Christopher Inn and Suites

The staff was very personable and friendy. We booked 2 rooms the Queen room was clean and comfortable. The king room had a cigarette odor and we swiched rooms and the second King was a bit musty smelling. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was very clean, pool and jacuzzi were warm and clean. Older Inn but it was very charming. Would stay again.

Very nice place but pool n spa closed too early to enjoy and beds are very hard and no elevator. Breakfast was the same you get at any inexpensive hotel boring, bland and not very warm. The staff was okay but overall not a place I would recommend for a weekend or longer. On the bright side it's a quick overnight without the worry of bed bugs or roaches.. It was extremely clean and well kept.

We booked this hotel at about 10:00 at night, knowing we had to drive about an hour to reach it. So, we arrived about 11:00 PM. The lady at the desk, Kristen, was very pleasant and helpful, and she walked us to our room. We booked the Presidential Suite, so I can't comment on other rooms in the hotel. Let me start by acknowledging that this is a solidly 2-star hotel, so don't expect things like a fitness room, business center, etc. (though there is a nice-looking indoor pool and jacuzzi tub, albeit the jacuzzi was drained). That being said, our room was very clean and HUGE. I think it's listed at 600 sq. ft., but it seemed larger. The room is located off by itself, away from the traffic side of the hotel, so it was very quiet. There are no other rooms near it. It connects to the conference center, but there was no one in there. The king-sized bed in the bedroom was very comfortable, and our son says the queen-sized sofa bed was fine as well. We asked for and received a free double-sized rollaway cot for our daughter, and it was fine. There was certainly plenty of space to set it up. There is a full kitchen and a large dining room table. The bathroom is quite large. We found the breakfast to be standard fare (scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, juices, etc.), and the lady in charge was very nice (a bit brusque in her manner but extremely friendly and helpful). We would definitely stay here again. Price was very reasonable for what we got.

Loved the pool and staff and the room was clean!

The room was clean and toiletries were provided. Staff was courteous and helpful. The pool and hot tub looked great but we didn't use them because we were in a suite which is in a separate building from the pool and it was cold outside.

The facility, staff, room were all nice. No elevator.

Great price. Surprisingly good quality for the unfamiliar name brand. Pool & hot tub were impeccably clean. Rooms were clean & fresh. Bkfst options were plentiful. Loved the homemade oatmeal, donuts & egg sandwiches. Plenty of on-site parking. Very comfortable bed (king). But building wasnt insulated very well. Can hear all the noises in hall and neighbor rooms' showers as if room door was open.

Our suite was in a separate building. The hot tub and pool were great, but walking in the cold across the parking lot wasn’t. Having to walk outside to have breakfast wasn’t convenient, either. When booking a suite, obviously someone will be sleeping on the pull out. The mattress was extremely thin and very uncomfortable. If booking a suite be sure to ask if it’s in the main building or across the parking lot!

I stayed at this property last week. I ended up with 20 or 30 bedbug bites on my back, arms and legs.

The pool area was nice and the breakfast was great. The room, while clean, smelled like smoke.

Stayed twice now and both times the stay couldn't have been any better for the price. Clean comfortable rooms and excellent staff!

I stayed for two nights. The second night I was attacked by BED BUGS!

Staff was nice. Room was clean. Bed / mattress was really uncomfortable. They should really upgrade there mattresses. You shouldn't be able to feel the springs.

Excellent experience except for wifi not reaching the suites (separate housing) and matress on the pull out couch worn to coils (no padding left). Staff was very responsive to both concerns.

Absolutely amazing. You wouldn't believe how comfortable the beds are. Got a wonderful night sleep and was refreshed for a hard Day's work.

We normally stay at name brand hotels but was curious about this one. Check-in was easy, room was clean, pool was crystal clear. Rooms were just as nice as franchise hotels. Bed was comfortable. Two differences - no elevator and noise carries from room to room. Overall a good stay and would stay again if in the area.

Pros: clean, bed comfortable, breakfast good, location convenient. Cons: no elevator, bathroom cramped, shower did not have strong pressure or reliable hot water.

The room itself was clean and comfortable, although a bit outdated. The area that the hotel is located was convenient. The beds were very comfortable.

We were on the highway side and the traffic was very loud. You would have thought the windows were open.

The facility itself was great. Nice typical breakfast in the morning with good variety. The main issue I had was the front desk clerk calling me and telling me to call back and reconfirm my reservation. I've NEVER had to do this bc I book with a third party for the specific reason that I don't want my personal info everywhere. I did call back - and she demanded my physical address. Nope. I called Orbitz, who called her immediately.... Turns out that she was trying to sign me up for the hotel's rewards program WITHOUT my consent. She told the Orbitz rep that she was "new", and didn't understand that she couldn't do that. Ridiculous. Nice enough hotel - but staff that tries to do stuff with my info - not ok.

Incredible staff very kind and professional. Fast check in after late arrival on a road trip. Put us in a great room. Was so clean and comfortable bed. Was very quiet and we got to sleep in. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Called last minute for late check out and they were great accommodating us. Very grateful and look forward to the next visit.

It’s right by the highway exit and if on that side, you will hear car and truck noise all night. The hotel decor is getting old and tired but overall staff and cleanliness were great! Overall a good value.

Great place to stay close to shopping and restaurants. Staff is very friendly and the breakfast had the best offerings I have seen in a long long time at a hotel. Great little get away stop!

The room was very clean and the bed and pillows very comfortable. The breakfast was great. The lady in charge of breakfast was constantly refilling dishes, greeting guests and cleaning. I thanked her for the great service. The only issue we had was that our upstairs room was noisy due to constant traffic. This made it difficult to initially fall asleep.

The Christopher Inn & Suites is located right by the highway and any kind of shopping you like.

Clean facility, bed and pillows were comfortable, and huge variety of breakfast foods with lots of hot food options. Check-in clerk was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

Overall experience is good. Fitness center is missing. Also, weekday breakfast timing can be longer than 9am.

Breakfast area was way too small to accommodate the number of guests. Nice breakfast selection, but way too crowded and nowhere to sit until serving hours were nearly over.
