We had a peaceful stay. We were there during the week. Quite clean suite and facilities. The hallways were kept nice and cool. Our thermostat worked well. Breakfast was surprisingly good and some items were varied each day. The dining area was never overcrowded. Staff were eager and quick to help. The location is great, away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to visit the city center. Plenty of free and safe parking. Never had an issue looking for parking. Overall it was a lovely stay.

Smallish hotel which was fine. We were fist floor near side entry. No ice machines threw me off. Breakfast was good in the mornings. Coffee very good. Small indoor pool was fine. Very friendly staff. Our king bed was not king size. Sleeper sofa - ugh. Mattress should be thrown away. I spilt water in floor and wiped up- towel was nasty! Over all, would I go out of my way to book this hotel- no. I’d find something else. I’d not have a fit if I had to stay here.

The room and staff was decent. Pool was smaller than expected but it served its purpose for the kids. Gym was also super small and hot, no air. Would of used it but it was too hot in there. Breakfast was satisfactory. I love that they had options for people who prefer to eat healthier. Overall would I come back, yes.

Stayed here for 4 nights with family and we enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was also a nice added touch. 10 minutes to downtown Savannah and 30 minutes to Tybee Island and an hour to Hilton Head Island so this was a very convenient location. The indoor heated pool was also nice and the fire pit and basketball court was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Very attentive kind and polite staff throughout. Southern hospitality is here. Nice breakfast, good location, plenty of parking space. Room was mushy but the entire savannah is anyways. Nice kitchen, big tv. I will come back.

The staff was great!! Lovely indoor pool! Our suite was nice! I love the kitchen and Scrub Mommy! Walking distance to a Publix and restaurants if you don't want to drive or rideshare. Just a great experience! Will definitely come back again!!

This hotel was OK for a couple of nights, but it’s very old, dirty, and not updated. The ceiling had terrible patch jobs from leaks, the bathroom fixtures were stained and corroded, and the couch cushions had awful mystery stains. We kept our shoes on due to dirty carpet and covered the couch with a sheet. It was a little shocking for a Marriott Bonvoy property. However, the staff was great! Very friendly and efficient.

We had a room booked for 4 people. We were only given 2 towels in our room. When we asked for 2 more, we were told they ‘were out of towels’. We took our boys down to swim the next night & there were no towels in the pool area. We asked if they could give us some…same thing, out of towels 😑 Our room smelled very musty, we ended up buying a deodorizer from Walmart, which helped a little. The TV was broken (the picture showed up with a blue tint and lines down the middle) I asked the front desk if they knew how to correct it, they said there was nothing they could help us with. It was very obvious that the people working there and responsible for the upkeep do not care. As far as amenities: the breakfast was decent although they did run out of coffee once. The pool is TINY. Like smaller than a backyard pool. We wouldn’t stay here again

Shower drain got clogged when we first used it. I called the front desk but they told me that they cannot do anything till morning. I opened the cover of the drain and found that the drain was full of hairs. I removed them by hand.

For the price we had to pay for one night it wasn't worth it. This was the closest hotel to the venue with vacancy so we booked it. Room was clean (except for the giant cockroach crawling around the room). The towels in the room smelled like they'd been washed in dirty water and the hotel itself is in great need of an update!

The room was horrible! It was dirty and the furniture in the living are had huge stains. The backs of the chairs in the bedrooms were cracked and worn out. The glass in the bathrooms were dirty and the toilet in one of the bathrooms was broken.

This is the kind of place you just rest your head if you can… the room, I was originally given was covered in dog hair… I called down and they moved me to another room. The front desk person was nice enough to meet me at the new room, which is just a few doors down. Both rooms were dirty. It looks as if they only just maybe change the sheets and replenish what’s been used… The phone was covered in dust underneath the sink was covered in dust the toilet the top specifically was covered in hair, and there was hair around the sink. The couch and the chairs had Cheetos on them. Don’t ask because I don’t know. The glassware was dirty. The tub was dirty. It was very quiet and in a good area convenient to where I need to go. But I wouldn’t stay there again. The staff was nice enough and the breakfast in the morning looked decent. Just a no for me to stay again

Very impressed wirh to seperate bedroom, sleeper couch and complete kitchen. TV in bedroom and living room was nice! Compeditive price for area while offering more.

Had to clean shower drain myself, full of other peoples hair. Other peoples items under the sink. Curtain so dirty I closed it and my eye was swollen for 12 hours from all the dust was suppose to get credit have yet to see it.

My biggest concern during our stay was the master bedroom suite, which had a significant issue with the double French doors. One of the doors was misaligned by nearly 3/4 of an inch, creating a visible gap and preventing the lock from engaging properly. This lack of alignment eliminated any sense of privacy, which completely undermined the purpose of having a suite. We reported the issue on both the first and second day of our stay, but unfortunately, no one ever came to address it. As someone who works in property management and customer service for over 150 properties, I understand the importance of resolving guest concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience. Sadly, that standard was not met here. We made the most of it and love the city of Savannah.

Excellent deal for our week stay in Savannah. The one bedroom suite was spacious and accommodated our family. Breakfast was great and you could bring it to your room. It would be nice if there were vacuums and brooms in the room, otherwise worth every penny!

Property was nice. Room was spacious and we loved swimming in the indoor pool. Only complaint I have is the bed was not very comfortable, the double doors that went to the bed room would not lock, bathroom door would not lock and the towel rack one side kept falling down. Other than that the staff was very friendly breakfast was great we really enjoyed our stay there. Would recommend staying there.

Easy access to major roads, decent shopping in the area, not far from the historic district. The rooms are clean and pretty spacious for the price, with kitchens on par with many Air B B setups. Highly recommend for long stays. King bedrooms are basically one room, but the Queen bedrooms have a separate room and door so the outer room can be used for kids.

The room was very clean and spacious. The facilities and grounds were well kept. Location was good for us, plus had near by restaurants and shops. Problems were with 2 male desk clerks and housekeeping. Both female clerks were helpful and kind. At check in, one male clerk insisted we had only booked 1 room, when 3 rooms for 3 nights were booked and paid for through Expedia. This clerk showed distain over our use of Expedia. He was not helpful at all, instead folded his arms defiantly and insisted we only had one room booked. I produced the Expedia receipt and proved we had 3 rooms for 3 nights. He never apologized, just unfolded his arms and acted more humbly. Savannah was very hot and we needed more towels for showering; unfortunately, housekeeping never came to 2 of the 3 rooms even though service was requested in all 3. The male front desk clerk kept telling us that all the towels were in the dryer and it would be an hour before we could have any. 6 hours later one room got 2 towels, which took 5 contacts with him to get. Since no housekeeping, the room coffee was never replenished and the creamers were so old that they had curdled and gelled in their cups. This stay was so close to being great. Just some staffing issues.

The front desk staff were exceptional, especially the girl from Spain. The guy that worked the desk around 10.15pm on Saturday was very helpful. I had an allergic reaction from something I ate from chick fil a and he let my friend come down and see what I needed from the first aid kit. I loved the bed and the pillows very comfortable. I really had a great stay at this hotel. The hot breakfast was good too. Love this hotel. Would definitely go back there.

The night desk person was less than desirable. A little crude. Checked us in but didn’t confirm any room information nor even give us guidance on how to find our room. Cockroach found in the tub. Tub took a little bit to start draining. The pull out bed mattress was stained, flimsy. No fitted sheets provided for it. Also barely fit within the room. When open it getting passed the bed to the room with the bathroom was tricky.

Directions from google maps was hard to follow. Had us going in back way with a very small sign. Missed it and went around block to main entrance which would have been the better directions. Hotel should monitor what directions are given for them.

Loved, loved the spread at breakfast that Nell put out. She is the BEST!! Always moving around cleaning up The area and putting out fresh food. She doesn’t run out of food for her guests. I think this is the BEST place I’ve ever stayed. My niece was with me and is in agreement. Front office staff very friendly and helpful too. Can’t say enough great comments!!’

Hotel was good overall and close to Savannah historic section. Negatives include: Aside from reception person, the staff encountered in hotel was rather cold and aloof. Room only made every other day and no complementary coffee during the day. Breakfast was OK but not anything out of the ordinary. Pool is very small.
