I have stayed at some pretty horrible hotels in my travels. This was BY FAR, the worst. It was uterly disgusting. If you have any self respect, DO NOT STAY HERE. Rooms reaked of smoke, I had no door on my bathroom, I had bugs everywhere, no smoke detector, the bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in years. I had to BEG, BEG three days in a row for the workers to sweep my floor and take out my trash. There were drug deals going on in the parking lot and its in a horrible part of town. DO NOT STAY HERE. I also will never rent from Hotels.com again if this is what they recommend. BTW, I am still looking for the pool which was advertised, but if it is anywhere close to the condition of the room, there is no way I would have gone in it anyway.

Door keys only work when used once, had to keep going back to off ice to get a card that works, once a staff member had to bring a laptop to the room to open the door. Had two TVs in the room and niether worked, and the three ladies and one male worker didn't seemed concerned with that even though i asked them to fix it. One off the female staff members even told me to try to fix it myself and that if that doesn't work they will look into it. The floor was really dirty, and the bathroom counter was coming off the wall. Beds were alright, and air conditioner worked. Michael was the only helpful staff member.

This place should be condemned! It was nasty and the room was falling apart. The bathtub was peeling so badly, there was no way i would shower or bathe in it! The cooktop had dry crusty food on it. The floor stuck to our shoes. Did not stay 1 night in there!!! I DEFINITELY wont stay at this place!

This is my second time staying at this hotel and my experience was as great as the first time. I still love the fact they show you the room first before you check in. I really believe that all hotel chains should offer that. That way, you can see what you are paying for because pictures on a website can be deceiving. Even though my room didn't have a TV because it needed repairs, I still took the room because I really don't watch TV. Beverly and Fenesta were so kind to waive certain fees and taxes as a result and I really appreciated that! The size of my room was perfect, I had the right amenities and my room was super clean. Hotel is within close proximity from dinning and shopping, all within walking distance! Excellent staff, a great room and the best location=a very satisfied customer that will DEFINITELY book another stay in the future!

Cleanliness was fine, where there was an issue was the bathtub. Let's call it a well used bathtub to the point where they have attempted to paint sections which are worn down. The problem was that paint was flaking off and you would end up with the chips on the soles of your feet. Another minor issue was the height at which the showerhead was at. I'm 6'1" but the showerhead is placed for 6' so that hunch I had to do was just annoying enough. This is a common problem in the hotel industry.

Check-in was made easy and we were greeted by Chloe who was very friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable and you can tell it had been cleaned thoroughly. Only thing I’d update maintanance of is that we did encounter some bugs and there were some things that could be an easy fix like handles to the bedside drawer or the toilet paper holder.

This was my second stay so obviously the first one wasn’t too bad but this time the floor was sticky, and the door didn’t lock when you left. I let the front desk know and it took a day to have someone from maintenance stop by. He had to replace a part but didn’t have it. They never followed up to fix it once he got the part. The don’t have a night desk staff so when you have an issue after 9 there is no one to contact. The inside of the microwave was missing most of the paint coating and I was afraid it might start sparking. People were running and screaming around at all hours. Upstairs it sounded like a giant dog was running back and forth all evening.

My experience was absolutely amazing! Tavaris made me feel so welcome at the property and even showed me the room before charging my card. I have never stayed at a hotel where they show you the room first to make sure it is to my satisfaction before charging my card. That is a huge plus and ALL hotels should do that! The room was awesome and had everything I needed and thensome. Neighborhood was super quiet and all dining options were nearby. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. I will definitely stay at this hotel in the near future!

The first room i received was not clean beds was not made either the night audit apologized and moved me to another room the room i was moved too didn’t have anything noticeable at the time i checked in pretty late so everything i found was in the morning the stove had no knobs the tv had no signal there was pieces from the ceiling in the bed and on the chair next to the bed the toilet seat looked horrible i spoke with the manager on duty and he was very rude even used profanity while i was getting the keys to the new room he moved me too i did check the room and it did seem clean until i opened the icebox and there was food in it and later that day i noticed Togo cups under the bed & one of the beds was broke the wood was hanging from the bottom overall i do not recommend this hotel

I saw traffic that didnt look safe i ask management to put me in a area thats no noise no dogs they did the opposite dirty door nob on bathroom had tape on it roaches and they pit me as a female in the rear of the building never send anyone there its very unsafe and dirty staff stared at me from the time i got to door until i left out not a comfortable place
