Worse experience ever!! The pictures are not of this property.The whole place needs to be shut down, tore down and rebuilt. First room was awful, broken tv and air conditioner in 90+ degree weather. Poop stains on toilet, shower scum in and on jacuzzi tub that was closed off with mold around the walls and closed holes. Mold on pillow cases, and no chain locks on door. Asked for refund or new room before unloading stuff and was advised I had to wait on manager. Then realized we had no towels or wash cloths and was advised had to wait on manager who now wouldn't be in until the morning. After numerous unsuccessful attempts with hotels.com the manager finally came and moved me to a better room. No coffee, breakfast, or swimming pool as pictured and advertised.

I had to evacuate from hurricane Milton, only hotel that had a empty room. The rooms are filthy! I had to buy cleaner, a mop, disinfectant bleach. The pool is filled in with dirt and is being used for a dog litter box.

I got a room with a jacuzzi tub for me and my fiance paint was peeling off of it wouldn't hold water the ceiling fan supposed to be five blades got four on it it don't work it was nasty went down and try to talk to him at the desk about it and they act like they couldn't do nothing about it I was very displeased

Outside the room was dirty - vending and ice machines were not operational, even smashed. Inside room was dirty and smelly. Painted bathtub was peeling. Was bitten 4 times over night - not sure if fleas or bedbugs.

The room had that “newly renovated” appearance and feel. As a matter of fact, there was a construction dumpster just around the corner from our room. I just got the feeling they were understaffed (as evidenced by overlooking replacement wash cloths, drinking cups, soap & shampoooo. The manager was most attentive to our needs when we called the front desk. I would like to express special praise and gratitude to the female clerk on day shift Tuesday, 5/9/2023. My 90 year old father-in-law left his wallet with quite a bit of cash in it. The moment he realized it, I called back. She located the wallet and secured it until we could return for it.

Would not return or recommend. Roach bodies, cigarette holes in the sheets and shower curtain, stains on tub. TV and phone did not work. One chair for two occupants, poor lighting. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Nice king size bed.

The room was disgusting. There are stains everywhere. The room looks like it has not been cleaned in years. Mold on the shower curtain. Scratches all over the wall. The bed had holes in the comforter. There were people hanging outside of the door all night , fussing, screaming, having sex, and selling drugs. The guy at the front desk was sleeping on the couch. The water kept going in and out and the room smelled of smoke. Theres bugs as we have bitten by something from the room. I went to the front desk and asked for a different room and the guy who was up there asleep stated there was no other rooms and anything "better\' would be an upcharge and that I could not receive a refund

Wow was that the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Every hostel I’ve ever been in is a Ritz in comparison. They should be ashamed to offer these rooms. Stained linens, peeling walls, bugs, broken floors, bathrooms tubs so broken up you could cut your feet.

Room smelled like pee, trash was still in the room, only 2 towels no wash cloths, a drug needle cap came out of the towel when i was about to use the towel after a shower, no toilet paper when entering the room after check in, no soap to wash your hands.

Room was NOT cleaned before I checked in. Maggot in sink, poop marks in toilet, dirt on AND under sheets, trash behind chair, tub has peeling paint, and laminate flooring was loose and coming up, cobwebs everywhere. Chair was broken. Rented for 1 week. Was only given one flat sheet bc the desk clerk said there wasn't any clean sheets to give me. So thankful I had a blanket and pillow in my car from traveling. I had to get a broom and mop to clean room. The next day I was finally given clean sheets. 3rd day I finally got a chair that wasn't broken. First 3 days my key wouldn't work after lunch. Then on 3 day the door wouldn't open. Was locked out of room for 2 hours while multiple people tried to open it. They finally had to replace the door handle. Was upgraded to a larger room for my troubles of which I was grateful. However, I then had to clean that room as well!!! 5th night there was someone outside in an automobile playing extremely loud music, so loud you could barely hear TV. After an hour of trying to reach front desk, I walked up front to complain and was told to call the police bc she wasn't going out there.

This place should be shut down. The linens were soiled, the chair had black dirt all over it, the conditioner bottle was half used. The front door did not lock I had to put the table in front of it at night. There were no other vacant rooms in town for me to go to. I asked management to clean the room but they didn’t. Disgusting all around! Rooms look nothing like the pictures when reserving.

Okay so the cost of the place did not match the look or feeling of the place. It’s definitely something you don’t want to spend a lot of money on. Cleanliness was the biggest contender for me as their was stains on the sheets and everything was barely cleaned.

This was the worst, filthiest hotel we have ever stayed in! We travel..a lot!! We will NEVER stay at a red roof inn again! I would NEVER recommend them to anyone! Didn’t want to take a shower ‘cause it was soooo gross…the so called comforter was so thin and dirty and torn… room smelled like an old ashtray…absolutely disgusting!

Bath tub was leaking and had 2-3" of standing water when I arrived. The tub was chipped around all of the jets and looked in terrible shape. Comforter had stains on it.

The room needed maintenance - vinyl floor broken in places, some additional maintenance in the bathroom would be nice and a little additional cleaning around baseboards, etc. But the hardest part was getting into the beds. I am 5'4" and my friend was 5'6" - the bed came up to an inch or so below our waists - neither of us could get up without pulling ourselves onto the top of the bed - not too comfortable after all that effort. Also, the website said free coffee in the lobby - there was no coffee in the lobby or anywhere else.

The 1st room's tv wouldn't come on, so they moved me to another room. That tv didn't work either. Rep said nobody there to fix them. Went a whole night in silence with no entertainment or tv viewing option.

I did not check in. This place looked nothing like the photos. It was dirty and reeked of cannabis. I’m not familiar with that area, but the look of the town took a sharp decline when we crossed the railroad tracks to reach this establishment. I wasn’t sure my family would be safe or comfortable there, so requested to see the room prior committing to the stay. The attendant, who behind bullet proof glass in a dirty 4’x4’ lobby, refused to allow me to inspect the room. He pressured me to sign the paperwork and asked me to leave when I insisted on viewing the room.

The room was pretty decent over all but the staff was crappy and we had to wait over an hour to even check in because the guy went somewhere and the other person that was trying to check in had to call the police to get someone up there so we could get in our room

At the property, once given our key, we went to the room, opened the door, and found a dirty room, including an unmade bed. We shut the door and went back to the office where the person at the desk said that was the only room left! We were given a refund and had to hunt for another room (oh, and did I mention this happened at 1:30 in the morning because there had been car trouble throughout our travel coming to town).

It was nothing compared to what I seen online..then they put me in the very back where there was lots of people who looked as if they lived at the property and one guy was acting weird and finally he said he was working security that night and kept asking what was my room number. It was such a scary situation that I asked to be moved to a different room. And I was still scared to go to bed or leave my car parked outside
