I enjoyed my stay, staff was professional and friendly and property was clean. Minor improvements as far as shower curtains. The only disappointment was that I booked specifically for the pool due to extreme heat and it was closed 3 out 5 days. Will definitely recommend.

Despite the pool being open all day the local Manager took precautions in not allowing anyone in the pool during the day due to the Heat wave at that time...only after 5p.

My room was big & very clean. There didn’t seem to be an AC in the hallways however. Pool was nice. At check in I didn’t have anything to sign which I found odd and never received an email receipt although I asked for one at checkout. Overall, great place to stay.

The hotel was fine. However, I didn’t realize it was animal friendly. My 3 young children and I were woken up at 6am by a dog next door that barked and cried for an hour. Horrible

Unfortunately, this hotel lost all their points due to lack of cleanliness. The toilet was not cleaned when I arrived to my room. There were remnants of feces inside. There was hair on my bed and towels. I always travel with my own cleaning supplies, so I just cleaned the room myself, but I should not have to!

Everything was looking ok (room 325) until we find out that bathroom was not clean (old use soap was still on the tub) then the toilet was staying full of water after flashing. But the front desk was kind enough to move us to another room. And in that new room (317) empty Coca Cola can was found in the draw?!? No luck for us; else everything was fine.

Shower/bathroom needs updating. Shower with mold and not very clean. Linens didn't smell clean. Otherwise the hotel, staff and room were nice. Palm tree right outside the window was a plus plus!!

There was a lot of soap scum on the shower door, and the corners of the bathroom looked like they had not been swept. Otherwise it was fine. A little disappointing that Hampton isn’t supplying body lotion anymore.

This location is in dire need of some TLC. Our shower head was moldy. The floors were just generally unclean. There was a stain on the shower floor. The door to our suite looked as if it had been pried open and we had to push it for the handle to latch and then push again to lock the deadbolt. The pillows are flat and useless. Breakfast and coffee were good!

The Hampton in Statesboro, GA was clean, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was good. The location is within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Overall our one night stay was pleasant. The only negative was that the beds in our particular room were not comfortable. It is apparent that it is time to replace the mattresses.

Furnishings on 3rd floor need updating, cleaning, etc. Walls are too thin. Could not sleep because of loud talking, children playing in adjoining rooms or maybe it was the rooms above us.

We were here for a dance competition. The hotel check in was super easy, the room was clean. Beds were pretty comfy. Breakfast was good. Only complaint was you could hear the people above us walking around and could hear people talking, so walls are pretty thin. But other than that we had a great stay.

The pillows were not good, in my opinion. They were some type of down? They seemed firm at first, but sink during use, becoming flat and uncomfortable. Other than that, the staff was very friendly amd welcoming, i would definitely stay here again.

We showed up to check into the hotel after driving for 5hrs for the front desk agent to say, oh, we cancelled your reservation because we were overbooked. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. This was a reservation that I made in May, MAY, 4 months prior to the stay. They said they tried to contact us, NO RECORD of that call. The paper that the manager left for us said we were emailed, NO RECORD of this email. This is terrible service. The real story is that the visiting college’s football and volleyball team was staying there. Tin the 20 mins that I was there they were the obnoxious. They had taken over the lobby for what I’d describe as a backwoods ho-down. Terrible Terrible Terrible Terrible. We’ve stayed there probably 3 or 4 times in the last year. The front desk associate was delightful and aplogetic. She called HOLIDAY INN Who had a room. We arrived there to learn it was for one night - not two. After calling Hilton - we were booked in a hotel one hour from where we needed to be. They gave us point which were supposedly applied to our invoice for NO NO NO. Even after I specifically asked if the points were applied and explained the story. Again, TERrIBLE TERRIBLE Hilton - an absolute embarrassment to yourself

My overnight stay way great. From the moment I walked in, the service was top-notch. A special mention goes to Faith at the front desk. She was absolutely awesome! She went above and beyond to make sure my check-in was smooth and quick. Her warm professional attitude really set the tone for the entire visit. The room was comfortable and relaxing and the location was perfect.

Great location. Easy walking distance to plenty of restaurants. 1 mile from GSU - super convenient. Our room was worn - lights not working, lamp shade stained. And we had the room directly across from the elevator. Could hear everything in the hallway and in the room next to us.

The room was clean, beds were comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was adequate - not very strong but better than most hotels I've stayed at. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Hotel is in walking distance to many different restaurants and conveniently located to everything. I would definitely stay again

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. While the building is older, they’ve done a great job keeping everything updated and well-maintained. The location is fantastic—within walking distance to plenty of great restaurants, and there’s a neighborhood Walmart right across the street, which was super convenient. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay, especially if you're looking to be close to dining options and shopping. Would definitely recommend for a short stay!

The breakfast items was unbelievable great, I travel a lot and I have never stayed at a hotel that provided such a quality breakfast like this hotel does, the kitchen staff wanted to know if we needed anything, the desk clerk was very friendly, the room was clean and the bed and pillows was comfortable, we will stay at this hotel again.

The hotel lobby and room were very clean. the front desk staff on arrival were very welcoming; the warm cookies and bottled water were a very nice touch! It happened to be a weekend that the hotel was hosting a young men's sporting team; the athletes essentially cleared out the breakfast buffet. However, they also had "to go" bags available.

The room was clean but the towel rack came off the door in the bathroom. The morning breakfast was lacking choses. The price for the room did not represent the quality we associate with Hampton inn name or the quality we have to expect from that name. We’ll be hesitant/selective of our next stay at Hampton inn. The one redeeming quality of this stay was very friendly staff.
