The bathroom reeked of cigarettes. The hallway smelled like curry. The pool was too cold to swim. The breakfast hot food was barely edible. The staff were lovely. There was a loud domestic dispute with doors slamming and cursing at 7 am on a Sunday.

This property is housing migrants. The hallways have a terrible odor. The staff is nice and we enjoy the pool. The rooms are nice just avoid the halls and migrants.

Pros: Check-in was smooth. Staff are really friendly. Cons: My sheets hadn't been changed from the last guest (you could see the creases and hairs from where they lay), so I got clean sheets and changed them myself. The room was worn and tired; you couldn't sit on the stained / worn furniture without putting a towel down, peeling wallpaper, scuffed furniture, worn carpet, etc. There's an additional parking charge which wasn't shown at booking. The internet is terrible for work purposes, although they do offer an "enhanced" service for an additional charge (they do like their additional charges which make the base rate look appealing). There isn't any USB charging, so bring a plug (this reflects the fact that the rooms haven't been updated since the hotel was built).

Didn’t like that they charged for parking considering there was no place else to park in the remote are. Was ripped off by Expedia, who quoted me a one night fee of $345, then charged my card $519

It was very disappointing. I travel for work a lot and booked this hotel because it advertised a bar and lounge area that looked inviting and because from the photos it looked like a the type of Residence Inn by Marriott that I am accustomed to. However, that was not the case. The bar was closed (permanently - because they lost their liquor license, the hallways and common areas were not as clean as I expected, they charged me a fee for parking my vehicle in the hotel parking lot (what???) and when i called the front desk for two additional bath towels, they delivered me dishtowels instead. I will not be staying here again. i will be writing to Marriott to share my disappointment as well.

This was a great place to spend two nights with two exceptions: no bedside clock and no ice machine. Additionally, surrounding the hotel were apartments and offices but no businesses to walk to for dining or shopping.

It was close to friends we were visiting and the local skiing. Unfortunately, there was a constant odor of frying foods, fish, etc. in the hallways, daily, bad enough we saw employees trying to spray deodorizer to cover it up. It was enough my son felt nauseous it was right across from his room. There has to be limits on what people are cooking that infringe on others staying at the same hotel.

Corridors needed serious vacuuming Suite was very tired looking , tv not working , towels quite worn .and surfaces did not feel very clean . Bed was comfortable enough . HVAC unit was noisy and never shut off . The four double hung windows not fully latched . So cold air draft as well Yet staff was lovely and attentive .

I opened the door to a depressing grey and tan decor - and a FILTHY carpet. I instantly got onto my computer - to try to book something else - but holiday weekend there was nothing reasonable. Positive side - wonderful breakfast included and nice pool.

The room was not cleaned until the last day before I left. Dirty damp towels not picked up in the bathroom were replaced. Toilet tissue was all gone, and I had to call the front desk to get more. Garbage cans were not emptied where there was banner and other fruit items thrown in it and there was very little handicap parking spaces in the front of the building. I am handicapped and I had to park to the back of the building go to the corner entrance and then walk almost more than halfway through the first floor to get to the elevator. It was a terrible inconvenience. Upon making request about the room, not being clean I was told by the front desk that a manager would talk to me and I never met him. Never heard from him nor got a call from him to me. This is very poor.

Sorry to say that we didn’t like to stay at this property for many reasons 1-air conditioner was making too much noise It was throwing air on our bed so we couldn’t sleep 2-we try to lower the setting but that didn’t work 3-cold water in the shower 4-cocroches running around in the bathroom And when my husband was trying to use one of the towel there was cocroch in the bath towel All this made our experience really bad We came to rest in this hotel after long drive and we couldn’t get any rest which made our rest of drive even harder After placing complaint to manager Yasmin She refund our money and she was very nice to Handel everything She also gave us some points for future use in Marriott but we will see if we will use them after this experience

Stayed for 2 nights. The whole place had a smell about it...maybe a disinfectant in the carpets or something. It wasn't pleasant. But maybe necessary to cover up the scent of dogs or people cooking in their rooms. Kitchen had everything. Bed was comfortable. Drab colors...brown, beige, army green.... Smart TV with Netflix was a big plus! Buffet breakfast was okay. First day, scrambled eggs were cold and hard. Same for home fries. Sausages were hard as a rock. The 2nd day, eggs and home fries were hot and better. Front desk staff was very pleasant. Parking was easy and location was convenient to where we were visiting.

This property is charging premium rates but the high cost is unjustified. There were group of young kids roaming the hallways and being disruptive. There were also guest who seemed to have been living in this hotel for quite some time. If this hotel is being used to house individuals in need then the paying customer should be made aware prior to booking the place. Housekeeping also just came into our room without knocking or checking to see if it was ok. Don’t plan on staying here in the foreseeable future.

Stay was fantastic when we got and checked in she gave me a free upgrade to a bigger suite. The room was clean, comfortable quiet, hotel staff was amazingly friendly and professional. I will definitely go back and stay again.

The service was excellent. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful but it wasn’t the cleanest hotel. Needed to use the pull out couch and the mattress was pretty gross, not to mention having no sheets for it just an old gross brown fleece blanket that had cigarette burns on it. Other than that the room was good sized for us and had lots of amenities, including a full sized fridge and dishwasher! Nice hot (free) breakfast but not much seating. Overall I’d say 4 out of 5 stars
