Desk clerks were very helpful. The Inn is located in a great location to the River walk and a trolley stop. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Parking is $30 across the street. Valet is around $35. Valet is best choice because the elevator is not working in the parking garage. You have to ask for ice at the front desk and you have to ask for maid service .

The location was great. You can walk and see almost everything you want to see in Savannah. The Pink house is right next door for a great date night dinner. The staff was great. Cons were parking costs and amenities. Parking lots are small and you have to park on the third floor or higher. Additionally you are charged for each time you leave. It’s a very walkable location so plan on walking or paying 50+ a day in parking. No pool or breakfast but the beach is a 20 minute drive and there are several great breakfast spots nearby.

I believe they take advantage of guests when it coms to parking. $34 valet a day is ridiculous! They have a contract with the city for the 1st floor of the parking garage next door, with the cost of the rooms being more than similar hotels with free parking, you would think that non valet parking would be maximal $15 per day. Im sure there is a hospitality tax on every room.

Very friendly staff. They have complementary wine and cheese Monday through Friday from 4:30 to 6:30. Real bartender and piano player as well. Really nice before dinner. Would absolutely stay there again.

The property is older so there wasn’t a fridge or microwave in the room or an ice machine available. The front desk provided a bag of ice upon request. All but one staff member was very friendly and accommodating. The location is the biggest plus for this Inn.

Very good locations with valet parking for $35 per day which is good value. Always staff in the lobby and good service with free cookies. The rooms are spacious and have lots of charm with beautiful southern curtains and valances. Room do not have the standard small fridges though which was an issue. But I'll go back to stay.

Quaint old building with charm, no real amenities. Room windows face a parking garage. Shower water doesn’t get warm enough imo . No ice machines. Have to ask front desk and they’ll give you a bag with decent amount. Always water in lobby downstairs — coffee in the AM & cookies in PM. Great staff. Great location. They offer valet for $35 per day. If you’re there on the wknd street parking is free Saturday night 8p to Sunday night.

This is a very good location, highly convenient for those who wish to walk around and explore Savannah. The hotel is clean, the staff were all polite and friendly. My only gripes were all just very weird things. First off the rooms are very large - spacious and comfortable. But only come with a queen size bed. Just feels…like they cheaped out. Also our room didn’t come with a refrigerator. That’s…ok, workable but again just very weird. Even a motel 6 gives you a fridge. And for what you pay per night in this city? Cmon man. Most people are gonna have left overs from their culinary escapades and will have nowhere to store them. If you want to at least get ice you can but…only from the front desk? Again, fine, but … super weird. And there’s no direct bar \ restaurant attachment either. You have to walk across the street (but assuming they’re affiliated it’s well worth it, the Olde Pink House was insanely good) Bathroom was nice. Very large double vanity but with only one sink. Not a problem but…weird. Feels like they cheaped out. Water pressure in the shower was adequate and nice + hot. Parking I don’t even want to know how much they charge. At the garage south of the front door right across the street it was $90 for 3nights. You can’t tell me hotel valet is cheaper… Overall this is fine but to be honest there’s better value to be had elsewhere.

Daily housekeeping must be requested by 9:00 am but we were never told that upon check in so we got nothing. The room could use a thorough scrubbing. It’s clear that it just gets a quick looking over, not an actual cleaning. Housekeeping was quick to show up the morning of checkout though, BEFORE we had to leave. It was not a good look.

The room was comfortable and spacious. Nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable but the small pillows left a lot to be desired. Look in the closet for a normal pillow. There was a large water stain on the ceiling. Repairs were poorly done which made each repair stand out. The shower curtain was top to bottom black mold. We asked for it to be cleaned or replaced and housekeeping replaced it before we returned to the room. While housekeeping was in the room there was NO service provided. Not even the trash removed. If you are at the inn for less than three days there will be no room service unless requested. And they mean it. We are not a messy couple but after seeing the disgusting shower curtain we showered with until we could get it replaced you would think a little attention would have been a nice gesture for the customer. Upon checking in there was live piano music which would have been nice except that the piano is close to the check-in desk that I could not hear a word coming from the desk clerk.

The staff was attentive and the property charming as shown in the pictures. However, my room was not clean when I arrived. Soda bottle caps on the floor and dirty tissues under the bathroom counter. No cookies, no complimentary bottle of water, no refreshments offered throughout the day as they claim on their website. On the plus side, the bed was very comfortable! Probably won’t stay there again sadly as I’m often in Savannah to see family.

Very nice staff at reception & 24 hour desk. Quick service. Room cleaning could improve. Cellophane wrapper & hair on floor in bathroom when we checked in. Did not improve after mentioning it to staff. On a good note, nice wine & cheese hour with piano player our first evening. Excellent location to get to everything. Would stay there again.

The Inn was a nice change from the big chain hotels. However, the room was not clean, especially the bathroom. We had to get the staff to give us cleaning products. Also, the building needs to be painted. Friendly staff and the location is great! Would I stay again, probably not.

Awful place do not book there. Pillow case was bloody and carpet in front of bed as filthy with undefinable spots. (Evidence is available) what’s worse, we tried to deal with the issue w Expedia promptly, results : zero, no refund no response from hotel. I’ve traveled the world. Never seen anything as bad. Avoid Expedia avoid that place

Location was good. Porter/Valet service was very good and appreciated, although we did pay for valet service.Interaction with hotel clerk was brief but fine. Our room, 603, was absolutely terrible! Bathroom was very unclean! Mirrors had definitely NOT been cleaned and soap dish still had soap residue. Heavy coat of dust on towel holder and “plaster” all over the floor and tub. There was a very strong mildew smell in room and hallway. There were stains on the top bedding! Antiquated air return system made a loud clunking sound off and on throughout the night. Therefore, would not stay there again nor recommend.

This hotel, although once grand, is in need of a face lift. One of the outlets didn’t work, and one of the bedside lamps had a burnt out bulb. But the really annoying thing about stay was the bed - I expected we would get a king, or at least a queen, but the bed was smaller than a queen. A Full size I guess, and VERY creaky. Like every time you move, the mattress would creak. Loudly.

Convenient location. Wide variety of great shops and restaurants in walking distance. Parking garage across the street was great to not haul luggage long distances. Hotel was dated, but clean. Excellent service from the staff. Only criticism I had was the room thermostat. You couldn’t set a specific temperature. Either the room was freezing cold or very hot. Had to wake up in the middle of the night to switch from one extreme to the other.

The location was super convenient and it was a great choice if you want to stay in a more historic/less corporate hotel. The room was comfortable and cozy, and the staff were nice and helpful. Decorated like a gentleman's club from another era transports you back in time. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Pianist was lovely and the bartender. Administrative staff, valet, and housekeeping are excellent. Location is prime and walkable to most things.

Their location near Reynolds Square, The Olde Pink House, and 2 blocks from Bay Street is excellent. Many eateries nearby and a quiet neighborhood. The staff was very polite and friendly. We enjoyed our stay here.

Apparently there is no longer a restaurant or bar. It is close to River street and shopping so convenient to walk most places even at night. There is a pretty park however every single bench had a homeless person sleeping with all their belongings, day and night. The price was fine, the hotel staff were really friendly, But the bed and room do need some updates. Overall it has that small intimate feeling.

Pros: We enjoyed the wine cheese happy hour and location was convenient to explore savannah. Valet parking was convenient. I had to ask for but got my perk, a bottle of decent Chardonnay. K Negatives: Room faced a parking garage. Bathroom was small & not updated. Only one bathrobe for two, no slippers, one little bottle of each convenience items for two, no breakfast, only coffee in lobby.
