Cold shower, pool not working, property needs remodeling

Reminds of a bus station bathroom in Mexico. Even the towels were dirty. Yucko! It looks nothing like the online photos. The pool is supposedly "being cleaned" but not really. Looks like it hadn't been touched in years. Yucko!

There was a fiesta goung on outback and the guys just atanding around at the doir made me feel uncomforable and there was no pool amenities like advertised. Thats the whole reason I oicked this horel

Rundown facility. Too far to walk to our room. We had an accessible room which amounted to a shower chair that was too big to fit into the tub/shower. We came back after being out all day and my key wouldn’t work. I took the long walk up to the desk and there was no one up there. There was a sign that the manager was working in the back, unfortunately I didn’t notice his cell phone number(my fault) on the sign to contact him. I was frantic, I tried calling the motel number which wasn’t answered. Finally after running back and forth a few times there was a lady picking up mail there that pointed out the phone number. I called, I know he was busy, but he acted annoyed that I was bothering him. I told him about the card keys and he basically blamed me saying that I must have got the cards next to my cell phone as if I should know not to do this. I guess this deprograms them. He gave me new cards. I think either come up with a better key system or at least let customers know not to put them near your cell phone. Also the pool was being renovated which was not mentioned in the booking. It was on a sign on the front desk, but could have been mentioned when we checked in. I noticed that no one was swimming, but did not see a sign on the entrances to the pool indicating that the pool was closed. I don’t know what was wrong with it but it’s a good thing we didn’t get into it. There was overflowing trash by the dumpster which was eventually picked up the next day. The lighting was bad

Property is very run down. Pictures on website are not accurate . Pool is shut down. Breakfast was waffles , coffee, 2 kinds of cereal, 2 kinds of bread for toast. Trash can by breakfast was disgusting. Bed was comfortable.

I'm disappointed in the fact that they haven't opened their pool yet. Other than that, I always enjoy my stay at this property. They always make sure I'm a satisfied customer!!

This property is not fit for rental. Very dirty, holes in the walls, pool is filthy and poor lighting. I will be contacting for a refund. I checked in and back out in less than 30 minutes once I walked the property and took some pictures.

Trash rooms. Mold everywhere. Rude owner who lives there. Pool will never be open. Breakfast trash. Tv trash. Cheapest around for obvious reasons.

This place was just dirty and nasty , water stains on the ceiling, trash in the pkl, hall carpet just dirty, toilet had to be manually filled, the carpet in the room was so soiled that my feet left impressions on the shower tub from the dirt in the carpet I Will. NOT use this place again.

Staff was friendly, but the hotel is in horrible conditions. The pool is closed and the breakfast was very sad, lukewarm coffee....

That hotel is a complete disaster… Stayed here one night coming in for a basketball game and Never again.. We had to switch rooms because the first one covers were stained and hair was in the tub.. The second room they gave us wasn’t any better holes in the wall dirty tub it was horrible.. The inside they said was under construction but I think this hotel looks like this all the time… I have stayed in plenty of quality Inns but this one was like a motel that people we’re actually living in and as we were walking down the hall two big ass dogs were barking from the inside…We didn’t even sleep well we woke up at 6 am and was out of there… Whoever the hotel inspector is needs to come to this hotel and do an inspection.. Please please if you come into town DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was the ABSOLUTE WORST HOTEL I have ever stayed in. I understand that a cheaper hotel room usually means an older/not updated/not astetically pleasing. But it shouldn't mean filthy. My room was absolutely filthy. The floor had not been vacuumed. I'm 99% certain one of the bed sheets had not been changed as there was granules of dirt down at the foot area of the sheet. The bathroom was horrendous. The floor hadn't been mopped. The toilet seat had dried urine on it. I had to clean it before use. And then the toilet kept running so I had to open up the tank and reset it. The walls were dirty. The tub had not been cleaned as there was soap from the dispensers all over the side of it. The shower curtain needing washing. And I had to stand in ankle deep water in the shower. I had considered asking for another room, but was tired after a very long day. And truthfully...I felt that it was not going to make a difference. Thank you, Mary Mashin

Property is getting renovated but is very dirty. Had black mold in the room.

Toilet wouldn't flush, had to flush it 4-5 times before it flushed, the air conditioner had webs all in it, webs all over the place, bathroom was very dirty, so much hair in the shower and bathroom floor, had a terrible smell

The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom, carpet and walls were dirty. The couch in my room looked like it had bodily fluids on it. It was stained and gross. I didn’t want to take my shoes off. Almost left and went to another hotel. But I was exhausted after an 8 hour drive and then visiting my sister at Good Samaritan Hospital, I just wanted to go to sleep.

Do not book this hotel. Filthy, water soaked carpet, breakfast are inedible.

The room was dirty, the sheets and pillow cases were stained, the fridge had old food stains inside it, the bathtub was covered in stains and dirt. It was overall my worst experience in a hotel.

My check-in was ok. He was nice, friendly and polite. On the way to the room I immediately thought, oh boy, I've made a horrid decision. There were totally sketch people around the dumpster. The hallway to get to the room was dirty, dark, dank and I wasnt surre what I would find for a room? The room smelled like a skunk just sprayed. There was mold on the ceiling above my head while in the shower. The table wasn't clean for me to sit and eat dinner. I would never recommend this hotel or stay there again. The pictures on Hotels.com look great. This is a lie. Oh and the center courtyard is a giant concrete floor not a pool.

The rooms smelled awful and were dirty. I switched rooms twice and still was not comfortable. I needed up leaving and did not receive a refund or any compensation

Room was 54 degrees when i got in it. Had already moved rooms because of how dirty it was. Other room just as dirty. Gave up and slept in a gross room. I have tons of pictures if anyone actually looks at these.

Super old hotel that is not up to date. No decor on the walls. Hallways dimly lite. Entry doors not secure.

There was a dog that barked all night, there was no comforter on the bed, and the TV didnt work. It was pretty run down. Usually I love Quality Inns but this one wasnt great at all. Would not stay here again.

Very convenient since it’s right next to the highway but the rooms were awful. Holes in the walls, black mold, tape covering the exterior of the door that connects rooms, shampoo and conditioner had been used since they put big bottles instead of smaller bottles for individual use. All around bad experience.

It was great! The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating to us having a very late arrival. Of course the hotel could use an update but our room was clean and beds comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Hallways are a little dirty but the room itself was clean. We had a hole in the wall where it looks like someone punched it. The walls and fixtures were old, but bed and pillows very comfortable. Sink and bathtub did not have stoppers Staff was very nice and helpful. Pool was closed and had a very limited breakfast.

Staff was rarely at reception desk. They had to be reminded to keep coffee in carafe. Toast, cereal and waffles was too limited. In three day stay only the third day did they supply a couple of doughnuts-soon gone.

I didn't like the gangs of young men hanging out in the parking lot, the fact that the Quality Inn signage had clearly been removed from building, the restaurant attached to the place was padlocked shut, and there was glass on the ground outside the front door. We opted to forfeit the fees we'd prepaid, turned in our room keys to the person at the desk who barely spoke English, and went elsewhere.

Super unsafe. Chained and locked up. Felt very scared just being on the property. It’s in an awful part of the town. Lots of gang activity etc

Our stay was very quiet and pleasant. Convenient location and very clean. Staff was very friendly. Higly recommended. Only complaint is indoor pool was out of service and we were looking forward to using it.

Place was not in good condition at all water pressure for shower sucked.. it says it has pool when u go to book a room but the pool was closed.. so they say.. the breakfast was not good at all

It was fine was there for family funeral. Needs a few more breakfast items. No juice or donuts etc. coffee in lobby also wasn’t kept filled

The sofa bed mattress was dirty or moldy. Our nonsmoking room smelled of cigarette smoke. Our room's smoke alarm was startlingly bright. We were charged by Expedia and by the hotel, for different amounts. The breakfast was terrible and the breakfast area was not kept clean.
