I choose this hotel as it said there was a free shuttle service within 5 mile radius . Worked great to take me to the hospital near by where a family member was admitted on Friday . How ever when I requested the shuttle on Sunday I was told it only operates Sat and Sunday . That should be clearly explained in hotel amenities description

The right elevator was not working. Left elevator door closing not right. Will not stop closing by pressure on right side. No place to hang dress or gown in our room (411). 4th floor elevator light covers broken and missing. 4th floor ice machine not working. At checkout I mentioned these things but was told she could do nothing to fix mechanicals and the elevator has been broken for a while.

Staff was great. Pool was nice . I was in town for surgery so I just walked around and sat in chairs.Room was nice but no refrigerator was not good. Many restaurants are in the area so a lot of choices.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It was completely understaffed, and the staff at the front desk was the opposite of helpful. The elevators didn't work, the pool was closed, and there was no room service as advertised. Housekeeping came in the first day, and took pillows off our bed. When I called the front desk to ask for them back, they said "there is a pillow down here in the closet. You can come get it". On our night we tried to order room service. We called down 5 times with no answer. The front desk finally answered, and then put me on hold for 15 minutes until I hung up. When my husband went downstairs, the bartender had two tables and said they were not doing room service because they were understaffed. There was no front desk person at the desk, and a huge line of people were waiting to check in. There are also no refrigerators or microwaves at this hotel, and there is no warning about that. For a Hilton and almost $600 for three nights.....We were extremely disappointed by this experience. I would never stay here again.

I stayed here 3 years ago. It was nice both stays. However, only one (the left) elevator worked both stays. Rooms are very small. No mini fridge or microwave in the rooms. No laundry, which is fine if you’re not on a baseball trip. Would definitely stay again if I was just there for one night.

Lobby water had fruit flies in the lobby water, bed was so curved and sinking in, bathroom shower door kept sliding open during shower and carpet was smelly and dirty in the room.

Friendly staff and clean. Someone let their pet poop in the hallway and they cleaned it up in minutes. So yes...you can have pets, but pet owners need accountability in the hotel when this happens. Everything else was great.

The hotel was extremely busy with two separate wedding parties, but we still felt like we were in the hotel ourselves. It was quiet, check in was efficient, there was ample parking, and everything was very clean. We were even able to check in a bit early, which allowed us to get a quick nap… an unexpected surprise.

Property was doing renovations. The extent of which were not related properly. They were using Jack hammers above my room multiple days of my stay. I had pieces of the ceiling fall on me while laying on the bed. Then, they shut off all the water for the hotel another day. All this, and they look at me like I’m crazy when I say I want a refund. The management staff at this hotel are pure trash. The way they treat guests is pure trash. Do not stay here.

Room 402 smelled like pot and the front desk admitted the people before us were charged an extra cleaning fee. Room did not have soap upon arrival. The shower door did not close and AC would not get the room cool enough to sleep. Others we were with had this same problem with their rooms We were there for a baseball tournament and came in a day early on another reservation. Rather than let us stay in the same room, we had to move all our things out and wait for the other room to be ready causing a major inconvenience. Holiday Inn and Marriot's never had us do this. Always thought Hilton was the gold plated brand for hotels, not so in this experience.

For its price point, the DoubleTree has been one of the better hotels we’ve stayed at. Very comfortable beds and clean rooms. You have to ask for a mini fridge (and they’ll send one up to your room), and there aren’t any microwaves in the rooms (there’s one in the lobby), but other than that it’s a very comfortable stay. It’s cool that they have gluten free cookies now, too (I’m gluten intolerant and used to love their cookies).

Room 310 did not have a clothes closet to hang dresses, the coffee maker had to be plugged into the nightstand lamp plug in order to make coffee, the land line phone did not work - couldn't call room service, the bathtub was very slippery and the lighting in the bathroom was dim to apply makeup. The staff and service however was super nice and very professional. Especially Candice.

Some things were not good. Computer system was down so check in took more time. Elevators were out during the evening. I’m thankful I was on the third floor. That was bad enough. Finally on check out, the young lady at the desk was totally not helpful and kept repeating the same thing as why she couldn’t help me. They might as well had a recording there. But the manager was able to help the situation so I may stay there later this month as it’s a good location for me.

Me or my staff will never stay at a Hilton . No manager on duty . We had to wait 3Hrs for rooms to be cleaned. Rooms were suppose to have breakfast with room they did not .How can you expect people to stay with no employees working there . Maybe you should sell .That is not what people expect in the Hilton properties

Trenton at the front desk was amazing. My plan had changed slightly and ask if there was a king room available instead of the double I had booked. He had no problems changing and did it with no resistance. He could have very easily said he couldn’t do that, but persisted and made it happen. Additionally, every employee I passed on the hallway, at the front counter, and throughout the property was very friendly and acknowledges my presents. I will recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the area.

They did not have my room available and front desk staff should not be working in customer service. The water in the shower would not get hot and parking, which they charge extra for, was slim. Had to park in the cheap seats. Went to the front desk to check in and the gentle told me my room was not available and preceded to tell me it would be an extra $60. No explanation, just waited for my card. I immediately assumed it was for the room change. It wasn’t, but, that could have been easily explained w a little more effort. On a more positive note, the bed was extremely comfortable and the restaurant staff and breakfast were good. All in all, not terrible but expected more from Doubletree. Nice building but motel service.

Property was nice and clean. Reserved and told them we had a dog. They said no problem and they were pet friendly. Upon check out they added $100 cleaning fee for the one night we were there. This was never discussed or in writing. Additionally we are very clean people and our dog doesn’t even shed!

I would recommend staying here, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Room are very clean and views are amazing, as hotel in on a hill. Restaurants and local stores are close by. I took the train from the airport to the bus, and it dropped me 4 minutes away, nice walk workout going up the hill.

A quiet out of the way place, secluded, place for a nice triste. When my daughter and I arrived, the desk person told me we didn't have a reservation, Expedia was not accepted, it is a 3rd party and she has no reservation for us. I showed her my confirmation#, she said it is not accepted. OK I will call Expedia, she then changed her tune. I would not stay there again, I would recommend AVALON in Alpharetta.

No free continental breakfast. $17 for a buffet is a lot. $7 for parking is ridiculous. Not being able to take food back to your room because it’s a buffet is obnoxious. Nice hotel, nice room. Beds are not very comfortable, sheets are scratchy. Only 3 towels in a room with two queen beds.

Upon arrival I was quickly advised that there was a $7 per day parking fee- in an open parking lot, not a garage- and this information was not promptly advertised when I booked. Also, this is new from a year ago when I stayed in the same location. Coffee $4 a cup and $21 for breakfast? No thanks. Ridiculous.

Worst Hilton hotel ever stayed. Leaking shower, sink won’t drain, ice machine won’t work, broken light fixtures…. Charged extra $18 dollars each ($36 for two) each day for the breakfast buffet serving cold food. Wouldn’t let us cancel the unused breakfast. Also charged $50 each day for deposit which was not refunded after check out.

Wendy at the bar is really great. There was a lady who replaced her on the weekend who was wonderful as well. Great place to unwind after getting back to the hotel after long day.
