The bathtubs are slippery with no rails. Tv channels are not good. There was a mattress pad used as a blanket.

Staff was great, rooms were a bit outdated, bathroom was a bit grimy and my room had a few faulty light bulbs. Overall still had a good stay

I have an additional $300 that was charged immediately to my card and I had to inquire about it the next day. Their explanation? New employee. They didn’t think to reach out to me and offer to reverse it. I had to ask for it to be reversed. I’m still waiting for the $100 hold to drop off as well. Now on the rooms: the “upgrade” to a suite was not so much an upgrade. I got put on a corner right in front of a 24/7 LED billboard and on one of the noisiest corners in Baltimore. I heard everyone and everything at all hours. They didn’t have sound proof windows it’s curtains which would’ve helped. I found silver hair in my bathroom. Luckily I travel with Lysol, but that was just nasty. The floors were sticky so I wore socks the whole time. The room smelled like maple syrup which is not synonymous with cleaning products. I was there for a quick work trip and expected better.

Bed was at least clean, room was falling apart, found multiple bugs wandering around, hotel smelt, shower curtain was moldy and the shower wasn’t sealed so it leaked into the room. You get what you pay for i guess
