The place was clean minor repairs needed done like a outlet hanging out of the wall. I don' t think it was working as well. We let the young women at the deck know that the microwave did not heat. Looked like it would work. Also covering over something, I think intake for air conditioner mounded low so open above could be framed out with wood or something on the top. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the location was great. Also parking garage across the street.

Well located, but building is old and shows the signs. Parking is a pain, but I guess that's a function of the location. We were unable to find a stairwell that led to the lobby. The only ones we found led to emergency exit doors

Front desk was ok. We for early checkin so that was cool. Room was clean, bed was comfy. There were huge RATS (the size of cats) outside in the alleyway. BIGGEST turnoff was no free parking. The parking garage across the street said DAILY parking $28. We checked in at 2pm and left at 9am. Sooooo i figured 19 hours is considered 1 DAY. But when we went to pay they charged me $61. Apparently the "DAY" RESETS at 4AM. So that means i would have needed to check out of the hotel at 3:59 AM ??? Come on........ I was furious. We called and emailed the parking garage. They NEVER called us back or emailed us. Never going to this hotel again. We will stay at a hotel outside of the city with free parking.

Location is good in relation to the harbor and the convention center, but the good really ends there. The breakfast was average, the gym is a poor excuse for a gym. 5 pieces of aerobic equipment and only 2 work. The treadmills are a law suit waiting to happen!! 4 sets of dumbbells and one bench. No water cups, no towels, no sanitizing wipes. The hotel needs to be updated badly, starting with the elevators. No option to take the stairs with emergency exits. The room was spacious but again badly needs updating, do not take room 101. Felt like it was an after thought. If you are over 6' tall you will need to duck to get in the door. There was no number on the room beside us but some strange smells and sounds coming from it. As others mentioned there was black mold in the bathroom, probably because of the lack of a fan. The AC struggled to keep the room cool, but there was an excessive heat advisory in the city. We were there 4 nights and only got housekeeping on the last night. Most staff were friendly.

Great location needs some serious updating. A bit misleading with parking on site. They only offer valet. Parking is across the street for a fee. Walking distance to harbor

I’m not a hotel snob by any stretch, I slept in the dirt in Afghanistan. This hotel was disgusting, the second I walked in it smelled like “a plant” in the lobby. The elevator is in shambles. The room had actual holes in the wall behind the toilet, mold in the shower, baseboards missing and the sheets smelled absolutely foul. I checked out immediately.

The place needs some attention and TLC. The walls are scuffed, only 1 elevator working, premises are worn and pretty beat up. Our room was sort of clean, if you ignore the Cheeto under the desk and the mold in the shower. We choose to NOT shower. Water stains on sink. But at least the sink had been scrubbed and the beds had clean pillow cases. Reminded me of a cheap European hostel, rather than a $200/night hotel. Overall, we found most of Baltimore VERY overpriced.

This hotel is long overdue for a refresh. Stained carpet in the halls, outside doors that are broken, coffee machine in the lobby broken, the bathroom was nasty. Water damaged walls, mold, outdated. Extremely sorry I booked this hotel for a special weekend away with my daughters. I would never go back.

The linens were clean, the front desk lady was nice, but the bathtub was disgusting. It needs renovating. The bathroom needs work. The floor was gross throughout the unit. I’m glad I showered before I came because I wasn’t going to shower in that tub. The bed was decent but the bedroom curtains could use better light blocking material. The walls of the bedroom need repairing; lots of dings, and missing paint. The inside of the elevator smelled like smoke and was really old with peeling paint everywhere. I checked in around 9pm and no one was at the front desk so I tried walking around because the sliding door was locked. Might want to put a sign to let people know they have to wait to get into the lobby if no one is at the front desk. I’m glad I only booked one night stay because I do not plan on staying there again.

This is not just a budget hotel - it needs immediate upkeep to meet minimum standards. Elevator and lobby smelled horrible, paint was peeling, floors were dirty, and the room itself was absolutely filthy - including dirt, hair and crumbs on floors and surfaces, and dried-on something in the wire trash can. Pillows were stained, tub was grimy, and the window was stuck OPEN and could not be closed (though previous tape was stuck on as if someone tried to hold it shut with tape?) which was extremely noisy all night. The toilet and sheets appeared clean enough, and the tv worked, but that’s the best I can say about it. I would never stay here again - spend $40 more and stay anywhere else.

The room was dirty, with stains on the bed and dressers. The shower was disgusting, old and parts of the ceiling were coming off. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

We arrived and checked in and then promptly left. The hotel room was unclean - there was mold protruding from the vent in the bathroom and the wall in the bathroom was crumbling. The "nonsmoking" room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The door frame was bent and not sealed at the bottom which is a fire hazard. The light fixtures were filled with bugs and debris. I did not feel my family was safe staying there so we left immediately.

The rooms are old with mold in the tub. This is a horrible and I mean HORRIBLE place to stay in downtown Baltimore!!

Traveled with family for concert. Excellent location. Great dining options near by and easy to walk to. Breakfast included, great options for all. Outdated rooms but did the job!

It’s a good enough spot to get some sleep. It’s not the nicest hotel you’ll find, it’s a bit out dated. But the shower was great, the bed was very comfortable, and the view from the top floor for feee breakfast is wonderful.

The air conditioner did not work in both rooms they gave me ITS TOO HOT OUTSIDE FOR IT TO NOT WORK. People were in the lobby because it was too hot in there rooms. Never will I ever stay here again. Bathrooms were horrible too so I decided NOT TO SHOWER. And they didn’t want to give a refund or fix the problem.

HORRIBLE!!! Worst hotel ever. Freezing cold in room. Took two days to get warm!! TV service ridiculous..............TV in living area had limited viewing. TV in bedroom had no sound on MOST channels. Contacted desk multiple times with no response.

The room was nice and conveniently located in walking distance to the Orioles game. The air conditioning was lackluster making the room uncomfortably warm

The rooms need a lot of TLC! The floors were were dusty and lifting, shower curtain had collapsed and the curtains resulting to water spreading all over the floor.

Front desk folks were friendly enough and helpful. Had to switch rooms because the A/C didn’t seem to be working well and it was noisy. TV in living area did not work, no hot water. They quickly got in a different room that had a quieter A/C that worked, hot water, but one of the TVs still didn’t work which that ended up not being a big deal. Not a bad hotel, probably wouldn’t stay here again unless it was the only option. I’ve stayed in nicer hotels nearby that cost about the same.

My trip was for business. I had a meeting with an important person through a Zoom call, and everything was adequate during my stay at Comfort Inn.

One person working behind the desk. My first interaction with her was negative....was their at 1:30 and she said no early check in. Not hello, good afternoon, just no early check in. She held our bags in a closet that was one step above a janitor's closet. We came back at 3:00 to check in and the folk in front of us room was not ready. Our room was. The check in process was the longest I have ever been part of. How is the check in process so difficult when you book on line--how much more info to you need? why do you need to so my license and log my address? I purchased two suites and followed up with a phone call immediately after I booked to make sure that the two suites, we next to one another and got a verbal confirmation that they were. Well they were not....6th floor and 11th floor. Rooms were not dirty, but curtains stained, comforter stained. Bathrooms with ground in dirt...needed a deep clean. The elevators were in need of smething....I dont know what. Every person that we ran into waiting or on them were confused. One read out did not display a floor.....so you have to peak your head out to see where you were. The overall experience was the worst I have experienced with a hotel. I will never stay at another Comfort. Awful.

Our stay was for a friends wedding. With a scheduled check in time of 3pm we had a ride set up for 4:45. When we arrived the hotels system was down so we were unable to check in. We tried to wait it out. But after over 1 hour of waiting it was still not resolved. My wife and I had to get ready in the lobby and put all our stuff back in the car to make the wedding in time. Thankfully when the night was over. We were able to get into our room

DO NOT BOOK!! I showed up to closed doors with someone hesitant to letting me in and told me that the hotel is closed due to construction (I believe a water break) and not to worry, I wouldn’t be charged. I paid in full months before and received absolutely no communication from the hotel or Orbitz. Took four days of back and forth terrible communication from Orbitz to finally get a refund. Even if the hotel is up and running, DO NOT BOOK. The water main break happened weeks before my arrival and no communication. Shady. Lucky I was able to get there early enough in my stay to find a new hotel.

Had a terrible experice from the time we arrived. The lady at the front desk did not acknowledge us after we said hello. She finally said "ID" and checked us into incorrect rooms and did not mention there was a 100 refundable deposit added to the price when we asked why there was a discrepancy. Instead she told us it wasnt that serious and she was just telling us what was on the computer screen. Had she mentioned the deposit, there would have been no issue. The rooms are dated and dirty. I never saw a housekeeper the whole weekend. It is also not in a great neighborgood with limited 24 hour parking options. Breakfast was good with a nice view, but that is the only positive.

Arrived to check in at 3:45. Was told to wait a couple minutes by a gentleman. 15 minutes pass and I hear a woman working here arguing with customers because they were here at 2:30 to check in and check in isn’t until 3. It was after 4 and still no rooms available. She was telling people how they cant expect a room after being sold out last night. I never got in my room until almost 5. Will never stay again.

Awful! I checked out early due to fraudulent activity on my card from the hotel. The place was grimy. The furniture and paint job was shoddy. Customer service going in was subpar. Leaving the front desk girl Nivea was nice but didn’t know her manager’s last name to settle my dispute.

Room is excellent, clean, well maintained, all amenities in it, customer service excellent and knowledged too, building cosmetics not so great, needs improvement from the doors to the elevator to the front of building.

The Lady at the front desk Keshia was very nice and professional, I like her personality. She did an awesome job.

The staff were very nice. It was a decent walk to the harbor. The city should be ashamed of itself for the sheer volume of trash on the streets.

The location is great for the downtown / Inner Harbor area. The property is definitely in remodel mode. The breakfast was sufficient. The staff was helpful. Overall, the hotel is fine, but not impressive. They can get a lot more per night than it might feel worth because of the location.

The staff was great and very helpful. Although it looked they put effort into updating the rooms the workmanship fell a little short along with the furnishings. Overall we did have a nice stay. Very convenient location. Walking distance to all the hot spots!

Our check-in seemed to be the only thing that went smoothly. We were told breakfast was served from 6a-9a but when we arrived a little after 7a nothing was set up yet. We then heard someone else checking in & being told breakfast hours are 7a-9a. After the first night our e-key started malfunctioning & it had to be reset .. every day we were there for our 4 day-3 night stay. We asked for 1 extra pillow (the had 3 which seemed odd), we were told that each room had a 'set number.' The front desk person went behind the wall to check (?) and we were told no others available. After spending our 2nd day out, all day, we came back & discovered we had no fresh towels & our room had not been cleaned. We asked at the front desk for fresh towels & were advised they would 'try to have someone stop by'. About 30-40 min later housekeeping knocked & was surprised when they came in & saw us; they thought we had left. We were able to get towels & were apologized to profusely before the housekeeper left. On day 3, a front staff person asked us to wait, she had a question for us, while she finished checking in a family. She asked us our name & what room we were in. She then said the hotel staff had gone in our room, looked around (didn't touch anything) and left. The hotel had us in a different room, they didn't have us in the room they sent us to. I can't forget to mention the issue of the noise! We overlooked the street & we heard every horn, siren, scream, etc.

Hotel need to be 100% updated. Need new mattress. Taller toilet. New carpet in the hallway. One elevator was working. Breakfast not good.

This hotel fit the bill for what I needed this weekend. That said- there were two items that, if addressed, would have made this stay 5 star 1) parking and check-in: it was very difficult to find where we needed to pull in and we drive around for 30 minutes trying to get someone on the phone to ask for help. 2) Cleanliness in common areas: the lobby was beautiful. The elevator and Cloud lounge could use some TLC. The elevator had the same trash and dirt in the morning we saw the night we checked and and the floors in the cloud lounge were sticky, the serving utensils were laid on the counters instead of holders, and the refrigerator with the eggs, milk, and yogurt was leaking and the food to the front was warm. All in all, the stay was functional, well located, and the room was comfortable. We will most likley be back when have a quick ovwrnight.

I booked this hotel for 3 adults and 3 children for a 2 nite stay. It is on a very busy street and traffic was so bad that we couldn't pull off to the side in order to unload our suitcases. I called the main desk and was directed to a parking garage over a block away. We had to make 2 trips to bring everything to the hotel and had to walk around some shady looking people and trash strewn sidewalks. The room itself was decent but dated and not well lit. The desk clerk said bkfst was 7 till 9 do the 1st day we went down at 930. All the food was gone already so we went back upstairs and had chips for bkfst. The 2nd day we went down at 8am. The juice dispensers were completely empty, there were no spoons for cereal, the hot food items were gone and the container that holds waffle batter was empty. There was only toast and yogurt left and people were still coming in. Again we had no bkfst. Both days we were there, the shower water was borderline too hot with no way to adjust it. The shower curtain kept sliding down to the middle of the bar. We put a hair clip on the end to keep it in place. Hallway rugs are dirty and stained. Signs say they are remodeling. Wouldn't you give your remodeled rooms to your guests in order to get better reviews. I doubt there are any. At checkout, the woman ahead of us was complaining about her stay. I didn't say anything negative to the front desk people because it isn't their fault that conditions are so bad. I will never book a Comfort Inn again.
