I want some money back . It is June and I want to get in the pool . Indoor pool but the jacuzzi was taped up like a crime and the pool was filthy like a frog pond . No one got in the pool during the whole stay . I asked a lady at the front desk what’s wrong with the pool , why it looks dirty ? She said because it had a lot people in there. But no one was at all . It was a staycation for to relax by the pool but it dirty and the area stink . Very very upset

The staff was very friendly, offering to drop us off, and pick up at nearby restaurant. We also used airport shuttle which was as a quick drive. The room was spacious and comfortable. We’d definitely stay again.

Rooms and hotel are freshly renovated and were very clean. Shuttle service to/from the airport was prompt, and the front desk attendants were accommodating and friendly. I would not hesitate to book there again if my travels take me back to Savannah.

I was so looking forward to the hot tub after a long day. Sad to say the hot tub was out of service without any.posted.signs and.the pool was not a viable alternative as well because it was freezing. After getting out of our clothes and into bathing suits, we had to go back to our room and change again, all for nothing

We arrived at the hotel in the night after hours of driving, hoping to get a shower and rest but there was only two towels in the room, when ask to the front desk they said they have not more towels and that we should wait till next day to get them. We ended up no showering. The toilet was clogged and when asked the front desk to get this solved they sent someone that handled a pump to us and we had to do it ourselves, the floor had food from previous guests, hair everywhere. Mirror with nasty spots all over. The hotel is very modern and spacious rooms . It is a shame that it is so dirty disgusting.

The layout of the rooms are incredibly compact, but neat. The hotel was a little dated and had a weird odor. The front desk wasn't rude, but not engaged and almost irritated we were there interrupting her phone time. The breakfast was horrible, but the coffee was good. We also had ants around our sink area and the shower head was hanging off the wall. We won't be staying here again.

The comforter and sheets were not cleaned. The comforter definitely had not been washed. I don’t think the sheets were washed either. The room appeared to be very clean. With COVID & every other disease going around, you would think that the hotel would make sure this was taken care of.

Beautiful room, clean, friendly check in staff. However we missed our early 6 AM flight due to the very poor shuttle service. We weren’t able to leave the hotel until 5:15. The woman at the front desk was unconcerned and not at all helpful. We will not return to this hotel because of this experience.

Awful experience. Staff was rude. I was told we could only have 3 towels even though I booked a room for 4 people. Then, I was told to get a new towel I would have to bring my dirty towels to the front desk for a “trade”.

The room was nice and clean. However, my check in experience was awful. I arrived very tired to the hotel at 10:30 pm only to be informed that there was a problem with the room they had reserved for me. I was told that they were waiting for someone to come from home to come and fix the issue. I asked if I could be given another room and was told that room was the only one available. It took a long time for the person to get to the hotel and even longer for them to fix it. The guy behind the front desk (was too tired to remember names) got an attitude when I asked what was wrong with the room and why I can’t get another one. I had already paid for the room in advanced and didn’t want to go through the hassle of getting a refund otherwise I would definitely have gone to another hotel.

A snow and ice storm closed the Savannah airport and the hotel staff went out of their way to help us during this challenging time. The suites were roomy and comfortable and an exercise room also helped pass the time. The free breakfasts were delicious, especially since so many restaurants were closed and we didn’t have a car. The best experience we could have considering the circumstances!

Booked through Hotels.com. When team arrived they out them in a single bed room, and said Hotels.com messed up. We purchased 2 Queens and a sleeper sofa room. Since they were booked and didn't try to help tram had to go to another hotel across the street. We have booked many Spring Hill Suites all over the Southeast and never had this problem before with Hotels.com Feel that the front desk person didn't care.

Booked due to location to airport and because they listed a 24-hour shuttle. Upon arrival we were told shuttle ran 5am-midnight. While we initially were told we couldn’t leave before 5am (we were more comfortable leaving at 430am), we were given the managers number (no manager on duty on weekends apparently) and he was very receptive to our request and unaware that hotel description states 24/7 shuttle. They made special arrangements to get us at airport earlier. Not a quiet hotel: could hear everyone in hallways and folks on the other side of the wall. Overall fine but would stay at one of many other choices next time.

We drove from Orlando. Stayed in Pooler Ga because we moved grandaughter into college. Its just 42 mi to Statesboro yet less the cost and just off I 95 and I16. The Sam Sneads restaurant is fabulous. Very clean safe nice area.

The hotel was very clean and modern. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Very close to dozens of restaurants and the outlet mall. Good bit of road noise from I-95…unavoidable.

My flight was delayed several hours so I called ahead and the lady I spoke with was super nice. When I arrived to check in at four in the morning the lady at the front desk was quick and efficient. Breakfast service was good, room was clean and quiet.

This was the perfect place to stay for the night when arriving in Savannah! Close to the airport. Breakfast included fresh strawberries and a variety of cold and hot items! Beds and pillows were comfortable. Very quiet as well. The only complaint that I have is they would not let us check in an hour early.
