Wasnt the best hotel but also not the worst. Lots of random people either sitting outside or walking around the parking lot especially on the back side of the property all hours of the night i also seen bosie police everynight that i was there sitting in the parking lot. The hotel advertised a bar but i found out its permanently closed they also advertise a restaurant but they are only open for a couple of hours. The building is also kind of out of date. While waiting to check in two customers came down stating their tv wasnt working they switched them rooms then come to find out mine also wasnt working and they also switched me rooms as well.

The parking lot was dirty and cigarette butts everywhere. The carpet on the stairs was disgusting. The halls were cheap laminate planks with many cracks, holes, damage. The planks make a clicking sound when you walked on it. There were stains and mud in the hall. The bathroom was very dirty and smelled bad. I didn’t even want to try the shower. The tv stand was badly damaged with pint chipping. The tv sound was very bad. The window was covered in spider webs and gnats. There were little spiders on the desk. The carpet was so dirty it made our feet black. The pool area had cigarette butts right on the edge of the pool. The pool towels had dark yellow stains. The “complimentary breakfast “ was a joke. Cold mushy tater tots. Runny waffle mix. A jar of generic nutella. Warm yogurt. Rotting fruit. A bottle of apple juice. We will never stay here again.

I would stay in the Ramada again, but I would definitely NOT have drinks in the bar & grill. $24 plus tax for a simple double whiskey and coke is ridiculous, with no prices on any menu finding out that a few drinks cost more than the room was a shock to say the least.

I've stayed in this building a few times. It never gets better. Unfortunately, It was extremely dirty, the pool room was like 150 degrees, our room was not clean!! And lets not forget the drugs and homeless right outside your window..the hard water stained window. I was hoping under the new name it was better. Nope, I wont return ever sadly.

Difficult to find an employee and a few things in the room were worn out, but it was clean and quiet. The hot tub wasn't hot. Great water pressure in the shower, though, and that was more important.

The room was very dirty. Stains on the beds. The refrigerator did not work. Felt unsafe outside. The breakfast was a joke. No one at the desk for check out. The pool was not maintained. I would never stay there again and would not recommend it to anybody. The door to the room would not close properly and had to be physically pulled and pushed shut with force.

Bathroom is moldy. Bathroom tub is disgusting and moldy I couldnt take a shower and I needed to. Floors felt damp to walk on and walking through non smoking halls on my way to my bedroom I could smell marijuanna. Breakfast wasn't great. They didnt have alot of options. Location to airport is convenient. But overall they need tonfocus on cleanliness of bathrooms cauae there is mold allnover the place and it looked like they hadnt cleaned bathroom counter tops in months and the shower head is brown and moldy so they don't clean those. Im never coming back.

There was hair in the bathtub. It was here on the counter. The bathroom sink was very slow to drain and the light switch was filthy dirty even though we arrived at 8:50 for the breakfast they were out of eggs… They were out of waffle fixings. The curtains did not close all the way and therefore we had about 2 inches of lighting come in from the pool area throughout the night

When I checked in, I uncovered the bedding, trying to get in the bed....and I found some black small dust looking thing on the sheets on one bed. (We got two queen room). It was obvious that the sheets was not washed or changed!! It was disgusting. My husband and I shared the clean bed that night. Honestly, I trusted the hotel brand of Ramada, but I will never ever stay there again. If there was a space, I would have posted the short video of the bed...

Not only was this property absolutely filthy with human excrement on the tub exterior and public hair in the beds, it was unsafe and appeared to be used as a human-trafficking hub, with drugged girls being brought in, grouped in rooms, guards outside their doors and semi-trucks leaving the premesis. We left the facility once we realized what was happening and reported it to local and national authorities. Under no circumstance should you or anyone you care about stay here. Scariest and dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed.

The water was literally brown and smelly coming out of the taps in the bathroom. When i went and talked to the front desk, she said, "i cant do anything about it, and her manager would call me. No one ever called. The place is in a sketchy area, the breakfast sucked, and the pool is freezing. The 💩 water was just the absolutely worst smelly thing ever! DO NOT STAY HERE!!

I’m not sure you should be asking me about that hotel. It’s probably one of the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my life. It’s old. It’s ugly needs to be updated. The carpet is scuzzy into carpet, the walls are ugly. The bed was comfortable however I did sleep well. The TV did not work very well.

There was no hot water. The warmest it ever got was tepid, and too cold for me to shower comfortably. And it was the same with the sink faucet. I mentioned it to the front desk and was told maybe it was because it was cold outside, and that other people had mentioned it. Everything else about the room and facilities was fine.

Staff was helpful. But the property and the room itself were not great. The hotel smelled bad and everything looked like it needed fixing. Our room had poor lighting and things we’re missing (TP holder,light bulbs, phone cords, socket cover.) I wouldn’t stay there again.

Impressed with the hotel lobby look. Hotel room itself was not impressive. Bathroom is super small, wholes in the curtain, 2 towels for the room, no plug for the shower which made it very difficult to clean children, 2 flat pillows per bed, 1 very thin blanket on the beds. The room we stayed in did not have heating and 1 of the lights didnt work. Pool was super cold, kid pool was super cold, hot tub did work and was warm. If you have to stay inside the room for any extended amount of time, not worth the stay.

I reserved a king room from hotels.com. When I arrrived they said they did not have my room. Thet had a doubke queen which is a less expensive room. They said they had to charge me for the king room because i booked through a third party. 1. I had resevered my room well in advance of the trip, they should of had that room. 2. If there was some sort of upcharge i am sure they would have figured that out. When I entered the room it was humid and had a musty smell. I believ this is due to the fact that the back of the air conditoner, which would have normally been outside. Was instead in a large room that had the pool in it. So it had a difficult time with rhe heat exchange and was bringing that humid air from the pool into my room. The room was clean but the bathroom was not. The shower had dust and hair along the top of the shower ledge. The faucet in the bathroom was not attached to the sink at all. The TV did not work. The signal was bad. I turned on the TV and it was good for a minute then the sound went out and there was distortion of the picture. I called the front desk to ask if there was something I could do. They said that the TV's were finicky and sent a maitance man to my room. He arrived quick and came in and shut it off and turned it back on. It stsrted to work. He took a short video of it on his phone and left. About a minute after he left the TV froze. TLDR. I would not reccommend staying here

The ladies at the front desk were absolutely terrible act like they didn’t even like their jobs. It took forever to check in. Absolutely won’t be back the bed with the most comfortable thing that’s about it. Make sure to avoid the front desk so I didn’t have to come in contact with the ladies that were there last night.

The 24 hour shuttle is actually an Uber during off hours which works, however, the hotel is dirty, the rooms are not in good shape and the check in staff wasn't very friendly.

Easy check in, down the back ally of the parking area there is some sketchy people but they mind their business and leave you alone. Our room door was ajar which was concerning upon discovering considering the nearby locals but the room was still clean and unoccupied. The door was a bit stiff so that could have contributed to that. The pet fee was very reasonable at $20, and a nice self serve breakfast was available in the morning across from check in inside the dining area.

Terrible customer service, I had to wait for the person at the counter to finish her personal phone call. I went to the restaurant but she told me they only do take away. So I went out for dinner. When I returned about an hour later there were several people eating in the restaurant. Staff is not friendly, no hello or welcome or anything. When I flushed my toilet it screached very loudly until the entire time the tank refilled. The outer doors do not lock and the parking lot is dirty with cigarette butts and trash everywhere.

We arrived at 2:35pm and were told we had to wait until 3 pm to check in. This seemed a bit outrageous to not have any rooms ready so close to “actual” check in. The front desk allowed someone else that came in right after us to check in early.

Housekeeping staff does not speak any English. Not sure how much desk staff nods in agreement to every thing to say. My dog found treats that we did not bring. Door lock failed was told I would have to wait till maintenance showed up which would be in a hr did not offer to call to ask them to come in early The breakfast they served was unsanitary

When we checked in, we were given a room that someone was already staying in. We walked in on someone else in their room….so awkward. The lady at the check in desk didn’t seem to care that she had done that. Her response was “oh… well sorry about that.” Off to a great start. Then when we were given a new room, it was so dirty. The toilet was dirty, stains on the seat & in the bowl. There was tooth paste on the counter and sink faucet. I didn’t even use the shower because I would have felt dirtier after using it. No doubt they didn’t even clean. The floors weren’t vacuumed, and there was garbage under the bed skirt. The hallways were unkempt, holes in the walls. I would not recomendable this hotel at all. I am very easy going and since it was an inexpensive hotel, I didn’t expect anything fancy, just a clean place to sleep. I would not recommend this hotel at all!

It was pretty sketchy and has a hard time sleeping with the bright light they have on in their back area where you can’t enter but is connected to your back door. I believe the staff live there too so it was a little odd feeling . Random men standing around the area near the club in the hotel. If you like clubbing and drinking and needing to sleep there after then go for it , just not a family place.

Hotel pictures online are bot what your getting. This place is a low end and outdated, with staff and locals sitting outside smoking. Its pretty bad IMO. Loys of VERY shady people all over. If my trip wasn’t for only one night I would have left for sure.

Parking area sketchy and dirty. Doors leading into hotel from parking lot dirty. Room telephone doesn’t work Someone staying at the property had his vehicle towed away for no reason just now when I went to lobby to inform them the tv doesn’t work. Our bed smelled like dog and there was no top sheet on the bed! Thank goodness it’s just for one night. We are traveling through. I give this place a 1 rating

Questionable persons hanging around the property. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned. They never changed the bed. All we got was clen towels and empty trash. Food smell permeated the hallways.The pool was out of order.

If you are arriving at night, the sign is incredibly difficult to see, as it is a translucent sign on top of another old translucent sign, almost indiscernable at night. I drove around for awhile not finding the property. It took me an extra 20 minutes to find it, after driving right by and then backtracking. I worked in the sign industry for many years. All they have to do is remove the old sign from underneath so the new one will be clearly visible. I had no problems with my room, other than the carpet was a bit crusty feeling. I mentioned this to the staff when I was checking out. Bedding was clean, bathroom was clean. General room was clean and orderly. Airconditioner worked fine and it was very hot, close to 100 degrees outside. Refrigerator worked well. Personal safe available in room, although I didn't use it. The area outside of the property/parking lot left me feeling a bit unsafe due to high amount of late evening people traffic from building next door and shady characters in the parking lot. I arrived after 10pm at night. A guy was one his phone standing one car away from where I parked from the time I arrived until I went to bed about 1.5 hours later. Strange. I was just passing through and needed a shower, a soft bed in which to sleep and quiet room before leaving first thing in the morning. I got what I needed and my vehicle was fine in the morning. I did not partake, but there was some sort of continental breakfast available in the morning.

I was able to park, stay, and fly. I don't agree one should have to pay if staying on both ends. The Uber transportation was great. The location is nice with the airport. The rooms require updating and some deferred maintenance.

Being a Ramada property I expected more. I will never stay here again. Not only did they false advertise, but the property itself is less than desirable. They advertise they have a bar with a menu. They do have a bar, it's just not open as it's used as a storage room. The breakfast buffet consists of two waffle makers and some apples. The room was terrible. First, the security latch was hanging by one screw, so unusable. The sink didn't drain so that filled up quickly, the toilet handle had to be held down until you got a complete flush, walking on the floor barefoot resulted in dirty feet and even though it's advertised as non-smoking, the sheets smelled like cigarette smoke.

This had great review and that is why I booked it but I would never stay here again. The breakfast was awful no lids for the cups for coffee breakfast included 7 boiled eggs milk and boxed cereal and waffles that was all. Decided I wouldn’t do breakfast. The alarm clock was missing from the room and the room smelled like mold and mildew.

The property has obviously been recently renovated from another hotel business and there was some still small amounts of construction debris in the bathroom area It appeared that there were sliding glass doors that had been turned into full length windows other guest would stand outside of talk loudly after hours. The highlight of the facility is the Indian restaurant in the building. Superb food and great staff. I can’t say enough good things about the restaurant.

Check-in went fine, no extra information as to breakfast time, pool time, etc. You can tell it is an older motel with a lot of cheap fixes. Breakfast consisted of cereal, toast, or waffles using a very runny mix. it was close to a gas station/convenience store, a couple of restaurants, and the airport. They had a lounge, but it is only open on Friday & Saturday. Will not stay here again unless strapped for cash

Curtain in the room is missing some part. No entertainment, breakfast is horrible. They only offer slices of breads only with coffee. No eggs, no bagels with cream cheese, no cereal. Do not waste your time to go to breakfast
