I booked this hotel because it said it had a shuttle to the airport. But when we got there, it wasn’t running for the next two weeks. When we got to our room it smelled awful…really bad!! The TV didn’t work, so I picked up the phone to call the from desk, and the phone didn’t work. I went down to lobby and told them what my issues were. She left the room and supposedly called someone. She came back and said he would be up to fix it. This was about 6:00 pm and no one ever showed up.

I was disappointed in this property. Only one elevator worked, and the stairs were only for emergency (at least according to the sign). The latch for the door to lock it from the inside was broken. I wasnt aware when I booked that there was a casino and gentlmens club next door, making it not very family friendly outside.

We booked this hotel as they offer airport shuttle. Once we checked in they informed us that it is no longer available. We asked for a refund and were told that it was past the cancellation time for a full refund. When we asked at the front desk where would be a good place to get dinner the man said" I am not paid enough here there for I can not afford to eat out!"

Most of the ice machines didn't work. The room is not bright. Just a few lamps which isn't enough. The room has a fridge, microwave and a coffee maker. A Subway and Perkins are a few minutes walk. Long walk into town. (About 45 min to The Old Market.) Free airport shuttle, but you need to call the hotel for them to pick you up. And you have to go through the automated operator to get through to a person. Free coffee/tea near reception.

Property being renovated, no notice of that online. States there jacuzzi, which there is not. Only booked here for the jacuzzi and pool. Jacuzzi was full of cement. Toilet clogged, sink drained slow, rooms were dark, very few lights. No one at front desk get a plunger from, rang bell, no one answered. Tried several times during evening. So just bought our own while out. Shower was rusty, curtain only cover half shower, water everywhere. Pool was dirty and no clean pool towels. Unable connect Internet. Hallways and common areas smelled like marijuana. Worst of all my car got broken into, while parked in parking lot. We were suppose stay 3 nights, which we did not. Only stayed 1 night, and went stayed somewhere else for other two nights. Requested refund, still waiting here back.

There was only one person at the front desk and he seemed very overwhelmed. Had three calls within a couple of minutes of each other no one else was there to help him. My accessible room did not have bars in the bathtub and the tub was way too high and the tub was very slippery,For being a handicap bathroom. there was no soap to use in the bathtub. Both containers were empty. Just one little bottle of soap for two nights. It looked like the floor was not vacuumed. There was crumbs all over the floor. The mattress was very saggy. The bathtub was dirty for breakfast. There was no coffee cups and very little Food was there on both days . I would highly not recommend this hotel to anyone. The list was there was no closet to hang anything. How can you stay at a hotel that does not have a closet. Very disappointed in this hotel. Also the people next to us were smoking marijuana and it’s went through our room. Only one elevator worked so we had to wait sometimes 20 minutes to get into an elevator. . Upon arrival, trash was found from previous guests in our “clean room”. During our stay the room above us leaked from their bathtub from the 4th floor all the way down to the main floor. Water leaked under our door from the hallway flooding the floor in front of the bathroom/closet. The shower curtain had mold on the bottom of it. Other family members stayed in the room on the 4th floor that was leaking from the bathroom and were given another room. New rooms carpet was soaking wet and the room smelled musty and was very hot.

Terrible Stay – Would Not Recommend I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was in unacceptable condition from the moment I arrived. There was a broken window screen, and someone had put a plastic bag over the smoke detector; a major safety concern. The freezer was caked in ice and clearly hadn’t been defrosted or cleaned in ages. The office chair had a broken leg and was unusable. Most concerning of all, the room was not clean. I found a live bed bug, which is absolutely unacceptable and a huge health risk. I left immediately after finding it. This place needs a serious inspection and a deep clean before anyone else should stay here. I would not recommend it to anyone.

During our three-day stay, our room was never serviced. Here is a list of what we observed during our stay: 1. Rust on the bathroom tub 2. Our towels and bedsheets were never changed 3. Our room was never cleaned 4. The trash was never emptied

The photos online looked great. Booked it for 2 nights. We got there, and the room was not clean. The bathroom had hair on the counter, and toilet, the previous guests half empty hotel provided shampoo bottles were left in the shower, the mirror was filthy, and the drain was clogged, leaving me standing in a discolored puddle of water at the end of my very quick shower. There were no hand towels provided, 1 wash cloth and only 2 bath towels when my reservation was for 3. Stains on the bedding, electrical hazards, weird stains and damage on the walls...I could go on and on. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. We checked out an entire day early, knowing I would not get a refund. Disappointed to say the least.

This hotel is DEFINITELY not a three star or above. Visible water damage and stains in the room. Paper thin walls. Water in the halls from the pool. Flashing emergency lights in the room. None of which was a massive problem. The lights situation in the room was. Apparently you have to turn on one light switch in the room to control ALL the lights. That's room, closet even bathroom. Something I didn't know as I'm sitting in the bathroom in the dark using my phone as a light. It DEFINITELY was an adventure.

It looked newly remodeled. It was clean and new. The help at front desk was very polite and helpful in afternoon. But when i returned to my room in evening my TV did not work! It would not even turn on!!. I tried calling front desk twice but no answer.. so i went without a TV!! That is part of the cost of my room.. i was not happy!

Check in was so so but booked 2 king rooms only got one King and 2 queen. Should have changed it at the Lobby but just left it alone. Toilet in one room ran all night and lighting in the rooms was awful. 2 bedside lamps that you had to plug in to use but unplug because they would not shut off. King size bed was HORRIBLE! Bed was wore out but had a mattress pad over it to try to make it better, DID NOT!

We had a nice stay. The pool was clean. The room was nice and comfy. We did need to switch rooms because the tv was having troubles. The lady was super nice and moved us close by. The bathroom had some bad caulking. And the bathroom door knob fell off. But other than that, it was a super nice place to stay! Clean. Quiet.

Extended my stay for 2 extra days. Check out and in as asked, so i could keep my same room. Was told everything was taken care and not to worry, but when I got back to the hotel later that evening. They had put all my belongings in trash bags and moved them behind the check-in counter. Including the clothes I paid $145 to dry clean. Mixed up my clean and dirty underwear, and handled my Sonicare tooth brush along with other personal items they didn't have permission or reasons to be touching to begin with.

When I arrived at 0400, due to my flight delay I found out they no showed me. They said they already did their audit, and no showed us. I had to Delta, since I booked through my miles. They should be credited back. I had to rebook and pay for the room, as my miles wouldn't be credited back to me for a week. When we got to the room, there was painters tape all around the door. I thought it hasn't even mine because it looked like it was still being painted. When entered the room, we were hit with a horrible smell like animal urine and it was terribly hot in the room. I was so exhausted at this point, I just wanted to sleep. I thought it was because the room was just hot and humid. We fell asleep and when I tried to cover my face, so I didn't have to smell the urine smell, it felt like I was smelly on the linens, as well. I should have had them switch me rooms at that point. Unfortunately, I didn't. The lady at the desk, didn't seem like she would do much to help me anyway. I would say this stay was horrible! When I told them at check out, he just said, I'm sorry." Would not recommend this location.

The first room was hot, lumpy pillows and bed. Second room much better except toilet had to be flushed several times to get toilet paper down. The maid said she knocked on our door when we were out at 930 loading our car and check out is 11 and they stripped bed moved our stuff and threw away our chocolate cake. I didn’t like them coming in before we checked out and moving our belongings and tossing items.

Stayed here for one night when I had a 5:30 am flight. The hotel manager was awesome. She had an unruly guest who was causing problems in the lobby and she was very apologetic and even offered me a refund if I wasn't comfortable staying (it was fine). Then I couldn't get on wi-fi and she worked so hard to find a solution and finally get me access for an important business meeting. The only reason for a lower review is that they are remodeling and my room had a wierd shower curtain that wouldn't stay shut, there was a really long black hair on the shower wall, and the TV wasn't even hooked up. But I also know the Manager gave me a room purposefully away from the people causing the problems so I'd still go back!

Property was close to the airport and had shuttle service. The neighborhood was a little sketchy but I never felt unsafe. The lighting in the parking lot was bright and kept any prowlers at bay. It was a good hotel for the price and would recommend if travelling.

The staff was good. The property around it had a "Gentelmens Club", and other seedy aspects about it (ie homeless people). The bathroom looked like it had been caulked by an amatuer and the interior of the bathroom door needed work like painting and one interior corner was expanding due to water. There was an overpowering smell in the reception area. Another person checking in at the same time thought the same thing.

We got the "hotels.com" room. No screen on the window, the bright giant light that lights up the hotel shown right into our room blinding us and there was no hair dryer. But it was a very clean and comfortable room with a window that did open, which we appreciate. The bed was very comfortable, the shuttle was ready for us, and breakfast was good.

Our bathroom door did not shut and was being held by an Allen key. Also there foot they served for breakfast was either old or had mildew. I had potatoes that were rubbery and tasted like rubber. Then I had a bagel open my cream cheese it was mildewed. Then thought my milk would be good and it was soured. It was like they kept putting it back in the refrigerator.

This hotel has had a great deal of renovation and is very pleasant and modern. Our King room lacked a small couch and table I've learned to expect in other similar rooms. The bed was very comfortable. After we moved in the first of three nights, we discovered the TV did nor work and they moved us to a room next door. Our plastic room keys only worked the first two nights and had to be reprogrammed for the third night.The breakfasts were better than most. I would recommend this to others like us who want a very good hotel at a modest price.
