Staff was very friendly. We had an extended stay and upon arrival they offered us a room with a balcony. Very nice. Quiet hotel, spacious rooms. Small bistro with bar and you can even buy beer/wine by the front desk to take to your room. Well thought out amenities.

The bar tender/coffee tea attendant was friendly and amazing, he made our trip. We got a suite with a patio, it was nice inside and spacious. The outside needed much help. Tile pieces, motor for a job spun everywhere and weeds. A little clean up would go far.

Pros- Convenient to Rt 9. The hotel is being renovated and the fitness center & laundry were very nice. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. Cons- No microwave. The little mini-fridge was inside a cabinet & was overheating bc it couldn't vent. There was only expensive Starbucks coffee if you didn't want the little coffee bags to make in the room. The Bistro in the lobby was overpriced.

...Stayed between 5/24/25-5/27/25....This hotel is understaffed. My room was not cleaned on a daily basis (I had to remind the front desk several times to address this matter). Food prices at the Bistro were way overpriced. The floors in the elevator, main entry, corridors and my room looked aged and dirty. Willl not bee returning to this hotel anytime soon. This is a MANAGEMENT / OWNERS PROBLEM...not a staff/employee problem.

Their email said they’ll send a mobile key when they asked me to checkin online but I never got it. When I told the front desk, the lady receptionist sounded irritated & felt I didn’t know what a mobile key is. When we finally got the mobile key, the room had a strong odor when we opened it & seemed like the last guest smoked weed a lot. They should have ventilated the room first & didn’t assign it at once to other guests. I didn’t inform the front desk anymore as the receptionist there was not friendly at all & did not have any customer service skills. Rather than make our vacation miserable, we just had to make do. Before, they would offer grab & go breakfast for the guests, now they don’t have anything.

Very clean. Seemed to be recently updated. I requested xtra pillows & towels. They were there when we arrived . Strangely, the cleaners removed our xtra towels next day… other than that excellent stay.

Property was fine. Staff was friendly. One of the front desk staff said our room number out loud while checking in, which, as a former Marriott employee, is a no-no. For the safety of the guest, you are not supposed to do that. When we arrived, there was a smoke alarm directly above the bed. I fought the urge to dismantle it to see if there was a camera inside (the location is weird and people can be as well), but slept terribly knowing my family and I could possibly being nefariously spied on. We did not have any spare toilet paper so had to ask the front staff for that. Super low start on tissues so we had to ask for that as well. We did not get our room cleaned between the days of our stay. Shower was leaky. We had a patio door that was unlocked from the time we got there until we noticed it the next day.

Checking in was easy. Staff was friendly. Issues with human waste in pillows in first room. Was provided an alternative room so we could repack and move at 9 at night with tired kids. Once resettled stay has been fine but management promised to follow up by noon the following day and we never heard anything more. Would have found another hotel but for graduation week and very few options. Will not stay here again.

No microwave in the room. Had to go all the way to the lobby to use the one down there. Very inconvenient. Why is there none in our rooms? Had to ask for cups and coffee each morning. But yet housekeeping came in and cleaned room and gave us new towels. Their is a lack of communication between people there!!

We liked the well-designed room, with the toilet and shower separated from the sink by a door. We liked the bedding and the room furnishings and the hotel decor. We did not like that the TV Channel Guide did not work and could not be fixed. We had to change a limited amount of channels manually and were unable to know what was coming on until it was already on.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very clean, and the place was very sound proofed. Probably the quitest hotel room I've ever stayed in which was nice! The staff was wonderful, they were so kind and went above and beyond. It's definitely not in walking distance to anything, but if you have transportation I highly recommend staying here. We went to both Boston and Salem during our stay, both within 45 minutes of the hotel. Would definitely stay again if we ever come back to the area!

I did not get any sleep … i looked everywhere to try to figure out what it was and it seemed to be coming from the phone …. Awful! Blip….blip…..blip….. avoid room 327….

I was overcharged. I stayed one night. My bank was charged for three. The clerk claimed “the system was down” when I checked out so she couldn’t give me a receipt. I repeatedly sought help from hotels.com and the payment service, but they could not reach hotel staff.

Very convenient, located inside a business park area. Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Bistro was a little disappointing, almost self-serve, and many menu items that were listed -- both food and beverages -- were not available. Good option for solo business traveler.

Overall we had a great experience from check-in to check out the room was very clean very quiet we had enough space for everything they thought of everything when with traveling families I can't say enough best stay ever. We were there for a church convention the other members had stayed at a different hotel and they ended up getting moved to location 20 minutes farther away than they needed to be this hotel kept our reservation and we had no problems so I'm very grateful. I do have to add that it mentioned that the breakfast was free but it was actually a charge. If I had to change anything it would be a little bit more information as to the area, the room, what's available and what's not. I couldn't find that in the room I wasn't given a some sort of welcome packet to kind of give us that information I wish that it was available but needless to say, we had avery good stay thank you.

Sink was clogged and would only drain very very slowly. Somebody came right up and said he would have to take it all apart and could it wait till morning. And I said no so he called a superior and he did a very good job of remitting the issue. I just was disappointed that they wanted to wait till I was gone to fix it. The food was horrible the coffee was horrible so it was lacking in choices.
