They overbooked our queen room and put us in a single bed. In two rooms. Absolutely no amenities, no bed cover- only sheets, awful stay.

No staff at the front desk getting there had to sit around for one to finally show up, they gave us a smoking room didn’t ask us if we wanted a smoking or non smoking and I couldn’t sleep the entire night because it smelt so bad

Clean room. Stephanie was amazing and went above and beyond to help me with the issues that did arise. Kudos to her. Also have to give Kudos to the night lady, I cant remember her name, but she went above and beyond as well. She is amazing. Kudos to those two ladies!!!!
