Staff was unapologetic when it was discovered that a pool is not available for use for Guest. The manager said “show me where it says that we have a pool.” I had to pull up the listing on Expedia and show her as proof. She replied that the pool had not been working for five years, even though it is listed as an amenity on Expedia‘s website.

Upon entering it was hot air not on and seemed clean but the tub was not the floor grout was not clean Frig dusty. The floors dusty ask sandy beach wax neat had to keep wiping my feet off I slipped one afternoon getting out of tub because floor was slippery There was no pool available it was covered we asked the lady said it was under construction as well as heating the construction from the hallway as they put rooms together Continental breakfast is just not cereal and coffee they are Miss leading to people to find a close place small town does not mean small services One day we asked they not come in but what happened yo other days just the garbage was done we had to ask for towels and soap We will not go there again

We came to Swainsboro,GA in the early morning of July 3rd for the 4th of July Holiday. Hotel staff was very friendly. Room was very clean. I had hoped to sit out at the pool seeing how the heat index was over 💯. The hotel manager informed us that the pool was closed permanently! He said that the insurance was to high. We checked out was able to get a room at the Marriott in Statesboro, and the pool was open!!! We should have not sacrificed our comfort for a closer location!

The hotel was completely booked up with FEME in town for hurricane work. The hotel was overwhelmed, and housekeeping suffered. This hotel is advertised as having a pool and a fitness room, but both are out of operation. The breakfast is extremely limited and doesn’t even have decaf coffee.

Sometimes it helps to actually use the vacuum and something to mop the floors with. Also requested non smoking and i think all of the nonsmoking rooms rotate into smoking rooms. When I stayed here before, much cleaner and nonsmoking was nonsmoking. Internet is very slow like 1996 when used dial up.

My first room had mold in the refrigerator and microwave was nasty. The shower was dirty and the smoke detector was hanging by wires and not working. They changed our room. The lady at the front was very nice and apologetic. Our second room was a little better the refrigerator was loud and the ac was horrible.

The bed was good the pillows were horrible the ice machine went off all night and I was on the bottom floor hopefully next time I stay I will be on the top floor will be more quiet and I will bring my own pillow

Have stayed several times each yr the last two years in a row and staff is always so friendly and helpful! My go to hotel for swainsboro. Door chime and early morning bell ringing at desk was a bit loud with room close by but great place otherwise.

Shorthand on staff, horrible breakfast (stale donuts) cheap coffee, limited bedding supplies and linen, have to come down to front desk for all needs, small outdated rooms, TV not working and no batteries in remote. My stay was horrible. Will NEVER book again.

Great staff and hotel! Very clean and comfortable. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was the lack of choices provided for breakfast. I understand that an economy hotel can’t provide everything, but all of the “hot food” items provided had to be cooked in a microwave. The only non frozen hot item was the waffle machine. I will definitely stay here next year when are back in the area, but I will be better prepared for breakfast.
