Although the front desk clerk was nice, the rest was pretty disgusting. We walked in to an old and very hot lobby with a broken ice machine. There were a lot of people outside milling around even though it was around 90°. The room smelled bad and it was supposed to be non-smoking. There were bugs on the floor, the pillows were very thin, and the air conditioner made noise like a washer spinning on and off all night. The only reason we stayed there is because there were other reviews that gave this place a 10. We suspect those were fake because there's no way this would be given a 10 in any stretch of the imagination. Pay the extra and stay somewhere else.

The low flow toilets in the amenities were very low flow. The people working there however were extremely courteous and help me switch rooms. Overall I rate the experience of 10 out of 10

Disgusting hotel, room smelled like cigarettes and Marijuana, cigarette butts on shelf, bed looked horrible. Ceiling by sink looked like it was on fire, literally left hotel within mins of checking in, place needs to be shut down!!!!

The room was disgusting. Burn holes in sheets and comforters. Bath tub so gross i would not take a shower. The rooms do not look anything like the pictures. Towels super old. Floor had some things on it so not sure if it was even vacuumed. Slept with the light on since i was not sure what bugs would come out in the dark. Pillows were flat. Vanity was painted boards not even a vanity.

We did not end up staying. The first room we were given the bed was broken, and you could barely open the bathroom door because it hit the toilet. The second room there were pubic hairs in the bathtub and in the bedding. The blankets were covered in cigarette burns and were just dirty and covered in stains. There was no way I would sleep in that room. The person in the office told me I could get a refund on the app which was not the case. We found a much better hotel and had a wonderful night.

The room wasn’t what I thought. It was very outdated and the door looked like it had been kicking in before. I slept with the table up to the door but it wasn’t the worst. I didn’t see any bugs and the ppl was friendly including the front desk staff

Note that the promotional image is of the reception area, not a room. There's a reason for this, the rooms are dismal. This is the cheapest hotel in the area, but not by a whole lot, and the others are significantly less run-down.

The next door guests didn’t go to sleep until I was ready to check out early morning. All night, I repeat, all night, adults and kids were having fun, including but not limited to, banging on adjacent door, music, loud shouting and kids crying.

Older property but great for budget minded travelers who do not need anything fancy, especially for the construction group. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Stayed almost 3 weeks while on project and multiple restaurants within walking or short drive. Stayed at other low budget places in area and this has been the best one.

The staff at this hotel is very unprofessional. I stayed one night at this hotel after a long day of working. I was awakened at 7am by a maid just walking inside the room without knocking (this was ok the first time). An hour passes at 8am and another maid comes to the door saying it’s regulation that I must open the door and show her the room so they know what work they have to do. Another hour passes and ANOTHER maid bursts in the room while my wife was changing. They only knock one time and bust in. I wasn’t able to sleep and was basically pushed out the hotel by the maids. Won’t ever come here again.

Bed and bathroom was fine, but rest of the room was filthy. Floor, table, chair were all sticky and thus unusable without cleaning them myself. But the lack of cleanliness was not the main problem. There were domestic disturbances and general chaos outside all night long. This facility rents to weekly patrons, so they basically live there. I was not able to sleep, and felt unsafe the entire night. A cheap stay, but I would not stay there for free in the future!

-Adequate price relative to quality- The overall quality of the stay is well represented by the price. While not a horrible option for an overnight, I was disappointed to find how "dingy" the facilities were upon entering the room. While safe, a nervous sense developed when going to and from a vehicle to the room. Staff was helpful overall, but seemed annoyed when prompted with questions about the stay.

The price was good, but the room was much to be desired. The carpet was not clean, feet got dirty just walking on carpet. Towels seemed not so clean, right off the rack. AC was hard to set, all instructions were smudged off. It was convenient to local businesses. And just a couple of loud nights from other guests. We probably would not stay again.

people hanging out was not comfortable with staying there dirty unsanitary just wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Apparently, there’s people living on the property and they’re hanging out. I was not comfortable at all.
