We travel a lot and stay in a variety of hotels, motels and Airbnbs. We were pleased with this hotel. It was extremely clean, in a good location, quiet and the price was very reasonable. Staff was friendly upon arrival. It sits up on a hill and the hotel had even added several tables and benches so you could relax, enjoy the view or have a bit to eat.

This is an older none chain motel. The room was very clean and comfortable! The owner was very kind and very quick. Unfortunately the remodeling debri was blocking areas of walk. But as far as the room was very nice.

The jacuzzi tub worked great! Could have been a little quieter but overall, it was relaxing. Could have used a little cosmetic upkeep here and there but we would definitely stay again.

So, this is an older motel, right off the interstate, that has been purchased by new owners who are lovingly renovating it. I love how colorful it is, & the art/murals that adorn some of the walls. My room was spacious, clean, & very comfortable. I was pleased to see it also included a microwave & a sizable mini/fridge, both new-looking & clean. The owners were very nice folks. And the room rates simply can’t be beat! A great coffee shop/cafe’ is just across the street - a perfect place to grab breakfast in the morning.

Hometown Inn was close to interstate, many restaurants and a Walmart. The owner/manager, Sunny, is extremely friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were very clean. No issues with Wi-fi or TV. My wife and I felt the room was very comfortable and would definitely stay again if were in the area again. I recommend Hometown Inn to anyone traveling to, through or near Berea, Ky as a great to spend a couple of nights.i

The only thing good was the water pressure in the shower. The room smelled, the sheets, towels, and wash rags were stained. The blanket had cigarette burns in it. There was yellow stuff in the bottom of the fridge (idk if it was Mt. Dew or pee). There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. Painting peeling off the walls. The room was filthy. I booked the room for two adults, 1 child and the guy working said i only paid for 2 adults. I even showed him my email receipt Expedia sends. He wouldnt listen, so had to pay extra or continue arguing with him. I just paid it because it was late and we had been driving for 5 hours. I have pictures but i don't see anywhere to share them We will NEVER stay there again

Older. Renovated motel but extremely clean. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Air conditioner was a little noisy but overall a great experience. Would definitely go back. It was close to Renfro Valley where we attended a concert and didn’t want to drive home that evening.

We ended up leaving the room. The room was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen! There were mice flies dirty just plan nasty. I would not allow my pet to sleep in that Filth!

For under $70 this place does hit the mark. You get a clean room. The bed was freaking horrible. I don't know what it was but I hurt all over the next morning. The pillows were good but the bed was hard. No bugs, yes they have soap and shampoo. Towels but not enough hand towels and rags for a double room. Other than that, I booked through Expedia. When i arrived, they tried to charge me an additional fee per person stating that i did not enter the correct number of guests. I quickly explained that I did and I showed them the booking which showed I had entered the correct number of people. There was some back and forth, but they honored the price on Expedia. And were not rude but I was extremely irritated about the possibilities of extra fees when I had entered the correct information.

This is an adequate hotel for a quick, overnight stay. Room was clean and bed was comfy. I have 2 small complaints; the room smelled very stale upon entry....definitely needs some air fresheners. Also, the a/c unit was very noisy.....not just the usual hum like most units but had a "rustling" noise every few seconds that was very annoying. The cost was low so i would probably stay here again.

Location was very convenient to the highway, stores and restaurants. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean even though outdated. My only complaint is the air conditioner was noisy, I heard it kicking on and off all night but it did cool the room very well.

The employee seemed like he didn't want to be bothered. The room was not cleaned found empty vodka bottle, beds hard, pillows like postage stamps, door wouldn't close without being slammed and headboard fell off the wall

When I went to shower after driving for 6 hours, I could not take as shower because the tub had the wrong type of spout installed. It had no Shower Head diverter on it. There was no stopper for the tub, either built in or a rubber one to put in. there was no information on restaurants in the town in the room and no TV channel guide in any drawers. There was a, however Gideons bible there. They advertised a free breakfast but it they meant a Continental Breakfast which in reality was a few ;one bite cake doughnuts and old stale coffee. I had thought that Knights Inn had changed in the years since I had not been using them and indeed it had. If possible it had gotten worse.
