Had no hot water no towels they didn’t have a room key and then brought us didn’t work so couldn’t leave room

The rooms never have towels this been going on for months , they say they have a towel shortage depending on who is working the front they give towels if the room has none!! Jasmine the front clerk is the BEST! Always so helpful

There wasn't any towels or pillows. Very dirty and the door was barely hanging on. The wifi were off at about 9:30 pm and never came back on . No ice , just the worst I ever experienced. Never again 😭😭
