For the most part the rooms were clean. You could tell the two rooms we had had not been swept. In one room we found a diaper. Thankfully not used. Some stains on the bedding. But overall not bad. Breakfast was ok minus the pancake machine not working right. Everything tasted good. The pool floor tore up the kids feet. They were bleeding when they got out. They said it was super rough. Overall our stay was good and we would stay again.

The lobby was nicely maintained, the exercise room have various equipment. The room was very spacious, the beds were comfortable but they could update their blankets. Overall great stay highly recommended.

This hotel stay was awesome from the start to finish. We had the King Suite, very roomy, bed was awesome. The pool was great to relax in after a long trip. Breakfast had all you could have wanted. Would definitely recommend this Holiday Inn Express

The elevator was broken hasd to walk up to the 3rd floor. Refridge was making a high pitch noise. Fan on a/c would not turn off until manually turned off.water damage on cieling. Not good

No air conditioning throughout the hallways, stairs, and elevator. Night time attendant gave me the wrong room at first. So, I walked in on another guest. Friendly staff though and overall good stay.

The hotel staff was not at the front desk at all when I first arrived and there was people in the parking lot smokeing weed by the front doors. The staff did nothing about it. When we did see the staff they did not really show any interest in being there. We stayed only one night because it was such a bad experience.

The staff are all completely 'chill'... no attitude or curtness. They actually care if you have/had a good stay. They work hard and have a lot of patience, which means a lot. The rooms are always clean and nothing ever looks like it needed to be replaced or fixed. The place also appears to be a 'working man's' hotel, because there were a lot of contractors that stayed. Props to this because the people that run the hotel work as hard as the men and women who maintain our infrastructure. At any rate, this is the place to stay if you visit or work in the Vincennes area.

The toilet seat was all beat up and peeling. Gross like a gas station toilet seat. Not acceptable for a $100/day hotel room and especially Holiday Inn. I told the front desk but this should have been flagged by the cleaning staff and remedied immediately. The dining area always had crumbs too and not cleaned continuously. This is a highly visible area and poor indicator of cleanliness.

Really comfortable stay! My first impression was how absolutely lovely the lobby smelled upon entering the building-I don't know what was used, but whatever it is smelled heavenly. Check in was easy & fast and everything was very clean and modern. My room was clean, comfortable, and spacious; the in room chaise lounge was the star of the show for me after a 5 hour ride. Oh and the lighting! The recessed fixtures on the headboard, wardrobe and TV mount were so cool! If the headboard could have been just a bit softer & dimmer, it would have been even better, but still very cool & easier on the eyes when it came time to relax. My ONLY issue with my stay was the bathroom outlet didn't seem to work, which caused a slight inconvenience when it came time to style my hair, but outside of that, I was very pleased, and, as a frequent traveller to the area, have already booked my next visit.

This was our 1st time staying at Holiday Inn Express in Vincennes. The suite was plenty large and very comfortably laid out. The room and hotel itself were clean and well maintained. The hotel was very quiet which we appreciate. The breakfast options were good to very good. Overall we will definitely stay here again on our future trips to Vincennes.

Hotel was very nice only complaint was when we got back from our grandsons wedding at 9:30 pm our room was 79 degrees in August The air conditioning was not working so we had to change rooms after a hot and long day I would try this hotel again

Great night’s stay! Rooms are modern and updated. The room and bathroom has really cool lighting. The beds are very comfortable. I slept great. Wish I could have slept in a little while longer. The hotel is nice and quiet. I was traveling alone and felt very safe. Can’t wait to stay again!

My stay at your Vincennes property was great in every way. It was clean, quiet, convenient to everything. I will recommend this hotel to anyone for their stay in Vincennes Indiana. I would like to especially mention a woman named JENNIFER. I had had a difficult trip and was glad to finally get to the hotel She was my first contact. Clean room Notification of why the electricity was out would’ve been nice. Also, when I checked out, the staff member did not even offer to deduct my night without electricity (or air conditioning or CPAP for my husband) from the bill. Not very good customer service.

Stay was excellent. Check in and out was easy. Front desk clerk was knowledgeable and polite. Room was clean & comfortable. King size bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows both soft and firm. Hotel and surrounding area was quiet all night long. Restaurants, gas station/convenience store within walking distance. Hot Breakfast with many choices appreciated.
