Easy parking and very convenient for a show at the CFG Arena. Restaurant is closed and so was pool, but it still didn’t job so I didn’t have to drive home tired.

Pool and restaurant closed. Free breakfast is just toast and cereal. Very limited breakfast.

My list is too long for what I didn’t like so let’s go with what I did “like”… location is cool and not too far from the Inner Harbor. All within walking distance. The hotel felt dingy and not clean. So at the last minute I switched hotels and suffered for it. After I put down my deposit, I received an email at 2:30AM that the pool, hotel restaurant and coffee bar were all closed. How convenient with the projected extreme temperatures for the time frame I would be there. After walking from the adjacent parking garage, one can tell that the pool area and restaurant have not been cleaned nor used for awhile. There were weeds coming out from under the pool covering. Very disappointed… and still had to pay an additional $38/day for parking. I asked when checking in whether not having these amenities available will reduce the price and was told NO. I would not have stayed there had that information was mentioned on Expedia’s website prior to booking. Not worth the money. Didn’t even bother to utilize the continental breakfast. It definitely wasn’t my cup of tea. Will not be back.

This property has deteriorated badly.. rugs in room are all stained. Had to ask for toilet paper. Had to ring bell to enter from garage cause door wouldn’t open with key.Restaurant hasn’t been opened in last 3 years at least.

Wasn’t told until after I booked that the restaurant and coffee shop were closed. No discount offered. Missing free weights from the work out room. Microwave did not work. Room was cold. Heater was loud so hard to hear the TV

The fitness center had a rower, but the temperature in the workout room was 85 degrade.

Everything the hotel had to offer as far as amenities was closed or unavailable. No warning or credit was given and still charged full price for parking after asking for some sort of discount. Front desk laughed and asked why he should give a discount

No hot water had to pay 40 dollars to park my car

Great location and parking was easy. Everything else just ok. The hallway and our room had a moldy smell. Visible signs of water damage in the hallway, air conditioner had signs of mold. Beds were ok. Room smaller than pictured. Pool is closed. Breakfast was fruit cups and slices of bread in baggies. Rooms in serious need of new carpeting and decor.

Pay for parking

There was a cockroach in the room, small ones in the bathroom. Flying knots around sink.

I will never stay hear again. The hotel is average and thr rates are good, but the hotel needs to be renovated so that it looks welcoming and better. I stayed here with my daughters, and everything was cool until i was sitting at the desk in the room, and I turned to put the heat on.What do I see under the heater, a sticky mouse trap pad, full of roaches and bugs on it. Room 207. I was going to ask for a different room, then i thought all the rooms may be like this. The room didn't have bugs crawling in sight and it was just an overnight stay, so i said to myself, we should be okay, i just know we wont stay here again. Ok, so i go to the bathroom in the middle of the night and wth do I see, a goddamn roach crawling! Now I'm super pissed, I waited until the roach crawled out in stomping view, and killed it! Now I'm up, can't go back to sleep because Im looking around the room, looking at walls. Never again, this hotel has to do much better! It can be a hot spot with ut being close to the arena and the harbor! No one wants to stay at a hotel that has roaches! The breakfast was average, that can be better. The check in and out staff were very nice. The beds were comfortable but i wont stay here again. Please renovate the hotel people, it could be so much better and get a damn professional exterminatibg come to come do the entire hotel, regularly!!! People bring their families here for comfort, vacations, staycatioms, or whatever, NO WANTS TO SEE ROACHES!

Convenient to venue. Run down and okd, room was not the cleanest but staff helpful. Halls smell foul though. No idea what it is.

Buyer beware! I only wish I could rate this a 0 star. Upon check-in, our room was filthy, it was obvious that the room was not cleaned. It was downhill from there. While we did get a new room, the place was disgusting. It smelled like mold and there was no air throughout the facility. I refuse to walk barefoot in the room and in the shower I wore my crocs. Just shut this place down already.

The rooms were not clean. There was cigarette smoke burns on my comforter and there was stains on the sheets. There were no towels in the room.

Room was not clean, found parts of a syringe on the floor and other trash next to bed, stained curtains and visible dirt of light switch. Parking was in a garage behind the hotel for 38.00$ beware. Street parking free on weekends if you’re into it. I prepaid through 3rd party (Hotels.com) so I did NOT receive any type of compensation for the disgusting room that me and my infant had to stay in after bringing it to the staff’s attention. The breakfast was awful slices of bread in a sandwich bag and cereal. Definitely not what I expected when staying Downtown. Never again for me!

Bed sheets were durty and mold under the soap holder in the shower.

Dried condoms on the floor mold in the bathroom and vomit on the bed skirts

AC WAS VERY LOUD. It turned off with a bang and restarted with a bang. All this happened every 5 minutes on my first night. I had a conference the following day and had zero sleep the night before.

Breakfast was completely prepackaged, not even any danish, or creamer (just milk) for the coffee. Room was very small and headboards were peeling. Got the job done for a place to sleep after the baseball game, but not fantastic. Bed was comfortable but folks in the neighboring room were talking all night which interrupted my sleep. Rooms are not soundproof. I could even hear them peeing.

Checking in went well with no noticeable issues. However, it was clear the hotel needed a renovation when we got off the elevator and the hallway carpet was stained with large bleach spots, making the hallway look dirty. The room was fine, but the furniture had spots on it (looking like dried sugary water). The bathroom was a throwback from the 70's, and awful. It was like an elementary bathroom stall. The toilet was low to the ground and the toilet was not set properly on the floor and rocked if you sat on it. Staying there did not feel special. The saving of money was nice, but next time we travel to Baltimore, we will pay the extra money for a more memorable weekend away.

Not bad for a 3 star. Very dated but expected. Very close to both stadiums. Room 402 has no air conditioning or thermostat.

Hotel rooms need to be upgraded

Carpet in room is soiled and buckled. Bathroom ceiling panels are stained bathroom do not include the sink Which is in the room area. No hot water to that sink.

The room had a "bedroom" smell, and could've been cleaned a bit more. The area around the tub drain was not clean, the bathmat was kinda gross, and there was someone's toenail on the carpet. However, the staff on site when I arrived on a Tuesday evening were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and the HVAC worked well. Although, the TV remote didn't work.

Air conditioning was super loud and rattled everytime it turned on all night long

Great place to stay if you want to walk to things to do in the city. Staff was helpful and friendly. Clean and basic hotel room. Our door stuck and made a loud popping noise to open. The sink was outside of the bathroom and not private. The bathroom didn’t have shelf or even a hook for clothing or other items that you didn’t want to get wet. For the price and location, it was worth it, though.

Okay. Facilities were a little old

The price was very reasonable for the quality of the hotel, and the location was absolutely fantastic—just a short walk to the Baltimore Convention Center, which made attending my conference super convenient. That said, there were a couple of downsides. The room key cards were a constant source of frustration. They lost their ability to unlock the door multiple times a day, especially if kept near a phone or AirPods. Thankfully, the staff was always helpful and quick to issue replacements, but it definitely became a repetitive hassle. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. Referring to it as a "grab-and-go" or "walk-out" breakfast feels like a stretch. It consisted of white bread, coffee, and a few oatmeal packets—very minimal and not what you'd expect if you're hoping to start your day with a solid meal. Overall, the hotel met my needs due to its price and proximity to the convention center, but a few improvements—especially in breakfast offerings and key card reliability—would go a long way.

Most of the staff was very friendly and polite. Rooms were very clean! Great stay!

When we arrived at 3 pm to check in our room was not ready. The room was dirty and we were notified that they only clean rooms once every three days. Once we were in our room they issued another couple a key to our room so they unlocked the door and came right in. My girlfriend called front desk then our key would not work. I also received 3 different charges on my card that they cannot explain. I was told to wait to see if they go through I am supposed to call the hotel and find out how to get reimbursed. Also several lightbulbs were burnt out in our room. I am handicapped and we ask for a luggage cart and the only one the had was broken. The hotel itself is not handicapped friendly.

Great location next to the arena.. A slightly older hotel that you can tell has been renovated multiple times. But a great staff, very friendly, and very quick. One of the fastest check ins I've ever had.

Check in was “painful,” at 4 pm on a Ravens game day they had 2 people working w/ MANY people waiting. Then I was awoken before 8 am w/ a text to find out when we were checking out.

We stay here a lot because of the good service and friendly staff.

I had done something wonky with the reservation. The staff were able to figure it out and our stay went on without a hitch!

$25 to check in 60 minutes early? ru4real? Staff could be friendlier The furniture was beat up. But the bed was extremely comfortable and clean.

I flew in and arrived early for my conference. I got to the desk and knowing i was early asked if my room was ready. Counterperson said it was. I asked if i could check-in? I could but it would be an hourly charge until 3pm. I opted out and hand them hold my bags instead until 3pm. The room was clean and ready, no additional services were going to be needed, i don't see why an early check-in charge be warranted.

Absolutely wonderful Manager Harry, accomodated us and our teams' luggage when we arrived early from our flights, so we could get over to our conference without worry. We highly recommend Days Inn for your stay in Baltimore. Plus its right across the street from convention center and in walking distance to restaurants and all the sights. We would like to see their breakfast improve.

We got here a little early and the room was not available till 3 but we were able to store our luggage in a room close to the check in. Can’t beat this location if you want to take in an Orioles game or roam the Inner Harbor area. Both within walking distance 10-15 minutes. Elevators are tight if you need to maneuver a mobility scooter. The room was pretty small as expected for an older hotel in middle of the city. Rooms were very dated but clean. AC and fridge worked great. Beds were comfortable. However, room safe was not working, and several light bulbs over the vanity were out. Unfortunately, the pool was closed too. Morning continental breakfast was basic but enough to get us going. Parking ($35/ night) was right behind the hotel. Overall not a bad deal if you want to just stay for a night and explore Baltimore’s Inner Harbor by foot & scooter. Also Ale Pratt Street Ale House around the corner serves great chicken salad sandwich and Key lime pie :)

My mom and I stayed a single night for a concert. This hotel is just across the street from CFG Bank Arena, where the concert was being held, making the location very convenient. When we arrived for check in, the lobby was actually playing the music of the group we were seeing! What a welcome that was! The staff were friendly, helpful, and seemed to enjoy their jobs. The room was rather small but for a single night it was not a big deal. The air conditioning worked great, the beds were super comfortable and everything was clean. The breakfast didn’t really offer much variety, but the essentials were there. Overall this was a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay here again in the future!

The breakfasts were the worst I've ever seen. They were simply English muffins (one day) or individual pieces of cheap white bread (another day) in sandwich bags. They did have a toaster and some peanut butter or jelly available, but that was all. No cream for the coffee, either.

The most disappointing thing about this hotel is the so-called "breakfast". It was literally the worst attempt at breakfast I ever saw in a hotel. One of the reasons I chise it was because breakfast was included. There was almost nothing there.

There was a rather potent cigarette smell that would come in go in the bathroom. Also, when we went down for breakfast an hour before it was over there was an empty table with paper bowls, and a side station that has 2 oatmeal packets and coffee. The hotel overall wasn’t great but it wasn’t terrible, and dod its job for the one night that we were there but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Customer service subpar. The morning breakfast was horrible. Bread and yogurt only. My daughter asked for a spoon and was laughed at by the staff

Location was why we chose it. Literally next door to the cfg arena for concert and only a 5 minute walk to the inner harbor. Only stayed a day, but parking is an extra cost probably because the parking garage is not actually part of the hotel. You can park where you like, but it's an added charge. Their breakfast is just two choices of cold cereal, toast and coffee. They could put a little more effort in it w/o too much extra cost (pop tart? Muffin? Boiled egg?) Otherwise, it was all we were looking for. Comfortable, clean, and convenient at a reasonable price.

Near Camden Yards, the breakfast is minimalist, bed sheets very old.

Out dated & disgusting room. Had big brown stains on the side of the bed, changed rooms, and the room was better but zero pressure for shower. The tv is more like a streaming service that freezes and doesnt even have a channel to watch The Orioles. The pool has been closed for years by the look, there is a non existent bar/restaurant. Breakfast consisting of some packaged danish, bread or small packaged donuts, and coffee on a table next to the front desk. Dont be douped by the price.
