It's an older and no fluff hotel. Pool was closed. The side doors were zip tied open, so it didn't give a safe feeling. It's inexpensive. I'd stay again if 1 night. Definitely low budget.

A little disappointed the pool is still under construction after one year. If it is not going to ever be open again, just state no pool. Like the staff, professional and courteous. Will stay here again, we are repeat customers

Things were fine. I was not expecting the Ritz, and the rates were very good for me, and the amenities were good. Two Issues: 1. The card slot did not work on the end doors to the outside. 2. I would suggest two trash cans in the room. One for the room and one for the bathroom nook.

The pool wasn’t working before we booked, but its was not posted on the website..so we wanted the pool to begin with didn’t have it, was booked for 4 days 3 nights, found out on the 2nd evening we came back to the hotel after a hellish hot day (102 degrees) and wanted to swim that evening for the 1st time there. No pool. We left after the 2nd night

This motel required an addition card holding in the event of damages incurred. The room had a patch in the drywall that was not painted, one of the exterior doors did not lock that led into the hallway, the flooring material had gaps exposing the sub foundation, did not meet up to the transition strip where carpet began. Areas of water damage in corner of ceiling with the finish peeling away, falling and revealing mold. Could smell mold throughout hallways, stairwell. Not well maintained structure.

1st-good. This property is VERY close to Ga Southern! Rooms are spacious. First glance they look decent. Big bed. Like it has started updates & stopped. Painted on outside. Breakfast. Not saying what kind - but breakfast 🙂2nd- bad: hole in the structure outside because of the way you pull in someone hit it. Big, soft spot in the elevator floor/ VERY UNSAFE. Very dirty. Water damage all across the ceiling in the room. Pool closed for “renovations”. Toilet stopped up. They gave us a plunger/said there was no maintenance. No housekeeping. Microwave was disgusting/old. Ice machine dirty along with small garbage can beside it. Our price was not on track for the hotel. Way too high. I could see maybe 60$ to 70$. But not 125$. Was worried about bugs - but I never saw any. That is why we didn’t check out. And the fact we weren’t in the room much.

We walked into our room and were hit with a wave of mold that took my breath away. There were stains on the carpet and furniture. The bathrooms were gross. I get that the hotel is older, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be clean. The location is perfect, but I couldn’t get past that. We found another hotel to stay in for the night and didn’t care we lost money on that room for the night. There was no way I was staying at this place!! We returned our key the next day and considered it a lesson learned. We will never stay at this hotel. RUN AWAY!!!!

The staff was very nice, but the property needs a lot of work. The room was musty when we walked in. The sheets on both beds were stained. There were 3 beers left in the fridge from who knows when. Walls were filthy. Just felt gross. The side door that's supposed to require a key to get in doesn't close all the way. We checked out and went to another property. The location is probably great if you're just there for a football game, but it wasn't for us.

The room was in desperate need of upgrade. There were holes in the walls and hooks but no pictures. The flooring was broken and coming up and there was mold on the bathroom. The desk chair should be in the garbage- the arms were all broken and the seat was very dirty. Breakfast was almost inedible.

Disgusting! The first floor had obviously been flooded and nothing was done to fix the damage. Everything in the room was rusty, moldy and water damaged. Everything! If I would have had time to switch hotels I would have but I literally was too busy. DO NOT STAY HERE. SEE PICTURES

Room was just ok. Stains on carpet, stains on bed skirts, mold embedded in the grout, TV didn't work, lights didn't work. Check in people were friendly. Beds were comfortable, sheets were clean. Breakfast was sub par, coffee was good. Pancakes were good.

The property has damaged walls in the hallways. Once inside our room the flooring was missing sections, holes in the walls damaged furniture and mold in the bathtub. Requested to move rooms and the new room also had mold in the tub. Will never stay at this property again

Old and run down Bathroom was not clean. Dirt in corners. Shower curtain rod was broken. Flooring where the carpet and laminate meet was separated by 2 inches. Bare concrete. This was a beautiful, spacious room. It was so clean. Extra pillows nice white clean bedding with duvet wrapped in sheets. Bathroom was clean, even the doors were washed. Bed was comfortable. Linens were hung ready for use. The surprize was a lovely breakfast of sausage patties, eggs, biscuits, pancakes. danish, fresh fruit, and cold and hot cereal options. Definitely will come back here!

So this was a one night stay so looked for something economical but decent ratings. First room…. AC didn’t work or would for 30 mins then turned off. Shower head covered in something… staff looks like they are doing the best they can with what they have to work with. Moved to room two, again staff was great. Second room, bad leak on sink, some stains on curtains that just looked gross but AC works.

Older, but well kept and maintained motel close to the stadium. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is basic but fine for what it is. Room was clean and spacious, placed right next to the exit and any noise from there was very audible in the room making it hard to sleep Friday night with festive people going in and out and being loud very late. Apart from that a solid hotel at a competitive price.

We arrived late at night (11:50PM), staff was an elderly woman who was nice. Room was hot, we were not able to get the AC on to cool - it stayed 74-75 degrees all night. While breakfast was a bonus the pancake machine was down and the staff was delayed fixing it.

This place is nothing like the photos. Very poorly maintained. The floors were even coming apart in our room. The pool was closed. The doors to the exterior kept us up all night because there is nothing insulating the room from the noise. The staff was friendly but just don’t stay here.

We booked the Eagle' Nest through Expedia. It said check-in was from 3pm to 11 am. We arrived around 3am and told our reservations were cancelled because we were trying to check in too late. This left me, my wife and two kids trying to find a hotel at 330 in the morning. The staff made no attempt to take care of the issue. They told us we could come back at 3pm, but we would need to rebook the room as they had cancelled our 3 night stay. They then tried to bill us for the room that they cancelled on us. Thankfully expedia took care of the billing for us.

Horrible service. 2 days straight. The cleaning staff opened the door without knocking while we were a sleep the first day. Next day I was in the shower and they barged right in and opened the door at 10 am. Then again kept knocking every 2 min asking if we’re still in the room. When check out is at 11am. Never staying there again.

I stay at this location each time I’m in town. Staff is always kind and accommodating. Far enough away from the center of town that it’s quiet and easy to get in/out, close enough to get anywhere (store/food/gas) within a minute or two.

Older, but well kept and maintained motel close to the stadium. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is basic but fine for what it is. Room was clean and spacious, placed right next to the exit and any noise from there was very audible in the room making it hard to sleep Friday night with festive people going in and out and being loud very late. Apart from that a solid hotel at a competitive price.

The Hotel is very conveniently located, just minutes from basically anywhere. The hotel itself was fine, not the best but definitely not the worse. It was a good value. I would stay again.

For the price and the location within walking distance to the stadium, this place is a great choice! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The place does need some updates especially with showerheads, faucets, etc. Kind of musty smell in the room - maybe due to older carpet or AC units. Apparently, the indoor pool has been closed for quite some time according to previous reviews, so don't expect to use it. Overall, I was happy considering the low price and proximity to the stadium which kept us from worrying about parking for a very crowded event.

The location is good, very close to the Archery field. But the room is very out dated. The air conditioner is so laud, if turn it on, you will be cold in 5 mins, turn it off, you will smell the old house and feel hot again. The carpet in the room is very old and dirty. We stayed for three nights, only first day has someone collected trash, no room service at all, the breakfast is so bad, I didn’t see anyone eating the food, only drinks coffee and juice.

Surrounding properties were bad looking. The property inside was in various stages of renovation , and looked bad . The breakfast was horrible. Eggs were cold from being frozen, biscuit was not completely thawed. I just couldnt eat it.

This was a beautiful, spacious room. It was so clean. Extra pillows nice white clean bedding with duvet wrapped in sheets. Bathroom was clean, even the doors were washed. Bed was comfortable. Linens were hung ready for use. The surprize was a lovely breakfast of sausage patties, eggs, biscuits, pancakes. danish, fresh fruit, and cold and hot cereal options. Definitely will come back here!

The room was in desperate need of upgrade. There were holes in the walls and hooks but no pictures. The flooring was broken and coming up and there was mold on the bathroom. The desk chair should be in the garbage- the arms were all broken and the seat was very dirty. Breakfast was almost inedible.

The staff was very accommodating and was a convenient place to stay. The breakfast is very basic, cereal and microwave eggs and sausage. It is very outdated but looks like they are giving it a refresh.

Room was just ok. Stains on carpet, stains on bed skirts, mold embedded in the grout, TV didn't work, lights didn't work. Check in people were friendly. Beds were comfortable, sheets were clean. Breakfast was sub par, coffee was good. Pancakes were good.

All around great experience! Hotel is within walking distance of the stadium, very tailgate friendly and AC is good and cold. They allowed us to check in at 1 PM and breakfast was great when time to leave on Sunday

*Okay for an overnight stay* Definitely outdated. After reading reviews I decided to shower before our 3hr trip, being my own pillow, and blanket. Toilet had mildew ring & shower looked dirty. Bedding looked clean, but I still used my pillow and blanket. Breakfast is only good if you go early within the first hour otherwise it’s cold and old. Trash can in the dining area was overflowing so much trash was falling out. Would I stay here again on an overnight visit, yes. Anything more that required showering, no.

I have stayed a couple times when dropping son off at GSU….The property is clean and in an excellent location…Never had issues…It is an older building and does show a bit of wear…but it is not dirty or in disrepair. It has been perfect for overnight stay when in town for the weekend….The staff is friendly and the rooms have always been clean, comfortable and well equipped. I would definitely stay again when in town.

It’s just gross. Dirty room. Worn out furniture and finishing. The carpet had stains and toenail clippings. The sink faucet had a crustiness I’m afraid to guess about. The bathroom had a corner pube collection and moldy drain. Such a missed opportunity next to campus.
