The room was deluxe, but the shower diverter stopped working and I had to get down on my knees to rinse my hair under the spigot. I told the desk clerk and he gave me a full refund, which was above and beyond the call of duty. There was a beautiful courtyard full of flowers and the breakfast was very good.

Unfortunately for us, the pool and hot tub closure did not show up on our reservation. I specifically chose this hotel as I have had four back surgeries and need an pool and hot tub after 8 hours in a car.

Older hotel but immaculately clean. Staff was wonderful, especially Trish! Room was comfortable and we enjoyed the pool area after a long drive. Breakfast was hot and filling. Will stop here again in the future!

This one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at. Great hot breakfast. Fantastic courtyard. Plenty of seating for guests in the lobby area and on the 2nd floor loft. Can't say enough good thigs about our wonderful stay!

The lobby and lounge areas are very pretty and charming with stone work, fireplaces, and wood beam ceiling. We stayed in a suit w/ 2 queen beds, a fireplace, tub and full kitchen. The room was very clean, and spacious.It was perfect for our needs, and a really great value. Other highlights: The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The pool was clean and warm, and the hot tub was the perfect temperature. I would highly recommend this place for any type of traveler, but especially families who need extra space.

The worst hotel you can possibly imagine. A barn smells better than the "suite" we paid $300 a night for. False advertrising too. It looked so much better in Expedia website but when we got here was totally different. The room given has not seen any updates in years. The receptionist offered a cancellation with me loosing my money but that was it. That's all she can do. .

Hampton Inn & Suites Chillicothe was amazing! The check in service was great and less then 5 mins! Room was very tidy upon arrival and smelled nothing short of being cleaned! Very quiet atmosphere and wonderful breakfast!!

They gave us a very strange room #215 only one outlet to charge your devices, no fan in the bath room, no closet just two 2x6 boards with a pole for hangers, the table between the beds was some antiquated work station supposedly for internet devices but whatever it was it had no power, the room was clean, but for $189.00 you do expect at least a normal hotel room

The hotel is looking at bit dated but was surprisingly clean! The room set up with odd...a barn door style bathroom door that opened up to face the bed and window. BUT this hotel was a great location!!! A little park and basketball court literally right behind it. A family fun center next door. Loads of dining options close by. The hotel also has many different seating areas so we brought dinner in and enjoyed a quiet and relaxing meal. A really nice pool, but don't expect much from the "hot" tub. Definitely a great place to stay and we would not hesitate to book here again!

My only problem is finding a hotel with a soft chair that’s comfortable enough to sleep in. Without bringing my cpap I sleep sitting up. Both sofa and chair I experienced were hard with low backs making it hard on my head. Loved the walking shower and other parts of the room and bathroom.

Staff was very friendly and made the check in-out process seamless. Room was very clean, quiet night. Not many guest were there when we stayed. It was only about a 5 min drive away from the downtown area with lots of restaurants and shops.

When we arrived at the hotel they were overbooked even though the room we reserved was prepaid and non refundable. We had to scramble to secure a room elsewhere which was more expensive. The staff at the hotel was no help, they didn't even bother to call to tell us that we would not have a room before we got there. They claimed that they did not have access to our contact information even though she later said she needed to log into the expedia portal. Sounds like no one took the extra step to try to help us and let us know ahead of time. I would not recommend this hotel

Great overnight stay on travel trip. Great food nearby. Comfortable, super clean. It's worth the extra money. I enjoy Hampton's. We did not try the breakfast due to time so can not give a rating on that.
