Gorgeous hotel, with convenient and reliable free shuttle service to and from the DCA Airport, Hotel, and Pentagon City Mall. The staff was incredibly pleasant throughout our stay. However, the bathrooms could use a bit of renovation, and housekeeping isn’t always the most thorough. Other than that, this property is certainly a great choice for travelers!

There was only on elevator working in a 16 floor building. It took me 20 minutes to and from my room. The hallways were hot and uncomfortable especially when waiting then packing into an elevator. I declined room service yet they came multiple time. One even walked in while I slept. The garage was humid which made the floor slippery and I fell on my way to my car.

Unfortunately, the hotel did not have a pool and the gym was just alright. Our room felt slightly muggy throughout even with the A/C on. But the shower pressure and shower head was perfect!!! The desk, restaurant and cleaning staff were all very nice.

It was great that I could check in early which is truly appreciated however the airport shuttle to the hotel never arrived for the 7:15am pick up from the airport. Every other hotel shuttle came except them. Unreliable. Tried calling front desk but no one answered. According to the website the shuttle services are supposed to start at 6:15/6:30 am. If reservation is required for shuttle they should let guest know when they book the room.

Very nice interior lobby. Staff was friendly. Rooms are adequate. Dining on premises available. Underground garage is dark and secluded, no security in sight. Hotel is not near shops, dining or any conveniences. Very expensive parking considering secluded area.

It’s located near Pentagon which makes it convenient to go anywhere for shopping or to campus or any restaurants. The hotel room is good but the bathtub is so tiny, you can barely stand on it . Very uncomfortable won’t stay here again because of that!

I waited in line for 40 minutes to check in. There was only 1 person at the desk When I booked through hotels.com they said that there was a shuttle to the airport. When I inquired they said that the shuttle was not available when I needed it. I asked them to book a taxi, the clerk said they would do it in the morning. When I came in the morning they said it should have been done at night. I asked for a wake up call but I didn't get one.

Stayed for a weekend, convenient location , very clean room, nice sheets, mattresses, & pillows. Front desk staff was extremely helpful, & took time to answer any questions about the area. The shuttle driver, Kataji, was the BEST! So kind, helpful, on time, & friendly.

The service desk employees were amazing; friendly and professional. We really enjoyed speaking with them. The restaurant waiter was a real gentleman and the food was very good. Our only complaint was I was given wrong information by some front desk employee when I called after placing the reservation. I had asked specifically if the shuttle would be available for our 7am flight and was assured it would be as long as I set it up at check-in. Only to find out it doesn’t even start till 6am, so we had to pay $21 for an Uber.

Very helpful and kind staff, when I mentioned that the information about the airport shuttle wasn't correct online, the lady at the front desk offered to co.pensate for the confusion by giving us a breakfast voucher. The breakfast was amazing and her gesture was appreciated. The proxi.ity to the Ronald Reagan airport was also a big plus. After a long trip it was a short ride tp the hotel. All in all, a good experience and I would stay here again.

It was very unprofessional, I had a gentleman who was not invited allowed access to my room because of a voided id he showed to the front desk, this could’ve been a stranger, I was blindsided when I couldn’t get back in my room with my key because he had switched them. I had to leave that evening because I felt unsafe to stay in my room. Alot of money wasted for parking that I didn’t even enjoy for more than 2 hours before my stay was ruined.

Hotel is amazing! From the cleanliness to the amazing staff to the location! Easy access to downtown DC and Maryland. Literally anywhere you want to go is within a reasonable time. I ended up here after an appointment was postponed and stayed 2 additional days because my family was comfortable and we enjoyed not only our stay but the never ending entertainment nearby! Our hotel room had a lingering smell of weed after housekeeping went in to clean during the second day of our stay. The hotel restaurant food we ate for breakfast was too pricey for the actual quality and taste of the food. Other than this, however, the property was clean and we had an overall pleasant stay.

The staff was very rude and unhelpful. Room did not have power cable to tv and they did not give us one. Friend with us contracted flu A asked to book another night and front desk said no rooms available . Her son called and booked room right after told that . They made her move rooms. Also went to restaurant for breakfast saw mouse run across floor quietly brought to waitress attention she never came back and asked what we wanted to eat and when we got up to leave asked for check because we were able to get coffee she said not to worry about it. Had to go outside to get food. Worst experience I have EVER had at a Sheraton and I am a Bon Voy member.

Everything here was exceptional, except for the resteraunt.. The food was flavorless, and overpriced. We tried to make the best of the food, but the female server had such overpowering body odor, that we were unable to finish our food. She had no issue reaching over our shoulders, no attempt to try and keep the putrid smell away. But other than that one experience, we loved everything about this hotel. I would stay here again, but I suggest to go somewhere else if you are hungry.

Check in and out was a breeze. There is a charge to park at the facility. Restaurant on site was great the first night. We went down for breakfast and during breakfast a rat came through the dining area. Staff apologized and stated it happens sometimes when they open some door in the area. Lost appetite after that. Bedrooms were clean but would stay away from restaurant.
