The hotel is under construction. The ice machine was broken, the pool was closed, and the elevator needed repair. None of the amenities listed were available. The staff was nice but not helpful. Breakfast was a little scary...we made a waffle, took a bite, and the waffle batter was obviously sour, like it had been sitting out all night. We threw it away and grabbed breakfast at a gas station. Stay far away.

We were shown to rooms that were not clean. After the second room, we had to find another place to stay and we asked for a refund which never went through. The stairs, blinds and mirrors were filthy with thick layers of dust. This place is clearly not cleaned properly; I would stay away.

I always stay at best western when I come into town. Front desk service was awesome Ray did a great job taking care of me, The breakfast attendant was super awesome as well. The beds were very comfortable. Hotel was clean from the front door to the room. Shopping across the street very close to the interstate.. Thank you Best Western

The staff was so nice! Everyone always was welcoming and had a smile on. The room was clean for the most part.
