Elevator not working. No alarm clock, coffee maker in room. Handle and water spout on bathtub very loose and the water drained very slowly so I was standing in the dirty water after the water was turned off! No hair dryer in room. Kids knocked on door in middle of night! Stale muffins room temperature sausage links!

Just an overnight after the races but, the room smelled like stale food. The walls were in terrible shape with paint peeling and lots of scrapes. Shower curtain held in place with drywall screws and schims. Bathroom door is raw, unpainted. Also the elevator is out of order. Really strange for a Wyndham.

The facility was not clean. There was little to no toilet paper. Elevator didnt work. One ice machine was out of order. During a 3 night stay, the room was never freahwnes up. There was no ice bucket and when I asked staff about it, they gave me a bag to get ice in.

This was the absolute worse hotel experience o ever had. The pool was nasty and not working. The elevator was not working, so I had to walk out the side of the door on the other end of the building to walk across the parking into the front door for breakfast. Well it wasnt even breakfast it was just drinks eggs sausages and cereal and thats if you got there early because on the 3rd day the breakfast was done at 7:30am the hallways smelled horrible. I will never go back there.

It's worth what you paid. Room was clean and comfortable, however the fitness room lacked much equipment and was not cleaned in the three days we stayed there (leftover food and cups were on the table the whole time). Like others say, room keys work terrible. Had to reprogram every day. Staff is nice, breakfast choices are limited but reasonable.

I was unable to complete my hotel stay I had to check out in the middle of the night due to my hotel room bathroom being infested with roaches. I informed the front desk attendant he explained to me that the roaches are coming in due to the excessive rain. Informed me to call management during the day.

The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and the tub was stained. The guy ar the desk said they were remodeling. They were doing carpets first and the bathrooms. All though I saw now sign of work being done anywhere.

Room hadn't being vacuumed, cockroaches on nightstands, in the bathtub, in the sink and coming out of the mini fridge. Chair had some very unappealing stains. Only reason we stayed the first night (we booked 2 nights) because we checked in late after our vehicle got broken into at the event we were attending and we had to wait for police and my fiancée' had been drinking so neither of us were ready to drive the 4 hours home. We got up after a few hours sleep, packed our stuff and left. I couldn't even stomach the the thought of showering there.

I chose this hotel due to its location and price. Easy check in but then downhill from there. The elevator was disgusting. Got off on the 2nd floor and immediately hit with the smell of weed and cigarettes the whole way to our room. The room was also dirty. The carpeting and furniture should be thrown out. They need a better housekeeping staff..from the dirty washcloth from the previous guest to the nasty toilet to the hair on the bedsheets. We definitely do not recommend this hotel. Feel bad for guests who planned on swimming. The pool was filled with skinny green water.

Upon arriving I was charged through here and again at the property. There was blood splatters in the bathtub and poop in the toilet. When asking for a new room the lady was not nice. When moving to a new room it was better. It was gross! The beds are horrible!

Check in was easy. Staff was nice. Beds are small but comfy. The overall room was OK. My room had a weird smell. Some staining on the pillow case and staff claimed they didn’t have any more pillows to give us a clean one. For under $100/night it was fine.

The door did not latch so unless we dead bolted it, the door could easily be opened. The toilet rocked. And it did not always refill unless I opened the tank and tapped on the float valve. The guy at the desk tried to tell me it was something to get used to? But when we waited over 30 minutes one time to flush so the 2nd person could use the toilet, I just took the tank lid off and forced it to fill. I am sure it was just an issue with this room but we got in at midnight and one of us had a 6 am flight so we just stayed.

Breakfast ok, parking ok but OMG walls super thin, like paper. Could hear the kids above till 1am bouncing a basketball, the room next to me 128 was terrible. People in and out of the room 30x and crazy party till 2am. Not once did the hotel come down to tell them to be quiet -

The curtains were broken and wouldn't close all the way, no coffee maker (but had coffee cups), no phone??, temp on fridge broke off and tub completely backed up...otherwise, just fine...friends room had a phone with no cord from handle to phone 🤔🤔

When we checked in the staff was not friendly and told us we had to pay a $100 incidental fee upon check in. When reserving this room that fee was never discussed. We got our key and went to the room, and when we opened the door a horrible stench met us. The room wasn't clean. The floor had not been vacuumed, and the television did not have a signal. We went to the desk to ask for another room and was met with aggravation. We also informed the clerk that the hallways had not been vacuumed. She did not care. We will never stay in that hotel again.

Staff was not very friendly. Asked if I could check for bed bugs and staff yelled at me for untucking sheets. I can't check for bed bugs if I can't pull out sheets. He said if I pulled out sheets he couldn't use the room. Well guess what - if there are no bugs, I'm staying in the room. If there are BUGS you shouldn't be using it anyway. Room was very dirty and bug was making nest on the floor. Gross gross hotel. Don't stay here.

I will never used the Hotel. Due to the Hotel Management had “no conern or regrets” since my room was targeted and broken into which “all my possessions were taken” while I was gone. Had both room keys in my possession. Turn in the room keys after Day 1 and still get charged for 4 nights. Management targets its people by their vehicles. This is the “Worst Place!” I ever had stayed.

Awful, Awful! My plans suddenly changed and was forced to stay in a hotel. I reserved a room via Hotels.com. When I was checking in, there was a sign saying there is a $100.00 deposit in case the room had been smoked in, vandalized, or stolen items. I didn't have it. So my reservation was canceled. I'm a Senior Citizen and now I had no place to stay. I chatted with a Hotels.com agent and she spoke to the owner and he wouldn't refund my money. I went inside the hotel to ask why. I was told, you have 24 hours to cancel to get your money back. I was there in 45 minutes. After talking to the owner and telling him my story he agreed to give me a room. I got there at 8:10 p.m and finally got into my room at 9:30 p.m. The owner after all of that, turned nice. The information about the extra $100.00 that will be refunded in 3-5 days as long as you don't destroy the room, isn't even on any of their websites. They lied and told Hotels.com that it was for incidentals. Thats not what their sign says. Has nothing to do with incidentals. Just be prepared to pay the $100.00 because they will cancel your reservation if you don't pay it. The room was ok, but I will not stay there again.

The online pictures are a bit deceptive, since the hotel is outdated. Does not appear to have been remodeled much. One positive was the TV was newer and had several channels. And the bathroom did seem to be newer. But the hallways seemed dingy, and my family stated it smelled of smoke/weed and musty. The parking lot was in front and seemed to big enough and had good lighting.

The room was clean, but I heard not to stay on the first floor because of some mold issue. The hallways were hot and not so neat. Bottom line is for the price it was good and location to the race track was great. The front desk was attentive. I have never had to pay a $100 deposit and sure hope I do not have a problem getting the refund.

It was relatively clean, but worn. It was inexpensive in comparison with many other locations. There were some sketchy people hanging around the hotel. The desk person told me it was not safe to walk to the restaurants just down the street. I travel often, and this place did not make me feel safe. The desk people were difficult to communicate with and not at the desk when I first came to check in, and when I went to check out. I had to stand around for quite a while.

I waited in line for 10 minutes in the lobby and finally had to ask a front desk attendant to check me in even though he was standing there the whole time. The parking lot was filthy with chicken wing bones and cigarette butts all around. The hotel advertised a working pool which was “under construction” when we arrived, but I saw a note behind the desk that said pool was permanently closed. The rooms were adequately clean, but there was very little toilet paper (no stocked replacements) and the shower was clogged and didn’t drain. Finally, there is a $100 “security deposit” requested at check in that wasn’t advertised. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay as the advertisement didn’t match the reality. I’d steer clear of this particular Baymont.

There were bugs in the bathtub. Although the breakfast was supposedly available until 9:30, upon arriving at the area by 8:40 we found most of the items gone: there were no eggs or meat ( containers were empty), there was no orange juice, and the batter for the waffles was gone along with the syrup…very disappointing.

To day stay while in town for medical reasons. Hotel was clean inside and out. Breakfast was somewhat needing attention. Spillages not cleaned up on breakfast bar. Apple juice not available in the juice dispenser not marked as unavailable. Only lemon hot tea available. No shampoo in room nice when just overnight stay. .

First impressions are key. The entryway was littered with empty cups and just trash. It appeared to have never been swept. There appears to be an effort at remodeling, Howe ver, the furniture should have been addressed years ago as it was…well…falling apart and just gross to look at. Oddly, our room had no sprinklers or smoke alarms. The breakfast was non-existent, and every morning you had to request food. The coffee was good, but you had to request a cup. The toilet seat…come on man, just replace it. It had been painted or patched or something, it was just gross also. Nuff said.
