Best Western Crossroads of the Bluffs

The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast had a good offering including hot items, protein, and fresh fruit. Plenty of parking and several points of entry into the building.

The woman at check in was super friendly and helpful. The rooms was nice and spacious. My kids enjoyed the large heated pool and we enjoyed the fitness center. Breakfast had a good variety of foods for everyone's palate.

DO NOT STAY HERE. After booking my rewards night I arrived to have them tell me hotels payment was not going through. I showed them my confirmation receipt and they still said there was nothing they could do for me and could not have been any less hospitable. After 14 hours of driving I was not in the mood and definitely not staying there. As I was checking into my next hotel (MyPlace-highly recommend) they called to say they could help me out now, then proceeded to yell at me when I said I had already rebooked somewhere else. Awful experience late at night when you just want a shower and a bed.
