We had an unfortunate start to our check-in. The elevator was broken and our room was on the top floor. So, it was disappointing to have to climb several flights of steps while carrying all of our luggage upon our arrival and departure. Additionally, all of the lights in our room did not work. At first, the left side lamp did not work, and then the next day the other bedside lamp stopped working.

Never stayed at a best western but was actually shocked with the quality. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in. Only downside is the pool closes at 7

The AC unit never got cold. When I arrived, the unit registered 72; however, it was much warmer. Even when placed on 67 degrees, the room never cooled appropriately after several hours. The pool gate was locked and the back door access was "out of order".

Room was nice. The air unit was not cold when we got there, and we turned it down, and it still never got the room cold. Told front desk about the air and was offered a fan, which didn’t help. They said the rooms were sold out so couldn’t switch us. Tried to get in the pool multiple times, and it was never open/available to use.

The room was clean. A/C was only working at about 50%. Our room never cooled down. The hallways and lobby were very warm as well. Pool was dirty and locked. Fitness room was I key open for about 2 hours on Saturday. Will not stay again.

The room was well kept and the mattress was excellent. There ws only one ice machine working and it was located on the first floor. The second and third floor machines did not work. I was on the third floor. There was no soda vending machine. The morning breakfast was "Excellent"! The woman who managed that area was warm, friendly and very "Customer Focused"! I registered on Thursday afternoon and received no service re trash removal and clean towels. I went to the desk to get a towel set Saturday evening because I was checking out Sunday morning. The desk manager was very attentive and got me clean towels.

This property was immaculately clean! I enjoyed my stay. I was very comfortable and felt at home. I have not been in a hotel this clean in a while. The only problem was the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom needs repair and the jets need to be cleaned. I wanted to take advantage of using the jacuzzi feature but changed my mind when I seen the condition of the tub and jets. Other than that this hotel gets 4 stars

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and the lady (forgot to get her name) who did the breakfast set-up kept everything neat and well stocked and she was lovely with my grandchildren. The lobby and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool while we were there. Only bad thing I have to say is the hallway carpet was filthy and disgusting. Definitely in need of a deep cleaning or replacement.

The hotel is in a good location and we thought reasonably priced. We stayed for 3 nights and they never cleaned our room or brought clean towels. We stayed in a double bed bedroom and they only provided two towels. When we asked for more clean towels, the staff acted like we were crazy for needing clean towels. The elevator had trouble shutting and was kind of jank. There were stains on the carpets and walls. The furniture had rips. Overall not great.

When I checked in, they wanted a extra $50 deposit for incidentals and I couldn’t figure out where I could spend $50 on incidentals because they do not have any vending machines, but I was told it would be taken off tomorrow morning. Our TV did not work properly and we could not use it And call down and they said that we could move to another room. We’ve had a long day and I’m 82 years old and I did not have the energy to move so that was disappointing. Then we found a cup in a drawer that it looked like it had Spit tobacco in the bottom of it and it smelled it had just been left in the drawer. we each just had one washcloth the bed is comfortable and the room had everything we needed, but I am quite disappointed in the experience.

I liked that there was no carpet in the king suite. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing that I didn't like was that there was no microwave in the room, and the refrigerator didn't have a freezer

The first night, the concierge at the desk was excellent. She assisted me without complaint and as quickly as she could. She quickly changed my room when i told her the room i was in had not been cleaned. After the first night, service was poor to average. When asking for towels one night the two men at the desk had the towels laying in a pile at the front desk, when we came in from our meeting. One other night i had to go down to the front desk to get my towels. I deal with a disability so at times things can be... There was no microwave in the room. If we wantrd to watch YouTube we were required to pay for it. There are other things that gave me pause, like a woman loitering in the bteakfast area, who immediately left after my name was spoken loud enough to be heard. There are other things but this is enough for me to reconsider where I stay when traveling

We were only in the area for one night. The Best Western Roswell was clean, quiet and conveniently located for our trip. The staff was friendly and the property was nice. We made use of the gazebo and enjoyed nearby local food.

Great front desk staff. Very friendly. My door keys wouldn't work after multiple keysv given so instead of told to keep trying, they made it easy with giving me another room where the 1st set of keys worked. Very nice area wth restaurants within walking distance right in front of the hotel. Would stay there again.

The room was relatively clean but definitely older and towels and bed sheets were definitely on the cheaper side, but that is to be expected at budget friendly hotels. What wasnt expected was that our AC unit was broken and there was a loud convention going on at the same time that had people partying in one of the event space rooms until 3 AM. Better for those on a budget and need a cheaper option that is in a safe area with plenty of food around.

We stayed for 4 nights - our room was never cleaned - garbage never emptied, never given clean towels (always had to ask at check in desk)! We were assured the room would be cleaned - it wasn’t! Breakfast was ok - very limited and the scrambled eggs were not from fresh eggs - definitely either powdered egg or liquid eggs! Was very disappointed in this Best Western!
