I booked here because it had a pool which we were looking forward to but the pool was closed the entire time. So pretty disappointing. They also put us on the 2nd floor and we were literally 1 of 5 people there. Not sure why we got put up top when there were plenty of bottom rooms opened. Makes carrying a sleeping child hard.

I'll start off with the good. It was clean, which is most important to me. The beds were comfortable, and it was reasonably priced. It was outdated and a little shabby. The hairdryer and coffee maker in my room were broken. The breakfast is minimal, but ok. Also was a little disappointed that the pool was not open.

We had a problem adjusting the A/C because the buttons were broke off the unit. Also the toilet tank was very loose and the toilet wobbled. Not enough parking spaces for a full hotel.

It was okay. Cleanliness was average. Staff seemed nice enough. Only stayed one night. Biggest downside was that the pool was not open and they said it likely wouldn't open all year. That was a disappointment because our daughter really wanted to go swimming. We also found some food crumbs on the floor. Beds were comfortable and clean.

I have pictures and pictures of the most disgusting things in that hotel room. Gooey stuff on the carpet. Spider webs on lamps and bugs in the bathroom. It’s a very nasty place. They do not try to meet you in the middle whatsoever. If you don’t have exactly what they want from you you are not welcome there. Will never be coming back here again.

I would not go by the pictures, they are at least 20 years old. The outside looks great but the inside where you stay is awful. The sweeper hasn’t been run in months. The carpet was so dirty I would not walk on it without shoes. The toilet had black pubic hair and dirt on the back. The faucet on the tub was broken. My friend’s bathroom had urine splattered all around the toilet, it had never been cleaned. The safety latch was missing a screw which made it worthless. Her room was in the same dirty condition. I had the receptionist come to the room to show her. The key cards did not work in either room, the parts in it were loose. We had to have the receptionist come and let up in, she thought we were using the card wrong. She found out it didn’t work.

The staff were great and so friendly! And it was a great location. It was clean enough for resting for the night but the carpet was so dirty it felt sticky and turned our toddler's feet black. We all had to wear shoes the whole time. And the beds were uncomfortable. We all were in pain in the morning and didn't rest well. I hate leaving less than 5 star reviews especially since they were so nice. But hopefully the carpets can get cleaned at least.

It was an ok hotel. A bit musty smelling when I first walked into the room. I ran the a/c and it worked fine. Bed was clean and comfortable. The toilet kept running on and off. The hairdryer wasn’t working. Overall property was lit well and clean. Front clerk was friendly. There is a $100 fee they charge/hold until you check out. Supposedly that will come back to you after you check out. We shall see! I’d give it 3 stars.

The receptionist was unfortunately and refused to give me a receipt. It was prepaid and they maid me give $100 in addition. Made me sign a paper about the deposit and when I asked for a copy of that I was told no. I would never recommend this place

When I checked in, the clerk was yelling at someone on the phone. Never spoke to me. Just demanded things. Room was dirty. Stains on sheets. Room smelled. Large scale deposits on the shower head. Water wreaks and tastes horrible of sulfur. Shampoo and conditioner wasn’t new or full. Horrible experience. Especially horrible experience for a Quality Inn. Will never stay here again. Beware staying here.

At check-in, the staff simply refused to move us to a ground floor unit, saying we were pre-assigned to a 2nd floor unit so we had to stay there. The fridge smelled so gross we couldn’t stay in the room, so she moved us elsewhere on the same level. The so-called hot breakfast only offered a toaster and something resembling waffles for the “hot” component. Breakfast overall was totally unsatisfactory/unacceptable for any reasonable person. The property overall was tired and very poorly maintained. After this trip, we’ll leave Wuality Inns behind. You get what you pay for.

I stayed at this place in route to Florida just to rest for the night. Scary location, very scary and rude man at the counter. Charged me a deposit he didn’t tell me about. I would never ever stay here again.

We ended up not staying there. When we went to check in the employee wanted another $100 for incidents and we didn’t have the money for that. It wasn’t listed on the website for that and I wouldn’t have booked it. Very upset. The employee said she canceled 😞 the booking abd we definitely want our money back.

The room was okay. But there was a group of people playing loud music and drinking right outside our room almost all night. Called the frint desk and they pretty much did nothing. Cant say i would stay here again.

Hotel very convenient to Interstate 95. Room was ok, nothing special. Could have used twice as many towels than we’re actually in the room for three people. We had to literally slam the door shut to get it to latch securely. Staff was friendly though

The staff member who checked me in was wonderful. The room was mostly clean and comfortable. It’s a motel, not a hotel - which I did not know. Breakfast had no protein options at all. For the price, I hate to complain, but even some boil-in-a-bag eggs would have been great.

Honestly pretty decent hotel it's a simple place to just stay at if your not looking for nothing to crazy. Especially if your vacationing here and not really going to be there all day anyways. Breakfast isn't anything to crazy so don't expect full course meal.

This facility requires some serious love. Apart from the fact that it looks rundown, the bed was not comfortable, the shower head was leaking from everywhere except where it was supposed to and the breakfast was absolutely pathetic

It was just ok. The room was very humid and the carpet was damp. The breakfast was toast, cereal and mini muffins. The bathroom wasn’t clean enough to take a bath but was fine for a shower. Room was in definite need of upgrades but the bed was comfortable. I didn’t and wouldn’t recommend spending an extended period of time in the room, but it was fine for a quick shower and sleeping for the night.

Room was clean but toilet had black stuff around edges. We flushed it few times it went away then. There is cracks in the ceiling what appeared to be water damage at one time but ceiling was never redone. The breakfast was good and enough food for amount of people there.

Pictures they advertise for the rooms and the Continental breakfast are not what you actually get. The room looks similar but not like the picture. The breakfast was very disappointing there was literally a waffle machine. Don't advertise a hot Continental breakfast when you don't get one. False advertisement!
