Hotel is renovating rooms. No first floor rooms available. Should have been told at time of booking as we requested first floor. No elevator and I have mobility restrictions. Cable TV not working, excuse was we are renovating. Again should have been notified at time of booking. Junk, furnishings and mattresses piled outside our room and in parking spaces.

The some of the hotel rooms where being renovated. they had most of the parking spaces felled with carpets and machinery. I had to pay for parking that was terrible. And the Air conditioning did not cool the room. Staff was extremely helpful and kind.

I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room, walls needed to be painted, furniture chipped, wall light barely hanging on wall, carpet dusty. However, the staff was cheerful and helpful during an unforeseen situation. Manager was a reflection of her staff and made our check-out positive! They are renovating which is much needed.
