This property was clean and safe, but what really stood out what how much effort and energy were put into personal touches and making it an incredibly comfortable and welcoming space. The staff when above and beyond to make it a great stay. The breakfast was outstanding, the pool was heated and fun, there were personal touches like Broncos flags and painted murals, and there was a free and easy shuttle to and from the airport. It is not the most up to date hotel, but it was clean and comfortable.

The treadmill doesn't work, and they couldn't handle that situation. The hot tub is small and only has capacity of only 4 which is weird. The pool is heated which is nice. The room is nice.

Family-friendly hotel with friendly service and clean rooms. Accommodations in the room were just right and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning. Plenty of choices and seating. I appreciated the free airport shuttle. Will stay here again the next time I’m visiting family.

Disappointed that pool and hot tub not available. Indoor hot tub was cold, water was so dirty that you could not hardly see the bottom. Jets did not work at all.

Room was clean and well appointed; location near campus and the Greenbelt was fabulous; loved it that they held a tailgate for the Bronco’s game, as well as shuttle to and from the game. I highly recommend this location and will stay there again!

Hotel is located near University and not far from downtown. Parking was very limited and many cars needed to be parked in an adjacent parking lot. I left later in the evening and when I returned I also need to park on adjacent lot. The area had limited lighting and I was a little unsure about parking my car in this area for safety reasons. I noticed a couple of larger UHaul and Bus that were occupying a larger area of what could have been common parking for guests. Some areas of parking lot were blocked off due to repair/ storage. The rest of the property was nice including lobby, breakfast area, common areas and rooms. I usually don't stay at Holiday inn properties so I am not sure if this property is standard for condition and amenities. I did not use the pool or hot tub. My room was comfortable and quiet. I was traveling for work and the desk area, outlets and Wi-Fi worked for my needs. Bathroom was roomy, towels were soft. My only comment is that I am not a fan of synthetic bedding, which was a polyester blend of some sort. While the bed was comfortable and pillows adequate. I woke up several times in a full on sweat.

Better than average breakfast, very nice outdoor heated pool, sufficient exercise room and decent enough hot tub. Great location for us. Good bed with fridge and microwave. Stayed here before and probably would again. Nice front desk man on evening shift!

Dried blood on pillowcase, both headboards had peeling material, shower water pressure was low, room door swung open and kept hitting closet mirror upon entry, and room door did not shut unless you pulled on door handle from outside or pushed on it to close from inside. Floors were sticky at breakfast and no cookies at check in because they didn’t have any.

Have always liked this hotel but it needs some attention. Elevators were dirty and needed cleaning. Room had dirty tub by drain and bath has on the wall lotion dispensers that work but this time body lotion was very watered down and unusable, which we mentioned but they didnt fix.

There was a bunch of stuff in the carpet that hadn't been vacuumed up. Somebody had had a party or something. There were stains of some sort all over the heater/ac unit. Cobwebs everywhere. Up by the smoke alarm amongst other places. Looks like there was snot blown all over the wall. The smell inside the hallway smelled of glue and some other chemical. And I have pictures if anybody wants to contest this. I was having surgery and got this place for my mother and my wife because I had good reviews. Little embarrassing to be honest. So thanks for that.

This was our second time staying in this hotel and we’ve had great experiences both times. The hotel is comfortable and quiet, although you can hear some road noise depending on which way your room is facing. The location is great and close to everything we needed. The greenbelt trail is right across the street which is great if you want to go for a morning or evening walk. My only complaint is there isn’t a fan in the bathroom.

I reserved one room with two queen beds, but my travel mate could not make the trip, so I changed to a single queen room next to the House Service room and Electrical room. The humming from the Electrical room was so loud I could not fall asleep. At 12:30 am I finally went down and changed room to a double queen away from the Electrical room (each floor had its own Electrical room). The new room was quite and clean. The breakfast was very good. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Paper thin walls. Your hear everything in the neighboring rooms. Refrigerator in room didn’t work. Maintenance had to come fix it. Tub didn’t drain until I work on it for 15 minutes. Rooms seemed small for the price. The bed was very comfortable though.

The room was dingy and had a lot of visible wear and tear. The bathroom door was broken at the bottom, paint was different colors in the bathroom, the headboards were worn down, carpets dirty. The air conditioner broke so our room was 75 degrees with maintenance not available until 8am and then they wouldnt be able to come until we were going to be out of the room. The breakfast was very good. Likely would not stay here again.

Had a nice stay at this property. Breakfast was better than most. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a lovely view out of our pool view window. Great dining options nearby. My only issue is that the walls are very thin at this hotel. We were on the second floor, and I could hear music from the lobby all night long and other guests at random times. I would stay here again, just maybe on a higher floor.

When I went to check in I had made a mistake booking my stay. I only booked Saturday night and I wanted Friday and Saturday night. The gal told to cancel my reservation and rebook the two nights. When I rebooked it only booked for Saturday night again so I didn’t try booking again. She gave us the room for two nights.

Very rude staff and even the manager. I booked two rooms and checked in after midnight and requested an hour of late checkout but they denied. I requested to give thirty min for only one room and was told you will have to pay for half day. Seriously for extra thirty min of late checkout I have to pay half a day extra. Even though I am IHG member… I never had this issue before but this was first time I booked via Orbitz and was told you booked with a third party so you have to pay.

Even after talking to the front desk in the morning stating we'll be out for the entire day and that we needed turn-down service AND a shower curtain that wasn't torn (showed pictures), nothing happened. I went to the front desk after returning at close to 11pm and let the evening staff know. After talking to them, I ended up bringing up my own fresh towels and a new shower curtain.

Easy check in. Convenient location to campus/stadium/Greenbelt. Breakfast service unfortunately kept running out of coffee on Parent's Weekend. We had to request batteries for our tv remote (quickly addressed and replaced) and one of the outlets in the room didn't work.

Stayed here for a tour of BSU - highly recommend! First, probably the nicest staff I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Second, breakfast was amazing! Super impressed with all the offerings. Room was clean, beds comfortable, parking easy. Hands down the best value for level of experience received!

It's a beautiful property next to the university. Check-in was smooth. The room was nice and clean. The a/c was lacking. It fealt like the a/c was just turned on when we entered the room. We thought it would cool the room as we slept. It did not. The breakfast waa better than average. Except for the coffee. The coffee is bad.
