Overall it was excellent. There were some things that I would have liked. More lighting. Better sofa. Mine has a broken sofa bed that left a slanted seating surface. My blinds did not function well. But overall it was an excellent stay. Breakfast each day was very nice. Staff very pleasant as well. Excellent parking and plentiful spaces.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed to use the gym and two of the four treadmills didn’t work. This was not a major dislike but I believe if you’re going to offer a gym. Make sure your equipment is working properly and if not have it repaired. Over all, really nice facility with a good breakfast.

Everything was great except the pool and bathroom just outside of it. Both were dirty. Could not see our feet at the bottom of the pool - would be nice if bathroom had a shower to wash the pool water off.

The hotel is very clean. Staff members are friendly. Easy to check in and check out. Room size is very good. The continental breakfast has what is common for such affairs. There are plenty outdoor parking spaces. My room has a small microwave oven as well as a refrigerator. One side of the hotel faces a highway. It didn’t affect my sleep, and I stayed there for four nights straight. The hotel provides ear plugs, but I didn’t need them.

This is one of the nicer Hampton Inns and Suites we have stayed at. Very clean and the room was in great condition. We will stay here again if the need comes up. The only thing that bothered us was the internet service. It was very slow and sometimes didn’t work.?

We booked with hotels.com and supposed to have little bigger room but when. Checked in they give me very tight room and was very uncomfortable, very noisy, we couldn’t sleep at all, highway cars raising was so loud, it’s not worth it.

The TV didn't work in the first room we were given, but the staff gave us a different room and it was fine. I liked the hotel layout of the breakfast area but there were so many people that I think the staff may have been overwhelmed. There were no pastry items and no breakfast meats. The room was quiet as far as not hearing people out in the hall but the heat/AC was loud and it was loud when people in adjacent rooms used their sink and/or shower. But overall, we would stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable rooms and beds. Quiet for being on an expressway. No weird hotel room smells, quiet furnace/ac, but the fan always runs even with the HVAC unit set to off. Have stayed here before and will stay again.

We had a nice. spacious, clean suite. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The only thing that was less than desireable was the level of room lighting. The room had no ceiling fixtures and very limited illumination from low wattage wall fixtures. We had trouble seeing the digits on the electric shade control, the microwave, and the bottom shelves on the nightstands. There were pockets of darkness in the room that shouldn't exist. A final observation is that if a bathroom is not equipped with an exhaust fan (which ours wasn't), please supply room freshener in the room.

If you are traveling on a budget, this is an excellent hotel. It does look like it could use a bit of renovation, but it’s still not bad at all for the price. I loved that we didn’t have to pay for the parking or the WiFi, however, they will ask for you to pay 5$ per night if you would like to use the internet for videos or movies and so. They said the free WiFi is more for simple tasks like emailing and reading. The staff were phenomenal! One thing I struggled with was the breakfast. I don’t eat any pork products and almost all of their hot cooked breakfast has some form of pork product ( oil, sausage,…) and I eat healthy foods so I didn’t have much left to eat. Other than that it was a good experience.

Upon checki-in one of the employee did several unauthorized transactions on my credit card that the police authorities had to be called against the hotel because an employee unauthorized use of my credit card on the first night of me staying there with made my stay very uncomfortable and not trustworthy with the services provided. The management staff was a little helpful in trying to resolve the effort because they didn’t want to look bad. Overall I didn’t enjoy my stay!

Tracey was so pleasant at check-in. I’ve never been treated so nicely by a staff member at checkin. She was personable, kind, accommodating, and informative. Hotel was clean and quiet. Continental breakfast was a good spread. 24/7 coffee available. All staff I came across greeted me and smiled! Was here for the weekend to visit my son at NU.

Hopefully the road construction is finished soon. We ended up with a flat tire that we found on our way to the airport. Thank goodness FRANK AND FRANCISCO helped us with our spare and we did get to the airport on time! They went above and beyond! Also all your front desk staff were very helpful and personable and engaging. It felt like coming home when we arrived back at the hotel.

We went to the Titanic and Downton Abbey exhibits and the hotel was so close! Staff was great but Tracy at the front desk was especially fantastic.

Great room, great staff, would highly recommend. With all the construction going on, it made it pretty inconvenient to get to and from the hotel each day. Restaurant only open till 3pm each day. Not many food options around the hotel. But food delivery options were available.

I'm super pleased with this hotel. Tracy and the other staff are very nice and efficient. The room is updated, the bed, pillow and blankets are good, the shampoos in the bathroom are high quality, the shower was piping hot. Free parking and free breakfast is a real plus in this area. The breakfast was extremely generous and varied. I stayed here many times when coming to Chicago and will choose this hotel on my next trip again.
