I wanted to share my family's recent experience during our stay at your hotel, which unfortunately did not meet our expectations. First, we were surprised to find that there was no elevator access to the second floor. This created a significant inconvenience, as I had to carry my children, luggage, and a pack-n-play up the stairs to reach our room. Second, one of the main reasons we chose your hotel—despite it being more expensive than other options—was the on-site pool, which looked inviting and was a key amenity for our children. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the pool at all. It was closed upon our arrival, even though signage indicated it should have been open until 9:00 PM. The following day, when we returned from our morning outing hoping to swim, the pool was still closed. As a result, we were unable to enjoy the amenity that influenced our decision to stay at your location, and my children were very disappointed. Third, the complimentary breakfast was extremely lacking. During our visits between 7:00 and 9:00 AM, the offerings consisted of a few slices of white bread, two apples, limited cereal, and a pancake maker—with no plates and only two cups available. The items were not replenished throughout the morning. This was by far the most limited continental breakfast I have encountered at a hotel. Lastly, the bathroom sink had a noticeable issue: water sprayed out forcefully when turned on, causing splashing all over the countertop and surrounding area.

Pool was under maintance both days we where there. Pancake maker was the best for breakfast. Close to where we needed.

The walls in the room were chipped, dirty, and missing paint. The shower and tub were filthy. The pool was closed and that was not mentioned on the website. The exercise room was locked. The hotel stuck like marajuana. I have 2 kids and didn’t feel safe and couldn’t afford to leave and start somewhere else. There were people who were very sketchy outside and roaming the hotel. The reviews and pictures in the website looked better that what it appeared to be.

This hotel had a smell throughout it. Our rooms had bedbugs and roaches we told the front desk even showed pictures and they became argumentative. We had to ask permission to use the pool which was cold and dark. Breakfast was just toast and cereal, the milk in the warm fridge was spoiled. Towels to dry off with were just hand towels we asked for extra and was told it was and extra charge. Very disappointed it ruined my whole weekend with my family.

We booked it because of the pool and the spa but it was closed due to maintenance. I wish there was a way to put it on the booking site. The breakfast was very limited in choices. There was no extra blanket in the closet and the bedcover was very thin. It took awhile to warm up the room. Otherwise it was quiet.

Cold pool

No elevator. Stairsteps were steep. Major cracks in the walls and ceilings. Very dark and dingy. Room phone didn't work and was filthy/sticky. Bathroom was extremely small, not built for a "bigger" person. Their "free breakfast" was a joke, not even muffins/danishes. For the cost of the room, I would have expected more.

Pool closed. Morning breakfast was terrible, Offering milk/coffee. 2 choices of Cereal, 1 choice for muffins! They were tiny chocolate chip muffins and waffles. 1 choice of yogurt. My room t.v. was 28-30 inches. Rough area of Indianapolis 2 people drinking Alc outside the hotel side exit and 1 guy was even playing loud music from a BT speaker outside on the front bench of the main lobby area. 3 homeless at the intersection that you drive through coming to and from hotel. out dated room designs, colors, linings. Lobby looks like a 3 star hotel. Rooms and hallways look like a 1 star hotel. pictures don't match the actual look. Lighting is very dim/dual at this Days Inn. I don't believe the pool has been open for a very long time.

Unfortunately bathroom was not cleaned properly. Hair still in tub and a substance on the shower wall. Bed was very comfortable.

Our sheets and comforter were disgusting. They were brown with stains all over them. The couch had stains on the cover of it. The pillows had what looked like makeup leftover on it. In the shower, there was hair and left over soap container from whoever had been there last. Definitely would not recommend.

Extremely dirty. Roaches. Snot. Hair left on pillows from previous tenants. Disgusting

Mini-frudge had mold. Microwave nasty. Tub nasty. Odor nasty. Staff pleasant.

The property's state was so bad that we actually were unable to stay the night in our room. We ended up leaving and will be contacting the corporate office to get refunded for our expenses. The first room we were placed in's A/C was not working and the second room we were provided was filthy. From stains on the pillows, bed sheets, hair on the bed, dirt smudges on the bathroom walls/floors as well as mirrors, pee on the toilet seat, trash in the bathroom trash can, hair in the bath tub, etc. Pictures were taken and are able to be provided upon request.

Very dirty. Blood stain on sheets. Filthy bathroom. Door handles and light switches. Back door leading to parking lot doesnt lock. Anyone can come in. Unsafe.

The room was disgusting. Did not look anything like the pictures. Blood stains on the bathroom floor, mold and mildew on the bathroom fixtures as well as the mini fridge and microwave. the sink was clogged and the room reeked of cigarettes. I stayed one night and immediately checked out. I would like a refund

Do yourself a favor, book somewhere else. This place was absolutely disgusting. Hair left in my shower, mold in the little cubbies where you place shampoo, the paint peeling off of the tub, some paint even stuffed in the corner of the tub like it peeled off and then housekeeping just put it in the cubby, mold in the lining of the sink, some fluid that had dripped down the walls by the bed that had not been cleaned, microwave had not been cleaned, opened the dresser drawer and there were candy wrappers, sheets had stains that looked kind of like drops of blood, office chair was falling apart. Woke up at 3am last night to go pee and there was a roach crawling up the tub wall, the small kind, not the big wood roaches that come inside because of rain, no elevator, and the laundry was horrendous, the dryers had wires exposed and hanging from the door. These people are insane for charging $99 a month. Please listen to the reviews.

This room is filthy. Dirty sheets. Mold in the bathroom… several pieces of gum stuck on the headboard. So much trash behind the dresser. It was terrible!

The room was nice and clean, but the walls were like tissue paper. We also had a connecting room which made it even louder. We were there for two nights and both times the neighbor (two different occupants) were rude and very loud for excessive amounts of time. This pretty much ruined our stay at the property.

The hotel was a bit rundown, definitely in need of some upgrades. Double room was quite small, and while the bathroom was clean there were a lot of stains and marks.

Beds were hard as rock. Could hear people talking through the walls. Tub didn’t drain. Got what I paid for, a cheap room.

Beds are HARD! Bring your own pillow. The staff are not always at the front desk and at times you have to stand and wait for long periods for them to get back. If you stay multiple days your key card will reset every day! They have a fridge and microwave in the room. TV and AC worked well. In terms of cleanliness... There were things on the walls, tub and AC unit.

Pool opened to late in da morning. No time for morning swim. Breakfast was the worse ever in any hotel I’ve stayed in. Lights wasn’t working in rm.

The room smelled of cooking fish when I first arrived, bur running the ac took care of it.

The room faced Costco so couldn’t open the curtains. There was no safe and no “deep soaking tub” as we wanted. The mattress was hard. We left at 4 AM to go home.

Perfect location,but doors and bathroom not in so good condition

The hotel was easy to find, a good price, the guy at the front desk was very nice! It was very dated though, the phone in our room was extremely dirty and the only numbers on the actual phone were 9, 6, 5. At that point, I would just take it out the room. The lights in the entry way didn’t work. It needs a good cleaning and vacuuming! It was also crazy to me that there wasn’t an elevator in a 2 story hotel. I had to lug my heavy suit case up and down 2 flights of stairs. We just used it to get ready and sleep after the Taylor Swift concert so it is what it is but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Got the wrong room and they accommodated pretty quickly, got the right room the next day but shouldnt have happened in the first place, was advertised to have a jacuzzi which it did not but I was over it by that point.

Waited at the front seat for close to 25 minutes before someone came to help us out (After I called the Hotel twice). When we got the first hotel key, we were given a room that was occupied and we walked in on someone. Second key didn’t work, and had to get another set. Overall terrible experience and wouldn’t recommend.

Building: Outside and lobby were fine. We were allowed early check-in (1PM) after lobby attendant hung up on my daughter and we called back. Upon arrival, attendant repeatedly said no smoking and no pets. Attendant was very hard to understand. They required a $50 deposit. Room: The floor had heavy scratches in the laminate. The mini-fridge had rust on the shelves and microwave was very dated. Mattress covers were bed-bug proof. Beds were neatly made. Pillows were loose and lumpy foam. The light by the door did not work. TV was 30-40 channels, mostly sports and news. Bathroom Vanity: The Terra Green shampoo was half used. There were pencil scratches by the power switch. The metal tissue holder was bent away from the wall. The hanging ironing board had ancient dirt on top of the legs. A blow dryer would have been nice. Bath/Tub Area: We did not have a full roll of toilet paper and had to ask for more. There was a gouge in the drywall across from the toilet and dried toilet paper stuck to the wall beneath the toilet paper holder. The was mold between the tub and the tub enclosure. The bathroom door was swollen and hard to close. Hallway: Woke up to a thick, hazy marijuana smoke-filled hallway. Breakfast: Limited, but coffee was good. Deposit: I called twice about my deposit refunded. Same person, different names. He hung up on me on the second call. We took many pictures to prove we did not cause any damage. I cannot recommend this Days Inn.

Before I left to even go to the Days Inn, I called to confirm my reservation. The woman that answered said that their computer was acting slow, said it would take a few minutes and then set the phone down on the counter. Over the next 25 minutes and with me saying Hello every few minutes, I heard them physically checking in at least 7 or 8 people that had walked in, hearing the key punches on the computer, they handled each one of them fairly quickly, making me think nothing wrong with their computer. Disgusted I hung up and called back, then I got confirmed in a couple of minutes. Once we got there and got to the room, we found the floor to be dingy, the bath tub not clean, the towels over used or not cleaned properly and the room in general no where near as appealing as the pictures displayed on your site for Days Inn with worn down furniture, a wall partition that did not help with the appeal and bare spots on walls where paint had pealed off. You also seemed to be able to hear other guests in their rooms a lot clearer and louder than any other place I have stayed, unless they were just a lot louder there.

The hotel served it's purpose... The bed was a little uncomfortable My key card kept deactivating a total of 8 times within a day and 1/2.

Started with a $50 deposit that was not communicated. Suppose to be refunded but has not yet been received. Service was terrible. All staff was extremely rude. Floors where filthy and bed where uncomfortable. Hall smelled of weed. Which was dissatisfying since we had children with us. Outside is one thing but inside is unacceptable. There was not enough towels and was given attitude when ask for more. Phone did not work. When trying to call on our cell phone from the room no one answered.

Everything was good with the following exceptions. Continental breakfast had a lot to be desired. They do charge a deposit. I’m guessing this is becoming a standard thing nowadays. My issue is they get my deposit immediately and the refund took three business days. This is interest accruing on my card. The staff was friendly and accommodated our wishes for extra towels as the standard room issue was a bit short. I will stay there again unless something changes on their end.

They don’t tell you everything up front

We had to leave early due to a family emergency. Thank you to both the hotel and hotels.com for refund 3 nights of my nonrefundable reservation. You didn't have to do that, but your compassion and professionalism will get me to use your services again

This hotel charged us for a service animal and asked us to provide proof, which we did even though that’s illegal to ask for. when we told them that we we would be reporting they tried to kick us out of the hotel and cussed at us. We are reporting to corporate and ADA.

Location was the primary consideration

The clientale is less than desirable. You can hear music, people yelling, slamming doors, banging on doors, and the hallways smell like weed. Staff was fine, but this hotel is dealt a tough hand by its location and who it attracts. Find a different corner of suburban Indy for your stay.

Good place to stay while in Indianapolis. Conveniently located near the interstate.

Near by castco

The hotel is very dated. The service is poor at best. Breakfast consisted of dry cereal, no milk, toast, no butter, no fruit. Load music from what appeared to be staff late into the night. Shady things appeared to be happening in the rear parking area of the hotel.

The property appears old and in disrepair. The condition of the room was not good with poorly repaired doors and fixtures. It was inexpensive and the location was convenient, and I only needed a place to sleep for the night.

Close to stores and restaurants

Up on arrival, we noticed that the area seemed kind of sketchy with people looking a bit disheveled and wondering around the parking lot but since our reservation was not refundable, we went ahead and went to our room. It was supposed to be an accessible room, but the accessibility was very very minimal. Once again, the reservation was non-refundable and by the time we got off the highway it was quite late in the day, so we opted to stay. That was a bad decision on our part. Midway through the night, I felt something crawling on me while I was sleeping so I quickly hopped up and turned on the light and discovered there were two cockroaches in our bed. We could not wait for sunup to come so we can get the heck out of there. Never again! I should have just followed my instinct and counted my losses and moved on down the road to try to find different sleeping arrangements.

Convenient off of 465. Its what you pay for, dont be a Karen. Nice place for the cost.

The staff was excellent. The room needs repairs in the bathroom. Not thoroughly clean. The walls were thin so noise from the hallway was loud. I would not stay here again. The location of this hotel is great. They should repair and maintain the rooms.

Very noisy and people hanging around outside. Could not get any wash rags for 3 days. Shower tubs were slippery and had no safety handles. Had to use a towel for a bath mat for 3 days. Socks got black walking across the floor. Continental breakfast was a joke. Had about a dozen mini muffins, bread, cereal and pancakes that you had to get to before the kids did.

The lady who did our room service was very kind. The front desk had no way to reach them if they weren\'t there at night. The juice machine didn\'t mix water with the juice contents making it very undesirable. The literal quarter sized pancakes were gross. The coffee was good enough though. We had a phone in our room that was missing nearly every button but the zero key, and even that didn\'t work. We had to go buy our own blankets because the ones we had were badly stained and falling apart. The beds were very stiff. The shower was passable, but bathroom was tiny. The rooms mini fridge freezer was gross. The Air conditioner worked well, but definitely needs to be services soon as it would sometimes make a weird noise. The downstairs back door stated, "Always locked security door." this was false this door was never locked and didn\'t require anything special to come through. The check in process was easy enough, but over all the price IMO was too expensive for this particular room. Also the pool was locked and we had to get the staff pending they were available to unlock it. We ended up not swimming due to this. Also the water fountain by the ice machine was a trap, you would press it lightly and water would launch clear up into the air and all over the wall. 2 Star\'s at best. If it wasn\'t for our house keeper being so kind it would be less.

Loved the automatic pancake maker—we’d never seen one before! Beds very comfortable, clean room. Staff very helpful!

The staff were very nice a helpful, but this is an older hotel that really needs an update. The rooms were clean but dated and could use new carpet as could the halls. I hate being negative since the staff were so nice. The hotel was full but they did a good job of replenishing the items for breakfast and keeping up with the food crowd, Also did a great job of handling the crowds during check in and check out,

I thought it was a nice, quiet, and peaceful hotel that is reasonably priced. Not much to choose from for breakfast, but there are restaurants right down the street.

The breakfast did not a big selection of food mostly cold. Had to have door card updated ever day the electric receptacle are warned out the light by bed was to secure. The people in the next room was having a fight in the morning.

The breakfast was a joke for a continental, never enough available, 2 yogurts in the fridge, coffee runs out, mini muffins, pancakes ran out, disappointing. They could definitely use new pillows, but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Would stay again but take something for a light breakfast.
