Location was good stairs, no elevator, made it extremely difficult to get belongings into the room

Never again! No refrigerator, no microwave, no coffee machine, very dirty, very noisy, the ice machine didnt worked, the pool was closed. And the staf didn't care at all, the only thing they said was that i had to contact expedia because i had a reservation for a room with refrigerator and microwave, but they don't have rooms with these amenities => says staf! Didn't feel safe at all, horror hotel!!!

I booked with this property, it advertised pool when we arrived the pool was closed down I asked for a discount since I drove there already they declined . The ice machine didn’t work and my room and everything in it felt damp / wet . I went ahead and stayed , but will not be returning to this location.

Room did not come with a fridge, microwave, or HDMI ports in the tv? Staff was nice and tried to give us a different room but the second room reeked of cigarettes and the tv still didn’t have HDMI ports so we stuck with the first room and got a cooler and ice. There were people talking loudly around our room at all hours

Pool was nasty trash was outside on the balcony with roaches crawling around it . Police showed up as soon as we was getting out the car ..

I didn’t like anything. I hated everything. Beds too hard, no refrigerator, no microwave, ice machine inconveniently sits on the second floor, bathrooms outdated, no weather strip under the door, trash piled up near drink machine. It’s literally just beds, a tv an old unsanitary bathroom. No amenities, no appliances. Nothing.

This was the best motel I stayed at and I was really excited to know that there wasn’t any pet fees

It was horrible, roaches, holes in wall, dirty, no extra door lock, no fire alarm, mildew in the bathroom on ceiling and shower curtain. The pictures on website looked great, but in reality it looked horrible.

The room was dirty, had roaches and stunk. I was there a total of 5 mins before checking out and having to find another hotel. I was still charged full amount for 4 days. No refund. Worst experience ever. And when I contacted you about getting my money back you can do nothing. I won't be using you again if u can't protect me any better.

Room had mold in it floor was dirty

We will never ever stay at a Motel 6 again . The room was not clean and there was a dead bug on the floor of the bathroom. When she went to use the bathroom again , there were live bugs crawling on the edge of the bathtub. We proceeded to checkout and were given a receipt for our reimbursement of $ 332.86 . We then checked into a Best Western which proceeded to cost us $859.97 for the same 5 night stay in Savannah . The city is beautiful but our experience with Motel 6 left a bad taste in our mouth.

The first room was flooded with mold covering the walls. So we told front desk and second room had no to,sheets covered in hair, no towels/amenities and a plunger in the toilet. Entire room filthy

I was given a dirty room first thing when I got there and charged the $25 early check-in fee. Then realized when I entered the room that it had not been cleaned. So at that point we got a new room which had a refrigerator that did not work and was very loud, there was something that appeared to look like some kind of condiment splashed on the wall and the bathroom ceiling was leaking. And then to top it all off they had no blankets for their guests. At which point I had to go purchase my own so we could sleep.

Don’t believe the pictures! They need to tear that building down. Beds had stains, walls covered in I don’t even know! Stains. Just grimy and dirty. Had half of a toilet paper roll. Key card stopped working, door barely shut, lock was broke. Left over food in the fridge.

Shower curtain was dirty, bed linen was dirty, all rags and towels were discolored

The place looks like it was furnished from furniture found in a back alley! Holes in the walls, mold in the bathroom, and half the electrical outlets did not work. Do not stay here….run!

When I went into the room a roach crawled off the door and I was not impressed with the room because there was no coffee maker no nothing there was no hot water for at least 30 minutes in the morning and the bed was most uncomfortable and at night there were people outside my door having a party and I didn't get much sleep but the front desk staff was very friendly and I was most appreciative of that.

Both rooms i was going to stay in were dirty, and the bathroom door was locked. Neither had a working television in either room. I promptly left.

4/10 Pros are hot water, convenient location, cold ac and cheap. Cons are noisy neighbors, very dirty room, no fridge or microwave, and gap in front door so big you can feel the draft.

The staff was very friendly, but the rooms were poor. Stains on doors and walls. Our door to our room was not sealed. You could see day light from underneath. The bathrooms are very small and cramped. Beds were not very comfy.

The floors were so dirty the bottoms of my feet were black. There was a used bandaid on the bed side table. The lock on the door didnt work.

we had to wait until 3 to check in (which is normal and okay) but when he let us in the room, it hadn’t been cleaned.. like at all. so he swapped our rooms, and that room wasn’t perfect, but better than the first. we cut out vacation short since our second night the smoke detector was chirping all night & the only thing we could do was keep pressing the bypass button on the smoke detector. the guys at the desk offered to switch us to different rooms, but it was already 11:30pm & our kids were asleep. we WOULD stay there again, we would just like it to be better maintained.

The room may have been non-smoking inside, but that didn't stop smoke from the occupant next door standing right outside and the smoke entering the room. It didn't help that a smoke detector was not installed in the room.

My only problem was the noise. People sitting and standing outside my door or nearby talking loud much of the night, even shouting. Sounded like a party at times. I saw no bugs, the ac and everything worked properly. I had to get a remote from the office, it didn't work but i operated the tv manually. I don't rent a room to watch tv anyway.

The floor was not swept see dirt under the beds.I went out to a program for the evening and came back. The floor was soaked from water and the air conditioner was on before I turned it off. The office clerk says this happens all the time when you have the air conditioner off. A customer should not have to suffer from being cold to have the air on so the floor can stay dry...

On arrival found smoke alarm had been taken down and left on a table. Moldy grout in bathroom. What appeared to be drugs on sink

Staff was nice , had a good stay!

The staff was great! Very clean room spacious. AC works great. No issues at all was parking. Very lighted at night. Feel very safe. Definitely a great place to stay. I will be staying here for a few more weeks, and have no issues at all with this hotel. Keep up the good work!

They never answered their phone, told me they were booked out when I had already paid for a reservation. It was 2 am when we arrived because of evacuating from Milton. She finally said she found a room, but it had black mold throughout and no toilet paper. We left, it was unsafe, and tried to get our money back. They told us to call Expedia, and Expedia had to call the hotel. The hotel never answered the phone. I know this because I had tried to call multiple times and got no answer. The photos are nothing like the real thing. The photos looked ok, the real thing was straight out of a horror movie.

The service was horrible. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm and then didn't have anything ready for me until 430pm. Then 6 rooms in a row they put me in were all unacceptable. I demanded a refund amd wemt to another hotel

They require a 150$ deposit tell you you will get it back but don't and the staff is so unfriendly about it... It was a lot of money 77$ for the room one 150 deposit for a 8 hr stay travelling threw savannah awful stay waste my hard earned money. And no one answer any phone

I booked through Expedia, but when I arrived there after a 10 Hour drive, the front desk woman told me that they were all booked up. I showed her that I already paid and she acted like it wasn’t her problem. Now they won’t respond to Expedia for me to get my money back. Ended up having to stay at a hotel where they put the homeless people.

The door to one of the rooms stopped working after wr had gotten back from dinner. Maintenance wasmt there to be abale to fix it, so half our party had to get a different room and wait till 9am before we could get our stuff from the room where the door wouldn't work. Was told we'd get a refund for that room for the inconvenience. Still waiting on that part, but the fact that there is a refund at all shows that at least the staff thrmselves have integrity and will often try their best with what they have. And they really did try.

Whether you are traveling through Savannah and need to stop for the night, or you are going there to work, avoid this place at all costs. Went to Savannah for a one day outage at a local paper plant there, booked my room through Expedia. Pulled in, and went to check in, first thing they told me was that the room i booked they didnt have anymore. Okay, I'll take another room. On Expedia, and in their lobby it says 25$ security deposit, they charged me a 100$. Got into the room, and it's very dirty. Toliet paper shoved into the peephole, fire alarm missing, food crusty and caked on the inside of microwave, what appeared to be dead bugs smashed on the back of the bathroom door, hole on the bathroom door. Towels didnt appear washed, looked like someone had stepped on them. Just very sub par conditions. Took pictures of everything and went down to show front desk because i wanted to make sure i got my deposit back, and there was people in front of me. They charged the people in front of me, only 50$ for the security deposit. People being drunk/loud outside at 11pm. You can do better, spend a little extra to save yourself the trouble.

This place is not safe for children to be at

Don't get fooled for the low price. Pay a lil bit more at other hotel and stay safe. This place got Zero higiene Zero protection and Zero comfort. The cigarette smells didn't let me sleep and when I got asleep a roach woke me up walking over me... In the morning I had to fight for a refund on my next 2 nights.When I finally got it I moved to another place. This hotel looks more like a public shelter. At nights is not safe to be outside with some homeless people walking around and weird guys "apparently" doing some kind of iligal trades. Hotels website should do something over this matter or don't offer this kind of places as a "great option" , you guys are taking your good reputation to the lower levels.

Hotel needs to be shut down and completely remodeled. Pictures match nothing to the real thing, the good reviews match nothing to the real thing. I did not feel safe at all. We were even scared to leave our belongings in the room while we went to dinner so we packed them up and put everything back in the car until we returned. We checked in at 4, found another hotel while out to dinner, and by 11 we were checking out and leaving. Rooms are BARE necessitates and very old and run down. If bugs crawled across the floor it would not have surprised me. The check in staff was friendly that would be my only positive about this place.

Great location. Terrible facilities.. i wouldn't recommend to anyone! Pay that little extra and go to a nice HOTEL... only stayed one night and that was more than enough for me

Pros Budget friendly although I did have to book online for best rate. Great location. Close to downtown, Oglethorpe Mall, 2 hospitals, and Hunter AAF. Outside of building looks nice. Desk clerk courteous. Room clean. Heater worked good. I did not use AC. Ample parking. Cons If my room is typical, this motel has seen better days. My room Had wire hanging from ceiling where smoke detector was missing. Was missing a telephone. Was missing a TV remote. Had no bedside lamp and light switch was next to door. Toilet paper dispenser broken although there was plenty of toilet paper. Batroom basin drained slowly. Toilet would stop up, but there was a convenient plunger next to toilet. Bathtub drained fine. After my first night no one came in to freshen room or replace towels.
