Breakfast was not good, pool was not heated

Our room was terrible. The floors were recently done but not professionally because this caused the furniture to not sit flat on the floor. The one cupboard was so uneven, you would push the doors closed and they would immediately swing open due to gravity. I woke up in the middle of the night and walked into the open door causing a bruise. Toilet seat wasn’t properly secured to the toilet but then the toilet itself wasn’t properly secured to the floor. The door into our room would not properly lock unless I lifted the heavy door so it could latch, soooo unsafe not to mention we could literally see the hallway from inside our room with the door closed because of how badly the door didn’t fit the casing. Not under the door but the side of the door! Swimming pool was the worst as it was freezing cold water, filters not running, under filled so the water wasn’t even into the skimmer with hair everywhere in the water as the filters weren’t running. The hotel was over using chemicals to try and ‘treat’ the disgusting water. When we mentioned the conditions in the pool, all the staff did was open the windows to lesson the smell the chemicals were causing. BRUTAL! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

Every staff member I interacted with was very friendly and willing to help! This hotel is close to lots of other hotels, the mall, highway and other shopping. The breakfast at the hotel was a little bit of a let down in the morning, and the hotel gym was boiling (84 degrees) both days of my stay.

I booked the 2 queen bed rm for 2 days. The room was clean, had a fresh paint smell in it.There is a sign @ the front desk explaining hotel is under construction. The heat in my room worked great up to 80*. My one complaint for my room was the top lock was bent & broken which made me feel a little uneasy @ night.The beds are very comfortabl! The breakfast was ok, great for 6 girls wanting to use the waffle maker & good selection of donuts & cereal. The woman that works in the kitchen was very kind & kept it clean. She was very understanding of the girls & helped them throw their items away. An older lady spilled a cup of syrup on the floor, the worker came & cleaned it with no complaints. The pool is small, no jacuzzi. My girls said the water seemed a little dirty, they couldn’t see clearly underneath like they could at other hotel pools. It was basically just enough room for our 6-8 girls. The girls said parts of the flooring of the pool was coming up. There are some kind of hooks (I’m assuming to hold the pool rope) on the walls that stick out & injured 2 of the kids. They need to remove them or cover them. Also pool room needs some ventilation, it had major mold in the window seals & walls. They did not have a First Aid Kit, the receptionist could not find it. One needs to be bought & stored in view. The hotel was clean, except the elevator doors inside & out had smudges & dirty hand prints on it. I spoke to a staff member ( kitchen worker) & she cleaned it immediately.

Cold,cold pool

Renovating constantly noisy and loud, should not occupy rooms on and around that area

Smelled like mold and mildew throughout the hotel. Pool was freezing cold and the rooms were dirty with broken closet doors was not able to lodge there and left a hour after checking in. Very unsafe with remodeling and construction equipment laying around the smell and sight of mildew In room and I did not receive a refund

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The only issue I experienced was having no towels in the workout area, it looked like the staff hadn’t been in there to clean in months as there were dirty socks and towels left all over the floor with plastic wrapping from disposable cups. The water jug was also empty.

It was a quiet environment, the pool is closed until the new year.

Breakfast is best in the area Very polite and helpful staff. Swimming Pool is nice and comfortable.

Hardest bed I've stayed in in probably 18 years of touring with musicians. Neither of us got much sleep and we finally gave up and watched movies on our phones all night. Shower was dirty, floors were dirty ( from the lobby, to the ELEVATOR (yiiiikes) to our room. Breakfast was nice enough and the woman running it was lovely. Im just very disappointed to have paid more than $100 for a hotel that should have been like $30, if we're being honest. Seems the cleaning staff is very overwhelmed.

They have roaches

Was charged a surprise “cleaning fee” of $50 at check in, even though it stated service animals are exempt from all fees. Got to the room and the floor seemed to have not even been touched with a broom at all. The bed sheets did not fit the bed, and had stains. The shower curtain had mold on it, and was too short which caused a gap at the bottom allowing water to get on the floor. I’m assuming someone came through and was doing some touch up painting cause we leaned against our door and got paint on a shirt. There was no warning or signage. The mini fridge was super dirty. Every day our keycards would quit working, so had to go to the desk to get new ones.

Ourroom had trash throughout room, blood on the sheets, and wet clothes from the prior occupant’s stay.

Hotel is dirty, worn down and wreaks of weed

I just checked out and I was looking for a nice place to relax for the weekend while my home is under renovations. Honestly I could have stayed home and been more comfortable. My husband baby and I had changed rooms 4times. We looked at 8 rooms. The problem is Mold. It’s real bad and the staff and management are fully aware but there still selling those rooms. Then we were never able to stay in a suite like we booked. We were only given $20 discount from entire stay. Also the bathroom in the 1st room we stayed in have a million pieces of hair all over the floor very disgusting! I’m really hurt my this!!! Please travelers put your health 1st go somewhere else!!!!!

No one cleaned our room before check in, also breakfast was by far the worst.breakfast consisted of microwaved salty eggs and wheat biscuits that should be given to a dog. Items that should be refrigerated was not. Fruit flies were not only in the breakfast area but also in our room. In the morning staff threw out garbage in front of sitting areas/ front entrance and it smelled badly. The toilet in our room kept on running. Found clumps of hair in our shower.

Absolutely disgusting. The first room they tried to put us in had years of build up dirt on the air conditioning blowing directly into our room. First and grim on the wall in bed area and. Bathroom. Mat in bathtub had what looked like mold. After the front desk got mouthy with us and the conditions tried to put us in another room. The smell was still awful and there were burn and yellow markings on one of the beds. Asked for refund - refused and said management would be back Monday. The halls into the rooms were absolutely disgusting and smelled horrible. Front lobby was masked with air fresheners . Ended up spending $20 more for a different hotel that exceeded our expectations!!!

Well where to begin. When we first entered the room I was pleasantly surprised at the layout. Then once you stop and look around it was really rough. First off the “king size” bed was closer to a queen, there were screws sticking out of wall vents that were dangerous. The outlet on the wall by the bed was cracked and no functioning. The shower. That was bad. The shower head only worked on massage and the floor of the tub was beyond slippery! I almost fell twice and told my wife not to take a shower in there. The room was very VERY loud being it was on the side of the building where the highway was. Overall price wise I got what I paid for. But I doubt I’ll go back.

We were very disappointed with our stay. We have booked other Country Inn & Suites & they were very nice, this was not. Many outlets in the rooms did not work and or they were very loose & not safe. Floors were sticky, in room refrigerator barely got cold, elevator extremely slow & it was dirty. People sitting outside smoking pot, obviously some people live there, people in cars sleeping, breakfast was not stocked & provided appropriately & very little seating. We were in for a baseball tournament & all other hotels were booked full so we had to stay. I do not recommend!

Well, the Check in process was pretty smooth. The clerk was very nice and informative, and she made sure that I had the room that I requested the room that I came to was very clean. I like the size and I didn’t see anything to make you worry about the only thing I was a little leery was the parking lot was a lot of people hanging outside. I don’t know sure what they were doing. The elevator smell people were smoking in it it reeked of marijuana and the halls and the elevator. Overall, my hotel stay was OK. I slept pretty good. It was quiet and I wouldn’t mind coming back in the future.

Everyone was nice . My king suite was really nice. Very spacious! Loved the bathroom.

When we got to our room at midnight the heat was not on and the temp in the room was 59 degrees. It did warm up but was very cold and unwelcoming when we got there. Also, the shower head was not great!

Room very noisy, can hear the highway all night long. Room cold, black dirt buildup around the room air vents. TV only worked intermittently

We could clearly hear the guests next door. While they were having a difficult time with their child- the fact we could hear them so clearly was hard for us. As the child didn’t get quiet until after 1:00am The hotel was clean- beds comfortable- desk clerk very nice.

Simple check in. Friendly. Fast. Easy.

When I was checking in, the clerk at the desk was on a personal call. She never spoke to me, welcomed me, or explained anything to me. It took about 5 minutes for her to spare a minute to find my reservation and give me my room keys. I have never had such a poor check in experience.

Need more people up front young lady upfront takes 30 minutes to check one person in and you have to ring the bell for her to come to desk.

The common areas were not clean & our room still had items (Apple Watch) left in there. We placed the Apple Watch on the stand to turn it in & cleaning staff took it when they came in. We hope they turned it in & didn’t take it for themselves. I was not pleased with our stay at this hotel. Would never stay here again or recommend to others

I arrived around 10pm and requested a king suite. The lady did not acknowledge me that my requested room was available. Then was rude and inconsiderate that i wasnt ok wit it

Had a girls softball team staying there. No problems. Opened breakfast early so they could eat before games. Again, no problem. Closed breakfast early without communicating to other guests. Was rude to anyone who said sign says 10 am. No one seemed to put guest first

I showed up after a long drive and was told I did not have a reservation. After later being charged, the hotel claims I was a no-show. Definitely do not book here – management needs a ton of work,. Hope they pocketed that cash and got a nice dinner!

the stay was ok, but lady that checked us in was kinda rude but when we checked out guy was so super nice and sweet

Checking in, the customer ahead of us could not understand the billing and breakdown of the cost, and the employee could not explain it. He tried 3 or 4 times before the customer finally broke it down for him and was happy with it. There is a $50 "room deposit" that is to be refunded. We did not receive the refund and still inquiring about that. We were to get an itemized bill emailed to us. Still waiting for that. We had a double queen room with 2 bath towels for 3 people. When asked for more bath towels, we got 3 bath mats. When we went to the desk to get more towels, other customers were there and they were giving grief for asking for more towels. One of the biggest handicap with this hotel is the language barrier. The employees we encountered had limited english. Will not be booking with this hotel again.

The hotel was in an area of many, many hotels alongside a busy interstate. We did not hear any traffic sounds while inside. Location was convenient for our needs.

We cancelled our 2nd night's stay. This was a gross experience. Hotel is run down and dirty. Area is sketchy and hard to get to. Do not recommend.

Checknin was quick with friendly staff. Room seemed clean, just a few .inor issues like a burnt out bulb in the bathroom, no sink stopper, and the remote had tape over the batteries because the remote was missing the battery cover. Breakfast was pretty basic. Neighborhood has many hotels around but also appered to have several homeless people sleeping in nearby bushes. Was somewhat worried a out going out after dark and if our vehicle would get broken into overnight. Luckily, no issues when we woke up the next day.

Extended weekend stay with my mother. Great location near shopping, rooms were clean and comfortable.

For the price this was a very good deal. It is in a great location central to many restaurants & shopping. The room was clean, but the hallways, not so much. And there were a few broken items in the room that were pieced together with electrical (black) tape. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Overall a pleasant stay.

Nothing fancy here. We chose it for price and location. All went fine.

Easy access to the Interstate highway’s..

This is a good hotel in a cute town. We had fun visiting the Albanese factory nearby which we had no idea was here. Recommended!

Ran out of breakfast food by 8:00am. Literally a few sausage links and 1 yogurt.

Quiet. Nice Staff, room floor was dirty, head board had stains. Toliet had urine on it and tub was rusted. Ceiling had stains and window wouldn't close all the way.

Good for an overnight stop. You get what you pay for…decent value considering price paid. Breakfast was disgusting. I wouldn’t consider it edible.

Hotel was a much better experience than one of the other choice hotels near by. Immediately upon entering we were greeted and the hotel didn’t smell and was overall very clean. Husband said the continental breakfast was lacking a little, but we ended up just ordering Starbucks so it all worked out. Definitely a great place to stay for the price!

Doesn’t look like the photos, is way more run down than them. Breakfast was inedible and I’m one that usually loves hotel breakfast. We had to go somewhere else it was that terrible. The bed was so uncomfortable we didn’t sleep much.

The room did what it needed to do, it was clean. The staff was ok. The breakfast was free but very bland even for continental breakfast. Waffles, biscuits, cereal, doughnut ,yoghurt. Would have loved some eggs or meat

The photos don't match to what you'll get for a room carpet, walls and elevator was dirty the carts used for transport needs to be upgraded the breakfast was horrible and the coffee as well the creamer for the coffee was watered down

This Country Inn lacked the breakfast that Country Inn's are known for. I was very disappointed.😡 The Breakfast was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. I was only able to eat an apple, muffins that I had to warm up in my room and coffee. No variety.

The desk staff was friendly, housekeeping need to do a better job (sheets were disgusting -had to switch rooms) When we went down for breakfast (both days) the items were not stocked, had to ask for coffee, cream, butter, bagels. They only had a few apples, so needless to say I did not eat either morning. This was not due to being "busy" there was a max of 8 people.. Poor breakfast
