Desk clerk was accommodating when we arrived; when we reserved, no mention nor ability to reserve handicap accommodations, no mention of lack of elevator; bed was uncomfortable, mattress appeared to be badly. Breakfast was delicious.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The only thing not good was the pool area. There were no towels when I went to swim, and I think there was a soiled diaper in the garbage can at the pool, and the smell was terrible!!!!

I've stayed here several times when I come to Junction City. It is a quiet hotel with a very nice staff. The breakfast is fine, if you want something hearty perhaps it's not enough but it's fine for a light breakfast. The pool area has always been clean and well kept. The rooms are nice, always clean. The shower is a tub shower and you do have to step up a bit to get into it. It's a great option for a stay

Friendly staff, there was lemon water in the lobby which was a nice touch. loved the little fitness room was able to get my lifting in while away. Pool was small and water kinda cold, but was clean and perfect for my son and grandson to enjoy. Breakfast was good with hot and cold options. Stayed 2 nights and unexpected surprise the room was clean with a couple hersey kisses left in the table for me when i got back from the game for the second night and it definately was not clean when i left for the game. I'm already booked there for another gameday weekend. Loved this place.

Staff were awesome, the breakfast was good, and the rooms were clean. Honesty the only problems I had were more with the owner of the building not updating the shower/rooms/AC or not buying food to supply for breakfast but the staff had good hearts about it and I would stay here again just for the staff and cleanliness.

When we arrived at the property we were greeted by the friendly staff. Unfortunately, we immediately noticed how unkept the place was. Our first room had dried blood in the bathroom (on the wall and floor) and then dropped into the main room on the carpet. It appeared there hadn’t been any vacuuming done in the whole establishment. The friendly lady at the front desk gave us a discount for our trouble with the first room. The second room was also quite dirty, but after 7 hours of driving with two little kids, we were done. The pool was quite stinky and small, but the littles still enjoyed playing in it. I feel like this hotel is in desperate need of an update and some higher standards for their house keeping staff. All in all, I would never stay here again, especially with our kids who struggle to understand not touching the carpets.

We were on an overnight trip. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. Only issue for me was it smelled as if someone had recently smoked in there and it was covered up by air spray. It won’t prevent me from staying there in the future, but it was something I noticed. All else was great.

We had a great stay! It was very, very clean!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made up our room and gave us fresh towels while we were out for the day since we were staying multiple days. That is sooo nice!! Rare these days. There were several choices for a hot breakfast, fresh fruit to choose from, yougurts with multiple add ins, juices milk, cereal and coffee. Even warm donuts!! It was awesome!! Wouldn't be afraid to stay there again!! Nice place!! Pet friendly too!

My room smelled like mildew/mold, and there appeared to be mold above the shower. The guy at the front desk was very nice and courteous but it was first day and he was left to fend for himself at the desk. I reported to him and he wrote down the message for the night manager who never reached out to me. I paid over $100 for one night and got the experience of a $40 room. Walked into pool area and it smelled of garbage.

First off let me say that our check in clerk was very helpful. He informed us about the hotel and helped us get our bags up the stairs. The bed was a little stiff for my liking and the desk chair was broken, plus there was not much available on the TV....but we didn't come for the room, we just needed to sleep in it.

We found the both desk clerks were great. They were both knowledge, courteous and helpful We encountered several problems. 1) We were unable to regulate the room temperature. It was a cold night but our room was extremely hot. We resorted to turning off the heat entirely. 2) There was no hot water for showers at 7 am, so we had to forgo our morning showers.

Just ok all around. You could probably find a better hotel at the same price point. Showerhead was failing, seems like it was coming apart like it was low-flow and couldn't handle the water pressure it was trying to restrict. I basically dumped over half the water through the seams and sprayed the rest through the nozzles. Be aware there is no elevator, fine by be, cheaper that way. Hotel is small and was quite empty despite being a Saturday night in summer. Breakfast looked ok but had been sitting awhile as is common. Towels we nice, still quite soft. Blackout curtains were entact but the translucent shear currents were missing. Good example of the hotel, the essentials are maintained adequately but it's seems stripped down to keep prices low.

We stayed for a single night. When we went to check in the first time in the early afternoon there was no one at the desk. We rang the bell and called the hotel number but there was no response. We left after 15 minutes and came back later. The staff we did encounter were very friendly and great to talk to. Breakfast was as expected for a small hotel. It seems like they are repainting or renovating as there was construction and or paint stuff around. Good for a single night.

Got there at 3:30 and had to wait for them to get the rooms clean. Left and my key wasn’t working. They had to call the manager but were able to get me back in the room. Went to leave and come back again and had the same issue. Needed batteries for the door but they didn’t have any. Had to ask to get a room change.

The young man who was at the front desk upon arrival on 9/16 evening should get a raise! He listened and responded to all our questions and concerns. His customer satisfaction score is 10+. You are blessed to have him as an employee/associate. Please thank him for us. The morning lady 9/17 at the front desk and serving breakfast was a real gem too. So friendly and courteous. She anticipated our needs before we asked. She deserves a raise too! You are blessed to have her on your staff!

Absolutely atrocious - they double charged for my room and then when I called, the manager couldn’t be bothered to fix the problem immediately. She refused to call because she “wasn’t in the office that day” even though their mistake led to $180 coming out of my account and causing banking issues. I’m still waiting on someone to fix the problem. At this point, i feel I have to leave a poor review due to the lack of concern about this and getting no response from the GM. Also Expedia would not intervene and help by refunding my money. Very disappointed in both

We had a great stay! It was very, very clean!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were there to visit our son who is stationed at Fort Riley we drove in from utah. not only is it a nice hotel but it has great location. The staff were the most friendliest group i have encountered. All 3 of the different desk associates I encountered were very pleasant and helpful. Happy with our room and overall this will be our hotel when we come visit our so.

We just stayed one night to separate our long drive home from a trip, and were not expecting anything nice at all being in a small town, but. I have to admit we were pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Front staff gentleman wasn't the friendliest, but the rest of the employees were super nice. The breakfast was actually pretty good, the hotel smelt nice & had all the items we needed in our room and plenty of towels. Pool was funky, we never went in it. Very conveniently located in the same parking lot as a grocery store, would stay here again.

Short ( 2 day) trip to visit Eisenhower Library in Abilene and visit old haunts at Kansas State University. Conveniently situated for both. No elevator for second floor but that wasn't a problem for me. Those with disabilities might request a first floor room. The beds were comfortable for me as I slept well. Breakfast was perfectly adequate with several choices.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was not as good as it has been, by 8 am no scrambled eggs and very little in the way of protein, usually much better. There is always coffee and fruit available. Room was clean and king size bed comfy but just 3 pillows. Shower was hot and great water pressure. Sink drained very slowly. This particular stay was a little dicey as there were guests above our room wrestling or something that was loud and sounded awful for about 3 hours. The front desk staff was super in trying to get the guests upstairs to quiet down but it took 3 visits to make it happen by midnight. The location is good-right off I/70 and there's a Walmart super center, planet fitness, Aldi and 3 good restaurants close by(can walk)--La Fiesta, Tokyo and JC's Bbq and sports bar. Park right outside the door to hotel. Consistently a reliable hotel with good solid accommodations.

Staff were friendly and helpful wanting their guests to be happy. The breakfast was good with biscuits & gravy, scrambled eggs, waffles and the usual continental fare. The bed was comfortable. It was right off the interstate and next to an Aldi's which was great for picking up fresh fruit and snacks. We didn't use the pool. We would not hesitate to stay again as it was a great stay.

Much of the property was well maintained, but our bathroom had rust all along the bottom of the tub & around the door sill. Hot breakfast but didn’t seem fresh..little muffins were a bit stale and sausage overcooked… No sugar at the coffee pot..just a lot of packets of pink and blue stuff…as we were leaving we did see sugar in a bottle in the lobby…too late for us.

This hotel was very nice - great staff - rooms were big and comfortable - the breakfast was exceptional as well. The pool area was also very clean and updated. Lots of dining options within walking distance. The assistant manager really went above and beyond to make our stay awesome. We would love to stay again if ever in this area. Price was very reasonable.
