The rooms were clean. The breakfast was more than I expected. I expected a continental style breakfast but we received much more including a make it yourself waffle maker, which was awesome! The pool was nice & the staff was very hospitable.

I got the jacuzzi room and thank Hod I bring my own cleaning supplies as I cleaned the jacuzzi it was absolutely disgusting. I’ve stayed here many times and it’s never been this bad but it was horrible this time.

Obviously not something the property can control but heads up to other travelers - Verizon has horrrrible cell reception at this hotel! Their WiFi is good though. Employees constantly cleaning so hotel grounds and room are very clean. Some shady characters also renting rooms but mostly quiet, slight weed smell when they stayed but you get what you paid for. I would stay here again. Felt safe as a solo traveler with kiddos.

Upon arrival I was advised the WiFi and cable was out. It stayed out all night. The bigger issue was that the carpeting in front of the sink was wet. I assumed it was from my wet feet from the shower. I laid the shower mat down to finish getting ready for bed. When I woke up this morning the mat had absorbed some brown-ish liquid. I am hopeful this isn’t someone’s bodily fluids, but so grossed out!

I moved a pillow on one of the beds when I arrived and found a live german roach. I took pictures of it and then killed it and took it to the front desk the next morning at checkout in a tissue. The front desk clerk said I'd have to contact Expedia since I booked my reservation with them.

This is an older hotel. Walls are stained and dirty. There were bugs in the bathroom and a bug under the soap on the sink. The room and bed smelled.

April at the front desk was a pleasure. She was super helpful & very sweet. That being said, room 121 should NOT be allowed to be used. How do you have that much mold in the bathroom and not know it? That isnt safe at all. Even after being moved to a new room, there were little bugs flying around. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I didnt get any sleep at all because it was so uncomfortable.

Overall was a good experience. Only complaint was the shower head needed to be replaced. It must of been clogged on some of the ports. But everything else was good for a one night stay.

This is a travelers hotel - a place to sleep for a night and move on. For that purpose it was fine - quiet, clean room and appearance of being safe. There were little things broken, the hot water was not really hot and the tv a bit blurry although very large. Don't expect to be able to east the breakfast - it was pretty bad. They did have good coffee however.

Nice hotel for an overnight stay on our road trip. The weather was unusually cold for the area and the heater in our room worked excellent. Blankets were sparse but bed was very comfortable . Bathroom was sufficient but looked outdated and could use a remodel . Free breakfast provided the essentials: fresh waffle maker, scrambled eggs, toast, bagels, danishes, yogurt, cereal, milk, juice, coffee.

I paid in advance for our stay. The young lady kept arguing with me that it wasn’t paid . I had paid Expedia not the hotel. Well I have now paid double for a weekend . Was supposed to bern credited back for the extra charge plus higher charges than originally booked online. This is a crock of a hotel and the desk clerk at night doesn’t know anything about rates or 3rd part booking charges

Great place to stay, very clean and quiet. I stayed here as an alternative to paying $350 a night in Statesboro for parent's weekend. The drive was about 50 minutes but well worth it.

I originally booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. The desk clerk for kind, but the quality of the rooms could have been better. In the first set of rooms, one smelled like bleach, and the other was a bit musky. In the second set, one was fine, but the other one was smoky. In the third set it was okay, except one room was next to the smoky room with shared doors. The smoke eventually seeped over. The breakfast was sufficient. But due to the smoke, we decided to check-out. The staff was kind enough to let us do that and not charge for the second night. The place could used a lot of updating. The town isn’t fancy. It is okay. After 9 P.M., Walmart is the only store open for necessities.
