Several things, there is nothing better than being able to park directly outside my room to carry in & grab items I need & be able to shoot anyone trying to my damage my vehicle! Very quite, wonderful staff, everything worked well.

Room was not clean, black mold on the bathroom, not diaper shampoo, room was not clean even after I told staff it needed to be addressed. Room next door had 3 dogs that barked all night. Bathroom light flashed when it was turn led on Front door smelled like dog piss Nothing good to say about this place

We stayed here a few years ago it was great. No so much anymore. Blankets were stained and dirty. No rags to take a shower and room smelled really bad. Most of all no hot water and mold in the bathroom. Will be coming back again.

The room was disgusting full of flies nets and other bugs. The floor was filthy I wish I could leave pics on here. The door frame was broken it had been broken in to. The microwave was really old and rusted out. DO NOT GO THERE. I want my money back!

I found a cockroach by the TV had to have the maintenance guy come up and adjust the tub handle and clean the drain out because there wasn't hot water there was no soap in the dispensers I will give the people that work there credit they were timely about coming up to get it fixed but overall the place needs work thank you

Cheap hotel, convenient hotel but I can’t stand hotels that aren’t clean. I had hair on my pillows as soon as I walked in, stains on furniture, and you could see the floor was barely swept and counters were not wiped.

Room smelled like cat pee. No more hotels.com rooms were available and we prepaid so we settled for a can of air freshener from the office. On the way to get the spray I passed at least six feral cats eating cat food and garbage off the ground. I suspect they find a way into the rooms when the doors are propped open by the cleaners. Toilet was filthy. Not sure if it was s@#t stains or rust. Dirty shower had black mold and the towels were worn our rags. The tattered couch was stained, dirty and stinky. The desk clerk had no key jackets - when we checked in she scribbled our room number on a scrap of paper with the name and personal information of a previous guest on the back. I’m old enough that would not call this the worst place ever but it would easily make the Top Ten Bad list for the past decade.

The room was very spacious. Had a large refrigerator and a microwave. The coffee maker was small and only used provided coffee bags like tea bags. No breakfast is offered. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows were non existent. We weren't able to sleep due to the level of pain caused from the terrible bed.

I stayed here with a dog. The floors are carpet free but filthy. I wiped up my dog’s water and the towel was black. I had to walk back to the reception desk to get the electricity turned on. The tv remote never worked. The hotel is an old hotel and pretty gross for $126 a night.

Was impressed by the room and able to watch an afternoon and evening of College Football after a 4th consecutive day of motorcycle riding. It was not until LATE once West Coast games concluded that I found my room had no faucet making a shower not possible. Also LATE there was a dog barking for an extendedamount of time It would be nice if listings would note if the location was also residential with what appeared to be residents.

The rooms are very spacious. There was even a full size refrigerator and microwave. Floor was dirty and cobwebs around the sink light fixture. Overall the place was great and you can't beat the price. I would recommend to stay here.

Staff was unhelpful. No phones in the rooms to call front desk. 1/2 of the electrical outlets didn’t work properly. Had booked a handicap room and didn’t h get it. No walk in shower or safety strips on the floor of the tub or hand held shower unit. Couldn’t take a shower because I felt I would slip. No directions how to work the heating unit Couldn’t adjust the thermostat easily and the lighting was so dim it was difficult to walk around the bed with the all the lights on I booked 3 rooms. 2 had a coffee pot and the 3 rd did not. Each room was clean but the rest of the rooms were in terrible shape. The staff argued with my mother when she complained. Not once did the staff try to make anything better. I will never recommend any Red Roof Inn in the future. How they had decent reviews is a mystery. I’m disappointed in hotels.com because I’ve never had a bad room in 5 years let alone 3 on the same booking.

The beds was dirty when we arrived the people around you was always gossiping staff guest etc was judging, I asked for clean sheets and I supplied the rest cleaning supplies myself. Our lights stopped working including ac and was told to deal with it or check out our second night there. After already being took for wrong date booking

I was booking every two days due to waiting on my home and 22 hours after booking they came knocking on my door at 11am informing me that i had to get out after paying for the room saying the room was already booked also not giving me ny deposit and having me trespassed all due yo them wanting to steal my money very rude people, bad mouth and unprofessional

While it was not an expensive rate, the floors were dirty and sticky (laminate flooring, no carpet), the light over the bathroom sink did not work and although the booking site and a large sign at the hotel indicated there was breakfast served (the sign included the location and hours), they rudely said they had not served breakfast since COVID.
