We checked in last night around 9, check in was ok. Gentleman was pleasant. I asked about a cart. He said they had two and someone must have them in their rooms. The next morning, I waited downstairs and drank my coffee, had breakfast and just relaxed from 6-830 am, and a cart never showed up. We left around 10, in and out of the hotel loading our items. Never did a cart show up. I’m leaning towards they just don’t have them, because he was quick to blame other guests for there being no carts. And that with check out being 11, and not a single cart showing up by 10. If they do have carts, and this is an ongoing issue and you only have two carts, have a process for checking out said carts. I’ve never been to a hotel where at least one did not surface. The rooms were nice and clean, my main issue was with not having a luggage cart. The breakfast was decent. I sent this review to the property manager, she just said thank you for your feedback.

The room was nice and comfortable. We really enjoyed the breakfast every morning. Very nicely done. Front desk clerks were very nice and helpful. What I didn't like was the elevators were dirty. Trash on the ground and a wet floor sign in there the whole time we stayed. The mini fridge in our room was frozen over and didn't fit the space well. Overall I would stay again.
