We had a good stay. It is an older hotel but clean with convenient access. The only complaint we had was the elevator. It was slow and malfunctioned on us - not opening on 1st floor but taking us up to the 4th floor when someone else called it.

It was not a bad place to stay but you do not have privacy at all, I had my do not disturb sign on my door and they would still come in the rooms and clean them and no one could give me a reason why they was doing that, the pool water had way to much chlorine in it. The rooms was nice with plenty of space in them

We traveled with other family members and my nieces room had to be changed twice due to mold. Not just any mold Stachybotrys, which is extremely dangerous to bring in. Especially for people with compromised immune systems. I happen to work in an environmental laboratory and can tell you this mold is extremely dangerous.

The rooms were dingy and rugs were dirty. Sidewalk outside was dirty. Hallways dirty, paint peeling. No comfortable chair or sofa in room. Hotel was very noisy from construction. No tissues, not enough towels in room. Would avoid staying there in future. Worst Hampton Inn I ever stayed in.

I stay at Hilton properties on a regular basis. My standard complaints about all Hampton Inns is that they have lousy water pressure in the showers and the shower head is mounted way too high (good only if you are 7 feet tall). This particular shower had no conditioner which is standard usually. Also, it was dangerously slippery. I hate the bedding. It is much too hot. I travel with my own blanket and promptly strip the bedding down to the sheets.

This hotel was tucked in away from the highway. I saw a lot of homeless as I was exiting the highway and some areas around didn’t look very nice, so I was worried at first. This property was tucked nicely away from all of that and I felt safe. My only complaint is my room felt “damp” and there was moisture on the AC handler, which made me think it was actually “wet” in the room. Overall, a nice stay.

We travelled 10 hours that day and chose your hotel.. The a/c was very loud and noisy and the clicker for the tv didn't work ( volume only went higher ) and had only 1 tv channel.We called the staff to help, they said they would be right up, after 20 minutes we told them forget it. We shut off the a/c and 1 channel tv and went to bed. PS the pillows were not good at all.

Room was not ready on time because we booked with Expedia. Front desk staff made it clear that they only gave Expedia bookings their worst rooms and would maintain them last. We simple had to wait while rooms were given out to non Expedia bookings.

We booked a room through Expedia for 5 people. When we arrived the room had two beds so I requested a rollaway. They told me that they don’t do that anymore. I also don’t know that a rollaway would have fit in the room. I explained that I had three older kids and the room wouldn’t work for all 5 of us. They offered me a blanket for the floor. I asked about paying the difference for a larger room and they said I would need to call Expedia because they can’t do that. I called Expedia and expressed my frustration that they had said the room would sleep 5 when it clearly didn’t. I paid an additional fee for the larger room and they told me they sent it through to the hotel. At this point it is 11 pm. My kids are exhausted and the front desk staff tells me they don’t see the change in their end and the only person who can access the portal is their general manager and she wouldn’t be in until 8 the next morning. After Expedia calling again and getting a new desk clerk we were able to finally get to the larger room that accommodated us.

The front door was locked and after ringing the intercom three times for 15 minutes, I had to find a way to call the location. Wendy then took a p minutes to open the door. My reservation wasn’t coming up for until I had to retrieve an email with their confirmation code.

my car was broken into ehrn parked under a light. i lost 3K in vslue from the car. i feel their security was inadequate. i was not the only one with this issue. the parking is too far from the entrance. loved the hotel but wont sysy there again.

I liked that it was away from the highway in a quiet area with restaurants all around. The staff were excellent and friendly. The property was clean and new and we had a good sleep in comfy beds with wonderful sheets. The breakfast was pretty good too.

The room was as clean as the housekeeper could attempt to make it, but the boxspring had mystery stains. The pull down curtains were shredding and the tiles were discolored.The half of the carpeted space felt as if the carpet had a film on it. The tub had odd stains in it and there appeared to be no central air in the hallways so it was unpleasantly warm and very musty- like an old uncleaned carpet smell. The worst part was coming off the elevator to the 6th floor right at checking to be greeted by a massive live cockroach running across the gray tile.Positive notes- The staff were very kind and the bed sheets were crisp and clean. The parking lot was well lit. I just don't think I would plan on staying here again. The Hotel itself is desperately in need of an industrial cleaning aside from the housekeeping and general maintenance and needs a major revamp to the dining/ breakfast area( seats falling apart or sinking in).

Breakfast was better at the Hampton Inn in Florence South Carolina. They had fresh fruit for breakfast. The showers were better in South Carolina; larger and the hot water came out quicker. There was no matt to stand on in the shower at the Hampton Inn in Savanna Georgia. I slipped and fell, catching myself on the Handi-cap bar that was on the side of the shower. Pulled a muscle in my left arm but am ok. I then started using a towel in the bottom of the shower so that I could stand up better. Other than that, all was well. The only suggestion I would have is to have matts available when taking a shower.
