Have stayed here before. I do like that they don't charge extra for pets. The staff was very pleasant and brought a blanket to our room because the a/c had not knobs and was stuck on a cold setting. It also smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. The bathroom was in need of maintenance and there were cockroaches. The bed was on some kind of platform that made a lot of noise every time you moved. Overall this motel for what they are charging could use maintenance and repair. The indoor pool I found to be surprisingly clean, but in comparison with the rest of the property they really need to focus on putting some money into their guest accommodations. I will spend a little more to stay elshwere.

I have stayed here multiple times and was always satisfied but this time it was dirty. We had urine around the bottom of the toilet that we didn't notice until it was time to go to sleep. We were unable to use the inside pool (a major reason for staying there) because it was not heated and the jacuzzi that was advertised was shut down. Major waste of money and disappointment.

It was everything I could do to get housekeeping, let alone towels and needed essentials for the stay here. They have a bar, but it does not serve food. They only offer free coffee. There are no microwaves. this hotel served its purpose, but I would not stay here again.

The room looked horrible and smelled bad. No remote and cable from tv disconnected. Light fixtures not working or 1/2 gone. Walls looked like there was a fight. Parking was unsafe and there was unknown objects at the bottom of the pool. Won't stay there again.

The facility is in disrepair. I had to change rooms as the first room walls and were wet and there appeared to be mold on the walls. Also, the A/C unit was dirty and not working properly. Some light fixtures in both rooms were not working. The security latches on the doors of both rooms were barely held on by loose screws attached to the damaged doors. The place, especially the pool area, smelled funny. TV reception was poor and would freeze constantly.

A crack pope was left on the bed when I checked-in. Asked for a different room, which had dirty floors, a giant hole in the main wall, tv didn’t work, broken light bulb left in lamp with no lamp shade- most outlets didn’t work. Slept in my clothes on top of the covers- this place should be shut down. I CANNOT believe they charge anyone for this type of condition.

Room smelled of skunk. Smoke alarm continue beeping. Sheets were not fresh appeared to be previously slept in. Cockroaches in sink and bath and bed. I checked in at 6:00 and checked out at 10:00. I should requested a refund but just wanted to get out of there.

Place was filthy. Please take it off your advise list roach on the floor in the bathroom hair on the floor in the bathroom. Mold in the sink soap scum on the bathroom. Toilet seat hasn't been replaced in 10 years. Might be clean but all cracked and chipped looks horrible. Filthy floors were not mopped only thing looks clean. Is the bed receptacles broke? Terrible facility bugs in the drawers. Have photos. Don't know how to submit

There was a smoke detector with a dead battery chirping, not in our room but loudly, somewhere nearby. The heater control knob was missing, so we couldn't regulate room temp. The TV or its remote did not work, meaning no functioning TV. Bathroom floor had not been mopped. Front desk staff readily accommodated our request for a different room, which was better in these specifics.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke and it smelled like Marijuana. The guest in the room next door beat in the wall all during the night. There was no phone in the room to call the front desk and report the problems.

I got to the front desk at 2:55 pm and was told I couldn't check during a shift change, plus it wasn't 3pm yet anyways. Then the next girl was on the phone for 10 minutes while my cats were in a hot car. Was dissappointed by the inability to let me check in 5 minutes early.

Obvious fighting in room next to us. Two days of constant screaming, fighting and slamming doors with no one resolving the issue. Usual noise of this hotel is manageable but this issue was not resolved in any timely manner.

The best I have seen for a motel 6. Room was clean and comfy. Area was trashy. There is a drinking establishment at the motel so it attracted drinkers and parties that hung around the parking lot. Does not look good.

The front desk was nice enough to change our room to a first floor as there is no elevator and we had a disabled guest. The room was recently redone and clean and the convenience of so many dining options and access to I95 are all pluses! Very pet friendly. One negative, there was no cream for coffee in lobby so skipped the free coffee.

My husband and I have been doing an extended stay here for a while now I have really enjoyed it here. The property is beautiful the way the hotel is set up it’s very beautiful from the little outside area to sit or the heated pool that is nice and super clean the water feels wonderful but also indoor the way it is it’s breathtaking to just relax read a book or easily become mesmerised by looking at the water. The staff are all very friendly and beautiful smiles the housekeeping staff are very friendly and I love that there is always hot coffee in the lobby

All public restrooms are locked up. The room is clean but common areas are unkept. It's appropriate for it's price in this area. Lounge is horrible. Bad odors from cheap cleaning products.
