The bed was super comfy.. the bathroom sink leaked horribly

I stayed the Saturday night after the hurricane and although no power or water it was a safe bed for the night. Massive thanks to the management team, a lovely couple who feed us and looked after the handful of people onsite in this very difficult time. As an Aussie this showed true USA spirit. Good luck with rebuild and getting back to normal.

The room was not clean, there was a half used bottle of hotel shampoo in our shower, and the sheet didn't look clean (it may have been stained though). My baby walked around for 5 minutes without shoes and his feet were black. Also a bolt/screw or whatever it is called that goes in door hinges, fell out of the bathroom door. Also the rooms look nothing like the pictures.

Had a reservation for a 2 queen non smoking room. It was not cleaned because the staff had to leave early. So they put me in a 1 king smoking room with no soap or shampoo had to wait almost 30 minutes before they brought it to me. Cigarette burns in the comforter. Definitely not what was pictured on their website

The picture and the room we recieved were not the same. There were lights out, the toilet was not sure, and the sheets were stained. It was overpriced for what we stayed in.

an older motel that has some revamping going on.plenty of parking in front of each unit.the room was comfortable pillows and mattresses were good.really appreciate the walk in shower.handy to have coffee maker,micro,and mini refrig as well, it makes up for no breakfast. place is better than it looks from the street.

Sewage problem and frozen pipes couldn't take a shower

The bathroom's were very nice and the showers were huge in the beds was extremely comfortable

Im waiting for my money back, i made the reservation for my husband that was on his way to work for the hurricane relief, was tired and need it a place to sleep, they let make reservation .. he had to drive 40 min out of his way to get there and find the place closed!

We originally planned to stay 3 nights but after 2 hours there, we decided we would not stay another night. The rooms seemed “clean” but the bathroom coming has water damage and send it could collapse any minute. The TV was staticky on every channel. There were people outside walking around all night. And to top things off, I was eaten up by bed bugs. Bites all over my body.

This was the worst experience ever. I paid for two days stay at the hotel. We arrived at the hotel at approximately 11:00pm after driving all day. When we went inside the room, the room was dirty and there was feces in the toilet. We ended up not leaving but should very well have woke the manager for complaint. We left with family the next am and went back to the room to shower and manager told us we were not supposed to be there. Excuse me, we paid for two nights.

My first night, Sunday, there was a dead ant under my comforter and stains on sheet. I told front office and they sent out a housekeeper to remove and replaced with clean sheets and comforter. At other hotels they always removed the trash and replace towels. Not here, I had to ask( Monday evening)and the guy at front desk was not in a pleasant mood about it. He came to my room and gave me clean towels but would not take my trash and he said “that will be taken care of tomorrow.” The next morning, Tuesday I told the first desk if they could service my room and she looked at me weird and said “Ya”. Which they did when I returned that evening but I decided to leave Wednesday morning instead of Thursday. The location wasn’t ideal. Noisy from traffic and there seems to be people that stay there regularly or call it their home and I was cat called numerous times.

The sheets and towels were dirty and there were bugs in my moms bed will never stay there again

Pictures where false advertisements the rooms were borderline gross. The beds were extremely load and uncomfortable. Stained sheets and linens.

Room was a little musty smelling upon arrival, a shot of air freshener solved that problem.

We'd been driving for around 7 hours and decided we wanted to find a place to stay for the night instead of driving the remaining 6 hours to our destination. I made the reservations roughly 15 minutes before we actually checked-in to the hotel around 5:30. Check-in went very smoothly and the employees we interacted with were very nice and accommodating. The room was very clean and the bed was much more comfortable than the condo we'd been staying in for the previous two nights. Our only complaint was that the pillows were tiny. They were more like throw pillows than bed pillows, but with as tired as we were we didn't really care and were both asleep by 6pm. We didn't have any real complaints about the hotel itself and were happy to have a place to lay our heads for the night that didn't cost us an arm and a leg. My main issue during our evening was the guests in the room next to ours. They were slamming their door constantly and woke me up quite a few times. Around 7:30pm, there was a child running through the parking lot screaming like someone was being murdered. This actually got me up out of bed to check and see what was going on. There was nothing going on, just a child screaming for no reason. I was awake for another three hours until things finally quieted down again and the neighbors finally stopped slamming their door around 11pm. I don't blame the hotel for this and I never called to complain but it was very annoying.

They accused us of not paying and tried to charge us $100 fee upon arrival

The staff there were very nice and made it easy to rent room.

I travel quite a bit (single with my toddler.) I felt safe at this hotel. No creepy people hanging around . Typically rodeways arent known for high quality ,but i will give this one credit. I guess in past couple years they remodeled and upgraded their rooms. They are nice, clean,newish. They aren’t the taj mahal,but neither is the price If you need simple,clean ,comfortable for a night or 2 this is a good choice

It was very nice. Very clean. I thought there was breakfast, but no breakfast. They did give us a cup of coffee a piece.

Hotel was decent especially for the price. Room was clean and quaint. The only thing I wasn’t happy about was the website said they have a breakfast and they didn’t even have creamer for coffee
