ELEVATOR IS BROKEN and has been broken for over a month! Not great for someone with physical disabilities. Breakfast was mediocre…pancake machine was broken and no scrambled eggs, only egg whites. Humming noise from fridge kept me awake all night and the room smelled musty.

Well, upon arriving the manager and front desk staff were sitting outside in their phones and talking and I’m all for people relaxing however when a guest is coming in you should get up and go inside not have the guest wait 5 min. The parking is a free for all.. there was a moving truck that parked in 5 spots and we asked them to move it as we had a truck with a car on a trailer the manger went out and acted as if my husband just didn’t know how to park a truck. Then in the morning there was a 6 passenger van with a trailer blocking the exit I felt bad for the front desk having to get that person to move the van because of the manager would have just had the moving truck move the night before this would have not happened. The bed was super comfy but there was a lot of noise coming from the air conditioner. I would more than likely not stay here again.

Fortunately, we had a 1st floor room. All elevators out of service! 1st 2 hrs spent listening to a construction jackhammer 2 doors down from us. No advance notice thst these conditions existed

All was good except the pool was unavailable. There was no warning for that, and that was disappointing for our children. We were not staying long enough to go to the city pool as recommended. The convenience of having a pool within the hotel is what we were looking for.

The hotel was in nice condition. We had to ask for towels and toilet paper. While I was at the front desk another guest had to ask for her shampoo dispenser in the shower to be filled. Stayed there twice in 2 different rooms. First room didn't seem clean, smelled dirty. Second room smelled clean and was in good condition. Surrounding area was filled with abandoned buildings and a noisy truck stop. The only nearby dining was Wendy's and Taco Bell. The refrigerator didn't work in the first room but was working fine in the second room. We had our dog with us and there was no pet area with grass for her. If we travel that way again, we would probably stay again. They are pet freindly and the beds are very comfortable.

We arrived at 1am with two small children already sleeping in the car, and when the informed us that we were on the third floor at that the elevator was broken, so we would have to carry everything upstairs (including the heavy pack and play). The key cards also weren’t working, so we had to have the staff manually open our door again whenever we left the room. The room was very clean and the staff were very nice, but the inconvenience of carrying everything up and down 3 flights of stairs at 1am resulted in my 1 year old waking up and crying for hours after we finally carried everything up, which was very frustrating.

I stayed at this property for 1 night with my parents while on a road trip. The desk staff was kind and efficient, and the breakfast offerings were perfectly fine (though no alternative milks were in the fridge for folks with dairy allergies). The property overall was decently kept, close to the interstate but not noisy, and we were able to park right in front despite pulling in after 10pm. The room itself was in desperate need of a deep clean: the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed, the bathroom floor hadn’t been mopped and showed dirty boot marks, and the bedsheets had quite a bit of hair in them. The trash can had a used cigarette in it (despite being a non-smoking hotel) and the room was a bit stinky. The hand soap bottle was empty and the shower had no conditioner, only two shampoos. Some better attention from housekeeping would really improve the experience, as the rest of the hotel was great! The mattresses were comfortable and we slept well after picking out the hairs.

Bathroom could have been cleaner. The tub needed to be scrubbed and there was all kinds of hair and stuff under bathroom vanity that needed to swept up. The rest of room was good beds and pillows were comfy. Breakfast was great!

Towels and bed sheets all had hair on them like theu were previously used and not washed. Pool did not have towels stocked, we asked for extra towels and other toiletries and never got them until i went down hours later to get items and waited for someone to come to desk. I felt bad for the poor girl working having to do it ALL! she was still very sweet and nice even though she was stressed and rushing to satisfy everyone.

My suite was on the 3rd adjacent to the elevator. The door opening was loud, like something was wrong with it and I kept getting woke up after 11pm by the door opening and loud talking and laughter of other gets gettin on and off the elevator.

We did stay. Our reservation was cancelled at checkin. She was the worst customer service person I have ever dealt with. She said our car was not working but when I look at my bank statement, she charged us multiple times. We would like everything refunded. I’ll be filing a formal complaint.

The person at the front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful. She struggled to get the payment from Hotels.com and even said we should cancel, find a different hotel, and contact Hotels.com to get our money back. She said we should never go through a third party and should work directly with the hotel. Yeah, and how would I get my free nights then?

Front desk staff weren’t able to pull over my prepaid booking. Expedia was able to help with this - thanks! Room was good - would definitely recommend a mattress pad as there was only a sheet between me and the mattress. Property is right off highway and easy for travel which was what we were looking for.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I found the grounds and hotel well maintained. The front desk staff and the person that was in charge of the breakfast area were friendly and very helpful. The room was nice, we had a mini fridge, coffe pot and microwave in room. I wondered why there was a sliding door between the bedroom and bathroom/entryway and I think it was to provide a noise damper for the noise in the hallway. So i found that feature helpful. The complimentary breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cold cereal, muffins, fresh fruit, juices. They also had a few specialty iced coffees from 7brew. In addition to around the clock free coffee they added a hot cocoa station for the holidays.

We had a very nice stay. The only problem was an issue with the bathroom door. It appeared that someone had been rough with it and damaged the hinges so that it wouldn’t close completely. We called the front desk and someone came right up, and offered to move us. We were fine but they said it would be fixed right after we checked out. I was impressed. All the staff was wonderful. The room clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

it's a HI-Express. You come for the value and the cinnamon rolls. If there are not cinnamon rolls when you get down to "breakfast," ... And there's no yogurt.... And the oatmeal is an over-baked solid glob at the bottom of the pot ... well, that's not so great is it?

We had a very warm welcome with Michael at the reception desk. Our room was updated, very comfortable bed/bedding with nice amenities. The downtown area is fun to explore and have dinner. The big downside was breakfast the next morning. It had a lot of potential, but seemed maybe an employee hadn't showed and a manager (who still smiled and worked very hard) had to take over? Many items needed refilled with long waits to do this, trash overflowing, tables dirty. We would stay again with the hope this would be remedied.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. My only complaint was there were no hand towels or washcloths in bathroom. For breakfast the pancake machine was broken. I wish they had bananas and yogurt so the menu was somewhat limited. Would stay there again
