Would have been 5 stars - except 2 of 4 elevators were not working and the hotel was completely full. In speaking with others - those 2 elevators have been out for over a month. Extremely inconvenient for all of the wedding guests (2 full wedding parties of 150 plus) and the entire resort was full! If you are going to charge a daily resort fee, the least you can do is have all the elevators working and not leave 2 inoperable for over a month!

We were able to receive an early check in and the noon check out is helpful. The pool was warm, some p aint peeling off the bottom of the pool and one light was broken and hanging in the water.

The hotel is spacious and clean. The pool area is lacking and there were a lot of tiny bugs (due to the mulch surrounding I assume). The mulch smelled. The cushions were kinda moldy. The staff was beyond friendly and kind.

My room did not have heat. Set the thermostat for 74 and I would say the temp at night was 50 degrees. Fitness Center was a mess. Over half the equipment didn't work. Screens were either black or had a logo bouncing around. Looked like no one ever takes care of it. I did have a pleasant experience dining there but that was the only positive.

The restaurant was delicious. The pool area was perfect. We stayed for 5 nights, and we had a king suite with a separate living room with a queen size pull out bed. It was perfect for traveling with our teenage son. Getting in and Out of Chicago was exceptionally easy, and there were a lot of shopping opportunities directly around the resort. Honestly, an outstanding stay !

The bathroom was nasty dirty, and after driving 19 hours, arriving circa 3am, I simply slept in my car. I have requested la refund for the first evening from both Expedia and Hilton. Neither has responded, and I will never use either company again.

The cleanliness of the rooms were not ideal. It seemed like the room wasn’t vacuumed or wiped down properly. We could see pieces of garbage in the middle of the room. The pool area was fine, but again did not seem properly maintained. The TV in the room was not a smart TV and had satellite cable (which seemed weird compared to the price and amenities typically offered and most other hotels nowadays). The cable cut out due to poor weather, so if you don’t bring your own HDMI cord, you really can’t do anything with the TV. It’s a 3-star hotel that lacked 2-star hotel amenities.

The elevators don’t work, and they’re dirty when they finally do, the room was DIRTY you can tell it was vacuumed or anything, for the type of hotel this is it really should be cleaner.

I just stayed one night after a wedding due to proximity and cost. I think that I can overlook some negatives, but the "resort fee" seemed unnecessary. The 6am wake up call from slamming doors and rambling ice machines were unfortunate but such is life.

The hotel and staff were great. The only knock we had was the air in our room didn't seem to work very well. We had it set all the way down to 60 and it still didn't seem to get very cool. The pool was nice, the room was great, and the bed was comfy.

Our room was old, with the worst view to the parking lot, so we didn’t feel like we had any privacy and had to keep the blinds down. The property feels old outdated, musty carpet smell and an old elevator that takes forever. For the rates, we were not impressed with this hotel and probably won’t stay here again. Ok for one night, but we prefer a hundred times over the Westin Lombard from across the street.

The staff was incredible. Especially, Audra at the front desk. She checked multiple times to be sure I was happy with my stay. They were very attentive when I asked for refills of the lotion bottle in the room. The restaurant staff was pleasant , smiling and also very attentive. I will definitely stay again in the future.

The hotel itself is nice and I try to stay here when we need to go to the Chicago area. However, I booked my room 10 months in advance with a room with 2 Queen beds. When I arrived they put me in a room with one king bed because they were “overbooked”. I was told there was nothing they could do short of canceling the room. One of us had to sleep on a rollaway bed which was frustrating given how much I payed for the room.

The only problem I had was the communication between a receptionist and I. We had a later checkin and it wasn't pleasant. All of my questions weren't answered, the way things were said were as if there was a problem that I was unaware of. I didn't like it.

Convenient enough location for our stay in Chicago. I would raise attention to the staff at the front desk. The greeting was not friendly, no smiles observed in my arrival as a guest. A matter was resolved with our double reservation by Expedia and was appreciated. However upon checking out the same experience in approaching the desk was consistent. While asking for our final bill, it was billed to the card on the account without considering my wishes first. I wanted to pay in cash but the card was billed with no consideration of that request. “No greeting, no Happy Mother’s Day!’, no, “How was your stay???” No appreciation for considering your property. It was cold and unfriendly.I would not for those reasons consider your location again. There was also the sent of marijuana in the bathroom that evening upon our return. Unsure how you monitor that but there needs to be some consideration to the guests who don’t indulge. Customer service rating is a 2 at best.

No complaints at all. Everything was clean, customer service, food, and drinks were all great at hotel, pool & downstairs bar. Location is good, safe area, about a 45 min drive to downtown with traffic, 30 min with less traffic. Only downfall, can't really walk anywhere directly from hotel.

This property is a little secluded right near the westmont/OakBrook neighborhoods. It’s a very safe area. Room was clean, bed was pretty comfortable. They have an indoor and outdoor pool and a hot tub. It is not walkable really to anything but anything you need you can find within a 10 minute drive. Close to OakBrook mall.

My hotel options from today onward will be to satay at the Hilton in Oakbrook. The location was within a 30 minute drive of three malls and excellent dining option, if you chose to dine outside of the hotel. The grounds was beautiful and I loved the option to sit outside near the pool area and an area was set aside for those who smoke. I would highly recommend this hotel as your first choice if you do not want to stay downtown Chicago

Had a wonderful stay at this Hilton. It was within walking distance to the FMC Natatorium which was a huge plus. Staff was very friendly and helpful and catered to all our needs. As we walked a lot, it would be nice to have a sidewalk from the hotel to the main road. The food at the restaurant was always amazing.

We chose this hotel for a quick one night stay before our flight home. The price on Expedia made a stay here a good value. The grounds of this property were beautiful. This is a resort hotel that sits right next to a golf course. It's a big hotel that hosts weddings, reunions, etc. We stayed on a Friday night and had no issues with noise. We were given a lovely room on the 5th floor that faced the golf course and had an amazing view. The room wasn't large, but had everything one would need. We appreciated the large tv, the lighted mirrors in the bathroom, and the very comfy bed. We had dinner offsite - there are many options <2 miles away on W. 22nd St. We thought Positano had very good Italian food. We would definitely recommend this comfortable hotel on beautiful grounds.

The hubby and I did a staycation here for Valentines Day. We had a blast at the bar. The drinks were good and so was the food. The customer service at check in was great as well as all of the bartenders. My only criticism would be the firmness of the bed. Much too hard for me and my back was in shambles….but that’s a personal thing and I’d still stay there again.
