Very rude man at the office desk when we arrived. Maybe he was having a bad day, but he didn't need to be rude. The elevator was broken and the restroom was dirty. We ended up leaving and went to Tru by Hilton down the road. It was like night and day! Go there instead!

No elevator all weekend, they didn’t have laundry service so rooms were not ready at 6pm. We had to wait for a room. Staff was very nice and breakfast was decent. Rooms were clean.

I was told at check-in the elevator was not working. When I expressed concern about carrying my luggage up the stairs, the receptionist immediately, almost gleefully, offered to cancel my reservation. That was not an option, as I had a meeting in 1/2 hr. Receptionist was able to find a room on 1st floor. Room had obviously been recently smoked in - even had a burn mark on the bathroom sink. Told them I would take the upstairs room. Lugged everything upstairs and I the key card wouldn't work. Lugged everything back downstairs and let them know I would come back and check in at after my meeting. None of this was the receptionist's fault. Her quick offer to cancel was probably just a result that I was one of many disgruntled guests she was having to deal with. My issue is one, housekeeping should have flagged that room for extensive cleaning to remove the smoke odors and two, if the elevator is down, then have someone there to help the guests with their luggage.

This is a very dated hotel. There was a sign saying the elevators weren’t working the carpet in the halls had all sorts of old stains. The room smelled disgusting. The carpet was gross. The plug in the bathroom wouldn’t hold anything.

Wr paid over $200 to stay a night here, because we typically like the Hampton/Hilton experience. This should have been a $79 a night hotel. The floors were filthy. There were pills on the bathroom floor. There were stains on the sheets and the shower curtain. There was no bedding for the sofa bed. (They said they would bring it, but they never did, so we had to go to the desk, and then they eventually came.) The sofa bed was torn up, and when folded out, the framework was bent and the legs didn't all meet the floor, so it sat crooked and sloped to try to sleep on. Overall, it was a pretty disgusting place and certainly not worth the price.

1) The property is close to highways, so there is road noise all night. Bring ear plugs. 2) There was mold in the shower area (Rm 322)-which they tried to cover, but I have allergies. I awoke with very irritated eyes in the middle of the night. 3) The entire staff was wonderful, breakfast was great and the bed very comfy. While my room seemed a bit small, it was adequate for 1 person for 1 night.

Check in was fine and that employee was nice. At 5 am we found a bed bug. The front desk employees were concerned, switched rooms for us, and assisted in moving. We checked the new room thoroughly. We were told the manager would be there later that day. I expect the room to be comped, at the very least. Later we were told the manager won't be avaliable until next week. The breakfast was worse than typical and the day front desk employee didn't really seem to care about anything. Overall, we were very frustrated about our stay.

The location was perfect for us. Parking was convenient and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Main areas were well kept and the breakfast was good. Our room was clean, but the bedding was not. There was hair (not ours) on the sheets and pillowcases. The room was old and worn, very much in need of an update. The A/C was on when we arrived, but the entire room was extremely damp and musty. The bedding, towels, and carpet literally felt wet. The beds and pillows weren't very comfortable either. I hate giving such a bad review because we generally love Hampton Inns. Our room just wasn't the quality we've come to expect from a Hampton Inn.

I think the price for the hotel was expensive considering the age of the hotel and decor. The room seemed dark and drab. The bed was comfortable but everything was aged. Even the TV seemed about 10 years old. The decor was older. I paid over $200 for 1 night and feel that $150 would have been more appropriate. I had my granddaughters with me and was looking for a room with 2 queen beds.

We will never stay at this Hampton Inn again. All the reasons we choose to stay consistently at Hampton Inn were obviously missing from this hotel. Carpets were stained and dirty….IF carpets were even present. It had a musty odor. Rooms were very small. It was late and we drove longer to get to a Hampton Inn…. What a disappointment!! We would have left but we were exhausted. Never again!!!

The staff at this Hampton Inn was incredibly helpful and friendly from check in to check out. I was incredibly grateful to have experienced this with children. I want to extend a thank you to all staff members that were involved during our stay. Everyone was pleasant and the location was very well kept. Thank you! Side note the woman who works the breakfast area. Bless your heart! You really turned my 5 year olds morning around for the best. ♥️

I arrived and was informed my room was not ready due to a “full house “ the night before. The clerk then offered the room to me free of charge. I thought this was a great gesture. I did not ask for it, he offered. He told me to return in an hour. I returned and met the same clerk. He looked at me, looked away, retrieved his phone and walked away without a word. He then returned about two minutes later with his jacket and backpack. He walked past me again without a word and simply walked out. In addition, the female clerk called his name and he ignored her as well. This gentleman was rude, and disrespectful. This goes well beyond the offer. That was a nice gesture, but it was more about his demeanor and behavior. The female clerk (Akita) did text me to check on me after check-in and was very pleasant to me. She offered helpful information on my stay. That was appreciated. I have stayed at this Hampton location several times in the past. I will say this was my worst experience. I doubt if I will stay here again or recommend this location. Besides Akita, the service was substandard.

The carpet in the 1st floor hallway was sopping wet putside pool and made the entire hall smell musty. The room was very dated and also had a very strong musty smell. There were about 8 cop cars at the hotel next door looking in car windows and searching in bushes. Did not feel safe in the area.

All staff that we interacted with were very friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast attendant did a great job keeping the area clean and stocked as it was very busy due to traveling for the Eclipse. The only downside is some of the wood furniture needs updating.

Hotel was very quiet and comfortable with friendly helpful staff. The pool was clean and warm and all the gym equipment worked. Food was hot and delicious. I realy appreciated a full size bath tub. The facility was clean but some areas needed upgrades like the carpets.

I have been staying in a lot of hotels lately. There are a lot of good things by staying at Hampton. The customer service was amazing. I was able to check in early, they offered me water and snacks while I waited. The manager came out and we talked a little. The breakfast was good and convenient. The scones and the muffins were my favorite. They had all kinds of variety. The coffee was available all day which was a plus. The shower was the best with hot water for a long time. There were a couple of negatives. The sink in the bathroom was cracked. I was on the end by the door and it was noisy esp late at night for about an hour then it got quiet. I stayed 3 nights and nobody came in and emptied my trash or change my towels out which was stated on a card in the bathroom. The bed was okay, the pillows needed refreshed. The room itself was dated but it was clean. Although not perfect, I would stay there again.
