The beds were extremely comfortable and the sheets were so soft! They were remodeling the floor beneath us and we could hear drilling sometimes, but not too often. The staff was extremely nice and helpful!! It was a very pleasant stay!!

It’s was fine for what we needed. The rooms were clean but also a bit run down. The shower nozzle was really hard to pull out & the water was warm but not hot. The pool was clean & warm. Overall we would stay again.

Great hotel that is going through major renovations. Little noisy at times because of that. Breakfast buffet was wonderful and the staff were capable and very friendly. I would certainly stay there again.

They had a remodel going on but didn’t tell me. There was hammering til 7pm on a Saturday. However these rooms are in desperate need of updating for the price of a room. Also the pool said it opened at 9am it was not and front desk said they were busy and didn’t know when it open.

One floor was closed for rennovation and there was some noise from construction. That was tolerable. Breakfast was great, friendliness was great. Daughter was mad because she planned on swimming and someone pooped in the pool. No fault of the hotel. They did the right thing and shut down the pool.

The hotel property and our room was immaculate! The pool and enclosure didnt smell like chlorine or urine (most hotel pools smell likeone or the other). There wasnt a speck of dust on or behind anything, including the TV. The front desk staff was so patient with my 12 year old son, as he made multiple trips for everything from toothpaste to fork. I wish I could remember the maintenance mans name. He takes pride in keeping that place clean and everything operating smoothly. I hope to make our trip bi monthly just for some fun mother/son bonding time which is why

Staff was great, but this is an OLD hotel that isn’t maintained. Bubbled up wall paper in our room, shower fixtures not connected, hair and dirt on wall, worn carpet in halls, stickers torn everywhere.

Our room was dirty. There was hair in the shower. We got put in a room at the end of the hall next to a loud door that slammed. We were told by the front desk that "We gave you that room because you booked through a third party." Check out time was at noon. At 12:05 as we were leaving our phone rang and the front desk lady began yelling at my husband. When we went to the front desk to check we were told "just leave!" I've never been treated so rudely. Horrible experience.

My room was not very clean when I got there - bedsheets felt damp. Also, as I was on the 2nd floor, it was quite noisy (can hear street noises). Staff was great and breakfast had a good variety from waffles, bagels, oatmeal, juices, eggs, sausage and potatoes.

The room was comfortable. The bed was great with tons of comfortable pillows. The staff were super friendly, professional and helpful. Hotel is not the most modern or up to date but I enjoyed my stay and would stay again. Room was also very quiet.

The place was clean and the staff were super friendly, there was construction on the 4th floor but it wasn't an issue and the times for construction will clearly marked but we were on the 6th floor and you could hear every car and motorcycle that went buy not very sound proof at all.

Horrible customer service. Had modified our reservation 5 days in advance with a confirmation email from hotels.com. Hitel marked reservation as a no-show a d completely canceled reservation. Then tried to sell the room to us for $40 more than our reservation and wouldn't honor the original rate.

The Front desk and all the staff were amazing friendly people and very welcoming. I'd never stay here again as I paid $140 for the room then had to pay $75 for my 11 lb dog... which is absurd and this is on the "franchisee".... I have already reported this Hampton Inn to corporate. I would understand a $25 fee but to pay more than HALF of the room rate for a 11 lb dog is a straight scumbag move! AVOID THIS HOTEL!!!

Manager there was very rude. Didn’t catch her name, but I stayed there on Oct. 4-5th. Woke up a little late and was still gathering my belongings to check out past 12:00 which I was understanding and apologetic to the cleaning staff, and willing to pay the security fee for staying over check out time. The manager came knocking in a very rude manner, asked me to come outside. Preceded to tell me she “needed me out of the room now. Check out is at noon it’s now 12:15. If you’re not out of here right now, I’m going to charge you the 50$ security fee.” With the tone of voice she had with me, I just said “ok” and responded with a blunt tone of voice saying I “was getting my things and I’m leaving right now.” She replied with “well I’m charging you the 50$ and you still have until 12:30. Not 12:31. 12:30. I need you off the premises.” Never coming back, not worth the money. Rather pay more to stay at a place they don’t treat me like I broke in and didn’t just pay for a room there.

Our stay started out good. We tried to brush our teeth no cold water. The shower was broken. I mentioned it to the person at the desk and she snapped and said it wasn’t her problem and we paid Hotel.com not the Hampton!!! She proceeds to tell me to get out now and called the police because I told her I had to go upstairs and get my wife and our belongings!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I’m very disappointed and unfairly treated!!

I was treated pretty badly upon checkin to this hotel. I called their corporate office to talk to someone about the issue, but was told I had to send in an e-mail. I did that. It took awhile and a number of e-mails before their corporate offices created a case for me. I was told I would hear from someone in the hotel management in 3-5 days. As of writing this review (about 10 days from the last message I received), no one from the hotel management has ever tried to contact me. No phone call. No e-mail. Nothing. If you stay at this hotel and everything works out, you'll probably enjoy your stay. If there are any issues, don't expect the corporate offices or the hotel management to act like they care about your experience.

My bed was comfy and clean. Room was larger than what’s typical and nicely appointed. Being that the hotel is immediately at the bottom of the exit ramp from the highway, I did hear considerable road noise. The shower was impossible for me to turn on,even after asking the front desk for suggestions. Breakfast was similar to other Hampton hotels minus the yogurt.

Stay at the Hampton because we have a dog and they are everywhere and typically have the same quality service/cleanliness/breakfast etc. this one had fabulous service however the rest was a bit subpar especially for the Hampton brand. Room was dirty and needed to be refreshed. Could hear the traffic badly. Breakfast was not the usual for the Hampton- no oatmeal, meat was put with eggs as a scramble, dinner potato’s for breakfast (not a hash or seasoned like breakfast potato’s)- just a little different. Service was by far the best thing about this location.

Lobby and common areas were updated and nice. Breakfast was tasty and had homemade oatmeal, my favorite as well as other tasty hot food options. Our first floor room was fine except the bathroom area was in need of some repair under the sink (though everything functioned). For the money, I didn’t expect to see peeling wallpaper. That said, our stay was a positive experience.

Very friendly staff, but hotel is under renovation and our room definitely needed it. Control of water temperature was difficult and slowly to respond. The shower water faucet was crazy. There was no thermostat to control room temperature. Breakfast was just OK, coffee look warm. The beds were fine, parking was good. Hopefully renovations underway will result in significant improvements
