Parking is great, staff is wonderful. Enjoy the evening cookies. Breakfast is good, however when there is bacon with egg omelet there should also be a veg egg option and I don't mean just boiled eggs.

Hotel is fine, pleasant, comfortable, clean. Breakfast included and quite good. Decor typical of any Hilton or Marriott anywhere.Nothing special. No cleaning service in room. Free parking which is a plus.

We checked into the room and the room spelled of a wet dog. I did not see that dogs are allowed in the rooms or I would not have stayed. They gave us another room and there were huge stains on the rug. I have stayed in the past but will not return

Overall room was clean, there was a random flosser on the floor. I didnt realize there wasnt a tub for my 3 year old. There was no tiny freezer section in the fridge for ice packs.

At the Hampton inn in Westborough, Mass, our reservation for 1/24 and 1/25 was for a Studio room (like a suite). We got there and was told directly our reservation on the 4th floor has been given away and that we would be given a double queen. This double was cramped and the mattresses were poor. Also, one of the desk clerks said that since it was booked through a 3rd party (Hotels.com) we had no recourse. No refund no perks from anyone. Plus, no responses from several attempts at virtual chat. Also got a phone message from Hotels.com promising a refund; none so far; They said the Hotel in question had contacted them and promised a refund. No word yet.

unfortunately the first night we arrived after a long day in the car, and wanted to get to sleep by 10pm, but there was a large family/group occupying the room next to us and across from us. They were living it up let's just say. They were slamming the doors, running up and down the halls, knocking on doors and running, well into the early hours of the morning. We called the front desk, but all they could do was ask them to be quiet. I've never experienced that at a hotel before. I wished management would have been a little more firm because this went on for hours. The breakfast was a hit == appreciated the warm food options.... Didn't know that we had to request clean towels and trash to be emptied each day (we stayed a few nights). So we had to take out trash out each day and request towels each day. Just something I didn't realize. No biggie. Overall the place was decent, nice big bathroom/shower, room was pleasant, beds were perfect (no back ache) and the location was very close to food, shopping, etc.

Very clean and plenty of parking. The fire alarm went off in our room randomly, so they moved us to a different room, which was inconvenient. We ran out of shampoo after 1 night, and had to ask multiple times before someone brought us more three days later. Front desk staff were not very friendly.

We stayed from Saturday until Tuesday morning. Housekeeping never visited our room to clean or refresh the towels/garbage/toilet paper, etc. We had to go to the front desk each day for new wash clothes. Trash was overflowing by the time we checked out.

Staff was excellent. Great breakfast included. Much better than I had expected. The room was very clean and so was the overall hotel. Enjoyed the all day coffe and fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. I would definitely choose this hotel again for future trips

The front desk staff was friendly, the room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. They had an excellent breakfast included in the price. Their Belgian waffles were my favorite, but they also had omelets, sausage, fruit, and muffins. I would've given this place five stars except for one problem. I was in the shower at 11am when I was supposed to be checking out. I heard the housekeeper banging on the door like she was trying to break it down. It was 11:03 when I got out of the shower, so think the overreaction was unwarranted. I highly recommend this hotel, but the housekeeper will go berserk if you stay one instant past 11.

It’s was clean and well staffed. At breakfast there was a lady constantly cleaning each table as guests departed and replenished all the food as it had gotten consumed she was great at her job.
