Hotel was clean, elevator was loud and didn’t seem to work properly. Breakfast was good except they ran out of food around 8:30 and it took over ten min to staff to refill It. Rooms were clean, parking was plenty and good fitness room

The remodel was nice, but the decision to move the ice machine from the 1st to second floor wasn't smart. My mom and I had an accessible room, that wasn't up to ADA code. Room 127. The toilet as too low and also the bed.

Everything was great at this location. The room and property was clean the bed was comfortable the breakfast was average. The only problem was that the AC stayed on 76 the entire stay. It was late and we were exhausted when we returned to our room after an event in the area,we did not have the energy to change rooms. I would stay at this location again but will first make sure the AC is working before unpacking.

Our stay here was very nice. Room was very clean and beds/pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. They even had cooked oatmeal which is one of my favorites. Hotel location has easy access on and off the interstate and a short drive to the cruise terminal in NOLA. When cruising again, we will definitely stay here!

Quick check in, bottle of water is a nice touch. Room nice, clean and spacious, stayed in an accessible room and it would be easy for a disabled person to get around. Breakfast was nice.

I was happy with the overall experience but unhappy that the "incidentals" fee was not discussed anywhere in the booking but when I get to the front desk, there was a demand for an extra $50 bucks. This can throw people off from hampton inn. I had not come across this fee in other hotels. So that was a super big turnoff...and the chicken breakfast sausage was terrrible.

Was very comfortable with spotless rooms. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast had waffles but no sugar free syrup. Eggs had bacon or ham mixed in which is a problem if you have someone in your group who doesn’t like their food to touch. Oatmeal was empty and looked like was never refilled or cleaned out between days (Saturday and Sunday).
