I reside in the desert so coming to this hotel was a real treat to see all the beautiful greenery & flowers. Staff acted as if they were there just for me. I probably selected the smallest room, but even at that you were willing to experience some of the history of this beautiful building that had been built by college students. Because of my limited time (flight changes!) I was unable to take time to experience the restaurant. Plenty of parking. Red brick circle driveway to the front door. And the room keys are the old brass keys!

What a wonderful property!! The grounds and lobby areas were beautiful and welcoming. We loved our dinner at the on property restaurant Craft. Everything was so good! Best wine list we've seen in quite a while. Great cocktail menu. Service was great! Our room was spacious with vintage furnishings that made the experience perfect! We stayed the night to break up a road trip from Chicago back to our hometown in NC, but will definitely return to stay again for a weekend getaway!
