs were way over salted, waffles tasted like the batter was old. Orange juice tasted old. Pool was closed indefinitely.
